In the logistics industry, each article, such as a package, a letter and the like, has mail sending information, including a sender name, a sender address, a sender phone and the like. After the articles arrive at the sorting center, the articles are conveyed to the article sending workbench through the conveying belt, the worker places the article sending information of the articles upwards on a tray of the sorting robot, the scanning device scans the article sending information to obtain scanning information, the scanning information is sent to the server, the server determines a target sorting grid according to the scanning information, and the optimal path is sent to the sorting robot. And after receiving the optimal path, the sorting robot drives to the target sorting grid according to the optimal path, and overturns the tray to a certain angle, so that the package is poured into the sorting grid.
In the sorting method, the sorting robot needs to turn upwards for a certain angle, and if the angle is smaller, the packages cannot be dumped; if the angle is large, the parcel can not fall into the sorting grid. However, the weight of different packages is different, which makes it difficult for the robot to control the force for turning the tray and to accurately deliver the packages to the sorting grid. And because the staff single can only put in a parcel on the letter sorting robot, the letter sorting robot need expend longer time and go to the target letter sorting check mouth, accomplish the parcel and deliver the back, empty car returns to the last workstation again and gets off a parcel, sorts inefficiency. In addition, since the former sorting robot leaves the workpiece loading table and the latter sorting robot reaches the workpiece loading table, the time difference exists in the middle, so that after each article is thrown in by a worker, the worker waits for the time when one sorting robot reaches the workpiece loading table, a large amount of waiting time, namely invalid operation time, is generated in long-time operation, and the sorting efficiency is reduced to a certain extent again.
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide an article sorting apparatus and an article sorting system, which deliver articles by using gravity, thereby reducing the difficulty of the articles falling into the sorting compartments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an article sorting system according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the architecture includes an article sorting apparatus 100, a scanning apparatus 200, and a server 300. The scanning device 200 is located directly above the article sorting device 100, a network connection is established between the article sorting device 100 and the server 300, and a network connection is established between the scanning device 200 and the server 300. During the sorting process, the article sorting device 100 delivers the articles by gravity, thereby reducing the difficulty of the articles falling into the sorting gates. Furthermore, the article sorting apparatus 100 can carry a plurality of articles to be delivered in one article receiving task to be delivered, the articles to be delivered can correspond to different sorting compartments or correspond to the same sorting compartment, and different sorting compartments represent a specific route information. For example, see fig. 2.

Referring to fig. 2, the sorting center has a plurality of sorting compartments 400, each of which represents an article delivery opening for a specific route message, for example, the sorting compartments 400 include those destined for shanghai and those destined for Guangxi.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the article sorting apparatus 100 is located at the upper work station, after a worker places article to be delivered on the article sorting apparatus 100 with article information facing upward, the scanning apparatus 200 scans the article information of the article to be delivered to obtain scanning information and sends the scanning information to the server 300, the server 300 determines a route queue according to the scanning information, the route queue includes at least one article delivery path, each article delivery path is used for delivering at least one article to be delivered on the article sorting apparatus 100, the order of the article delivery paths in the route queue is consistent with the delivery order of the article to be delivered on the article sorting apparatus 100, and the end point of the previous article delivery path is the starting point of the next article delivery path in two adjacent article delivery paths in the route queue. Thereafter, the server 300 sends the path queue to the article sorting device 100, so that the article sorting device 100 travels to directly above the corresponding sorting cell 400 according to at least two article delivery paths in the queue path to deliver the article to be delivered on the article sorting device 100.
It should be noted that, although the architecture shown in fig. 1 is described above, the article sorting system according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail by taking the article sorting apparatus 100, the scanning apparatus 200, and the server 300 as examples. However, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited, and in other possible implementations, the scanning device 200 may be integrated on the server 300, or the server 300 may not be provided, but the function of determining the queue path by the server 300 may be provided on the article sorting device 100.
Next, the article sorting apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on fig. 1 and 2. For example, see fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an article sorting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, an article sorting apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the article carrying device comprises an article carrying part 11 and a base 12, wherein a hollow article putting-in opening 121 is formed in the base 12, the article carrying part 11 is arranged on the base 12, and the article carrying part 11 can release articles carried by the article carrying part 11 so that the articles can fall from the article putting-in opening 121 under the action of gravity.
