Abstract
The invention provides a flanging process of a large-radius arc metal curtain wall plate, which relates to the technical field of metal curtain wall processing and comprises the steps of cutting a rectangular flat plate on a plate shearing machine according to the size requirement; slotting reserved flanging parts at two ends of the rectangular flat plate; sending the flat plate into an arc flanging machine to finish continuous arc flanging, and realizing simultaneous bending and flanging of the flat plate; the grooving line is perpendicular to the height direction of the board surface, and the height of the grooving line from the edge is the width of the folded edge. The two existing processes have the following problems respectively:

(2) The notch bending welding adopts that strip notches are firstly carried out on the edge folding part at a certain interval, and then the notch gap is welded and filled up after the edge folding, however, the notch operation can cause uneven edges and even can form saw-toothed shapes, and the attractiveness is reduced.
Both of them need to be polished manually subsequently, the labor intensity of workers is increased, the production efficiency is low, the process is complex, and high-quality arc flanging metal curtain wall plate with attractive appearance and high strength is difficult to produce.