In this embodiment, the base 12 is provided with a hollow article input opening 121, and when the article bearing part 11 releases the article borne by the article bearing part and the article loses the supporting force, the article falls from the article input opening 121 under the action of gravity and falls into the target sorting grid.
The article sorting device that this embodiment provided includes the base and sets up the article bearing part on the base, is provided with hollow article on the base and puts in the mouth, and when article bearing part released its article that bears, article lost the holding power to drop from article input mouth under the effect of gravity, reduce the degree of difficulty that article fell into the letter sorting bin.
In a possible design, the article sorting apparatus 100 further includes a driving mechanism 13, and the driving mechanism 13 is configured to control the article sorting apparatus 100 to operate right above the target sorting cell, so that the article falls into the target sorting cell from the article input opening 121 under the action of gravity.
Next, the article carrying section 11 in the above embodiment will be described in detail.
In a possible design, the article carrying portion 11 includes a retractable supporting portion 111, the supporting portion 111 is located right above the base 12, when the supporting portion 111 is in an extended state, the supporting portion 111 has a supporting force to carry the article, and when the supporting portion 111 is in a retracted state, the supporting portion 111 releases the supporting force, so that the article carried on the supporting portion 111 falls through the article drop opening 121 under the action of gravity.
Referring to fig. 3 again, in the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of retractable supporting portions 111 are disposed on the article carrying portion 11 of the article sorting device 100, and one supporting portion 111 can carry at least one article, so that a plurality of supporting portions 111 can carry a plurality of articles. Next, the operation principle of the article sorting apparatus 100 according to the above embodiment will be described in detail.
For example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the operation of the article sorting apparatus 100 may include a loading step and a delivery step.
Firstly, a loading link is carried out.
Illustratively, when no piece is loaded, each support 111 is in a retracted state, after the article sorting device 100 runs to the piece loading workbench, the article sorting device 100 controls the lowermost support 111 to extend, a worker faces up the piece sending information of the article to be delivered and places the article to be delivered on the lowermost support 111, and the scanning device 200 scans the piece sending information of the article to be delivered, obtains the scanned information and sends the scanned information to the server 300. Meanwhile, the article sorting apparatus 100 extends the support 111 of the penultimate floor, and the worker places the next article to be delivered on the support 111 of the penultimate floor; the scanning device 200 scans the mail information of the article to be delivered on the penultimate support part 111, obtains the scanning information and sends the scanning information to the server 300 … … until all the support parts 111 bear the article to be delivered.
And secondly, a delivery link.
Illustratively, after the loading is completed, each support 111 of the article sorting device 100 carries the article to be delivered. The server 300 receives the scanning information of each item to be delivered. Then, the server 300 determines the delivery path of the article to be delivered according to the scanning information to obtain a path queue. In the determining process, for the to-be-delivered item on the bottommost supporting part 111, the server 300 determines a first sorting grid corresponding to the to-be-delivered item according to the scanning information, determines a path from the upper work table to the first sorting grid according to the first sorting grid, and obtains a delivery path of the to-be-delivered item carried on the bottommost supporting part 111, and the path is marked as a first path; thereafter, the server 300 determines a second sorting gate based on the scanned information of the item to be delivered on the penultimate support 111, and determines a delivery path of the item to be delivered carried on the penultimate support 111, which is denoted as a second path, based on the first sorting gate and the second sorting gate. Then, the server 300 determines the delivery path of the to-be-delivered item carried by the last-but-last layer support 111 and the last-but-fourth layer support 111 … … and carried by the uppermost layer support 111 by a similar method, and determines the path of returning to the upper work table after the item sorting device has delivered all the to-be-delivered items according to the sorting grid corresponding to the delivery path of the to-be-delivered item carried by the uppermost layer support 111 and the position of the upper work table, and takes the path as the last path in the path queue. Thereafter, the server 300 transmits the path queue to the article sorting apparatus 100.
After receiving the path queue, the article sorting apparatus 100 sequentially travels to the sorting cells corresponding to the delivery paths according to the delivery paths in the path queue to complete delivery, and returns to the upper work table according to the last path in the path queue after delivering the article to be delivered loaded on the uppermost supporting part.
According to the article sorting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the number of the supporting parts is more than 1, each supporting part can bear the articles to be delivered, so that the article sorting device can bear a plurality of articles to be delivered, therefore, the article sorting device can bear a plurality of articles to be delivered every time when the article sorting device is on a workpiece working table, and further can complete delivery of a plurality of articles to be delivered during delivery, so that the purpose of improving the sorting efficiency is realized by bearing a plurality of articles to be delivered in one bearing task. Meanwhile, when the articles are fed at each time, a plurality of articles to be delivered need to be placed on the same article sorting device by workers, so that invalid waiting time in the feeding process can be reduced, and the sorting efficiency is improved again.
Next, the article carrying section 11 and the support section 111 of the article sorting apparatus 100 in the loading process will be described in detail. For example, see fig. 4A, 4B, and 4C.
Fig. 4A is an internal structural view of an article sorting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4A, in the present embodiment, the article carrying portion 11 may be configured to have a U-shaped structure or a hollow tetrahedral structure, and when the article carrying portion 11 is a U-shaped structure, the article carrying portion has 3 faces. The article carrying portion 11 shown in fig. 4A is a U-shaped structure, and the at least two supporting portions 111 include a first supporting portion 1111 and a second supporting portion 1112, and the first supporting portion 1111 is located right below the second supporting portion 1112. When loading articles, the article sorting apparatus 100 determines whether the first support 1111 carries the articles, and if the first support 1111 carries the articles, the second support 1112 is extended so that the worker can place the articles on the second support 1112. Then, the processor continues to determine whether an article is placed on the second supporting portion 1112, and if an article is placed on the second supporting portion 1112, the supporting portion … … above the second supporting portion 1112 is extended until all the supporting portions are placed with the article, thereby completing the loading process.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the supporting portions 111 may not be limited, for example, if the article sorting apparatus 100 is used for sorting articles such as letters, since the letters are thinner and lighter, more supporting portions 111, such as 5 supporting portions, may be disposed on the article sorting apparatus 100; for another example, if the article sorting apparatus 100 is used for sorting articles such as articles, since the articles have different sizes and weights and are heavier than the letters, a small number of support portions 111, for example, 3, may be provided on the article sorting apparatus 100. In the process of loading articles, each support is not required to carry articles, and the supports can be flexibly extended or retracted according to the height of the articles, for example, after loading articles on the first support 1111, if the article sorting device 100 determines that the articles have been loaded on the first support 1111, the second support 1112 can be automatically extended, and the second support 1112 can be a support adjacent to the first support 1111 or a support not adjacent to the first 1111. For example, if the height of the article carried on the first support 1111 is lower than the height between two adjacent supports on the carrying section 11, the article sorting device 100 extends the second support 1112, and the second support 1112 is located above the first support 1111 and adjacent to the first support 1111, that is, there is no other support between the first support 1111 and the second support 1112; for another example, if the height of the article carried on the first support 1111 is higher than the height between two adjacent supports on the carrying section 11, the article sorting device 100 extends the second support, and the second support 1112 is located above the first support 1111 and is not adjacent to the first support 1111, that is, there are other supports between the first support 1111 and the second support 1112, but the supports are in the retracted state.
Fig. 4B is an internal structural view of another article sorting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4B, in this embodiment, the article carrying portion 11 may be configured as a U-shaped structure or a hollow tetrahedron structure, the supporting portion 111 includes a first part 1101 and a second part 1102, the first part 1101 and the second part 1102 are respectively disposed on two opposite surfaces of the article carrying portion, when the first part 1101 and the second part 1102 are in a horizontal state, the supporting portion 111 has a supporting force to support the article, and when the first part 1101 and the second part 1102 are in a vertical state, the supporting portion 111 releases the supporting force to enable the article to fall through the article drop opening 121 under the action of gravity. At this time, the width of the first member, as shown by the dotted line in the drawing, is smaller than the distance between the adjacent two support portions 111.
Fig. 4C is an internal structural view of another article sorting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4C, in the present embodiment, the article supporting portion 11 is a baffle having only one surface, the article supporting portion 11 and the base 12 form an L-shaped structure, and the supporting portion 111 is not drawn in the figure.
In general, the article sorting apparatus 100 can complete the delivery of the articles to be delivered on the corresponding support 111 according to the article delivery path in the sorting path queue. In order to prevent the article sorting apparatus 100 from deviating from the path during the operation, it is necessary to verify whether the article sorting apparatus 100 is located right above the target sorting cell after the apparatus is operated to the target sorting cell. Next, how the article sorting apparatus 100 delivers the article during the delivery process will be described in detail. For example, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of delivering an article by an article sorting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 5, in contrast to a conventional tilting AGV, in the embodiment of the present invention, the article sorting apparatus 100 delivers the articles to be delivered by using the gravity of the articles. During delivery, the article sorting apparatus 100 sequentially moves to the sorting pockets corresponding to each delivery route in the route queue. For example, the path queue includes a first path, the first path corresponds to a first article, the first article is carried on the first supporting portion 1111, after the article sorting device 100 moves to a first sorting bay corresponding to the first path, the article sorting device 100 determines whether the base 12 is located directly above the first sorting bay corresponding to the end point of the first path, and if the base 12 is located directly above the sorting bay corresponding to the end point of the first path, the first supporting portion 1111 is retracted so that the article carried on the first supporting portion 1111 falls into the sorting bay corresponding to the end point of the first path under the action of gravity.
As can be seen from fig. 5: in the embodiment of the invention, the delivery of the articles is completed under the action of gravity, when the articles are delivered, the article sorting device 100 spans and stops right above the sorting grids, and when the supporting part 111 retracts, the articles are delivered under the action of gravity. After the delivery of the articles on one support 111 is completed, the next sorting grid is driven according to the next path in the path queue, and the articles on the next support are delivered until the delivery of the articles on all the supports 111 is completed. In the delivery process, the articles carried on the support parts 111 are delivered in sequence according to the sequence of the paths in the path queue, or the sequence of the support parts carrying the articles from bottom to top.
Referring to fig. 5 again, two-dimensional codes are attached around each sorting cell, as shown by a dashed line frame in the figure, each two-dimensional code represents a specific position, and the position of each sorting cell and the position corresponding to the two-dimensional code around the sorting cell have a preset relationship. When the article sorting device 100 runs to the target sorting cell, the two-dimensional code of the target sorting cell is scanned to obtain the position information corresponding to the two-dimensional code, and then whether the preset relation exists between the position information and the current position of the article sorting device 100 or not is judged, if yes, the article sorting device 100 is located right above the target sorting cell, otherwise, the article sorting device 100 is not located right above the target sorting cell.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a two-dimensional code scanned by an article sorting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, since the driving time of the article sorting device 100 is long during the operation, and the same article sorting system has a plurality of article sorting devices 100, in order to prevent the two-dimensional codes from being worn by the article sorting devices 100, a two-dimensional code set is adopted in the embodiment of the present invention, where one two-dimensional code set includes a plurality of two-dimensional codes, for example, 16 two-dimensional codes, and the positions corresponding to the two-dimensional codes are the same, that is, the position corresponding to each two-dimensional code in the same two-dimensional code set and the position of the same sorting cell at the periphery of the two-dimensional code set have a preset relationship.
It should be noted that the two-dimensional code can be used for path correction in addition to verifying whether the article sorting device is positioned right above the sorting grid. For example, when the article sorting device operates to the target sorting grid according to the target path in the path queue, the two-dimensional code on the ground is continuously scanned, whether the current position is located on the target path is judged, and if the current position is not located on the target path, it is indicated that the article sorting device deviates from the path. When the deviation degree is small, the article sorting device automatically adjusts the driving direction to eliminate the path deviation, and when the deviation degree is large, the article sorting device automatically gives an alarm, so that a worker moves the article sorting device to a target path.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, the path queue includes the first path, and when the first path is not the last path in the path queue, the end point of the first path is the sorting cell corresponding to the first path, and the sorting cell is denoted as the first sorting cell. However, embodiments of the present invention are not limited, and in other possible implementations, when the first path is not the last path in the path queue, the end point of the first path is a preset distance from the first sorting gate. At this time, when the article sorting apparatus 100 moves to the end point of the first path, it needs to move again by a preset distance in a preset direction, and then, it is detected whether the article sorting apparatus 100 is positioned right above the first sorting gate.
On the basis of the above article sorting device and article sorting system, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a sorting method, for example, see fig. 7.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a sorting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment includes:
