The process comprises the steps of adding and mixing expanded graphite:
the first step is as follows: the material is prepared by adopting a material preparing tank 1 of a material preparing unit; firstly, a polyol composition material mixed by polyol, a catalyst, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizer is fed into a batching tank 1 through a metering pump 14, and after the feeding is finished, the metered expanded graphite is conveyed into the batching tank 1 from a feeding box 2 by adopting negative pressure; the expanded graphite is deacidified with the selected mesh number of 80-100.
The second step is that: the materials are fully stirred in the proportioning tank 1 by the first stirrer 3 and then are conveyed to the material storage tank 4, and the materials are fully stirred in the material storage tank 4 by the second stirrer 5 and then are conveyed to a POLY unit 7 of the mixing unit for storage;

The fourth step: the polyol composition mixed with the expanded graphite and the cyanate ester are mixed by a medium pressure type cloth mixer 10 and then foamed. A spiral stirring rod with a shearing function is arranged in the cloth mixer 10, the stirring rod is driven by a motor, the mixing and stirring speed is regulated in a grading mode, and the rotating speed is set to be 3000-6000 r/min. In the fourth step, a small amount of air is introduced into the feed end of the material-distributing mixer 10.
The preferred embodiment is: the metering pump 14 is a gear pump which respectively pressurizes the polyol composition mixed with the expanded graphite and the isocyanate into the distribution mixer 10, so that the time interval from the entry of the polyol composition mixed with the expanded graphite and the isocyanate into the distribution mixer 10 to the arrival of the mixed mixture at the exit of the distribution mixer 10 is less than 1 s. The polyol composition added with the expanded graphite and the composition in the material distribution mixer 10 have higher viscosity, and the smooth extrusion of the materials can be ensured by adopting the gear pump pressurization.
The invention establishes a set of production process suitable for adding expanded graphite into a polyol raw material on production equipment of a polyurethane double-sided color steel insulation board continuous line double-track machine. Because the expanded graphene is granular, the viscosity of the expanded graphene added into the polyol composition is increased, medium-pressure foaming machine equipment needs to be adopted, and a set of production process conditions suitable for adding the expanded graphite into the polyurethane composition on a double-track continuous line needs to be established:
the production process of the double-track continuous line for adding the expanded graphite into the polyurethane polyol composite material is different from normal production in that a process of adding the expanded graphite is added, the expanded graphite is added into the polyurethane polyol composite material and a storage tank with a stirring function, and the expanded graphite is mixed at present and has the best effect. And then adding expanded graphite into the just-mixed polyurethane polyol composite material, and pumping the mixture into a working tank for calibration test before production.
When the material charging amount is calculated, the expanded graphite is not converted into the composite material added with the polyurethane polyol and is only filled in the composite material added with the polyurethane polyol.
The holding tank and the pipeline should be noted to lower the gas-holding part to the lowest point, the inlet pipeline diameter of the metering pump is slightly larger, and the outlet is slightly smaller.
The metering of the materials is completed by metering pumps for all components. The raw materials used were two components: isocyanate is used as one component, and polyol, expanded graphite, a catalyst, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and the like are mixed into a combined material which is used as the other component. Thus, not only the equipment is simplified, but also the metering precision is greatly improved.
The precisely metered raw material components are sent into a material distribution mixer for medium-pressure mixing, and the uniformly mixed materials are continuously discharged onto a lower steel plate.
The polyol composition mixed with the expanded graphite and the cyanate are produced by mixing and then foaming the mixture by a medium-pressure cloth mixer device. A helical stirring rod with high shearing force is adopted in the material distribution mixer. The stirring rod is driven by a motor, the rotating speed is usually 3000-6000 r/min, and the mixing and stirring speed can be regulated in a grading way. The residence time of the material in the cloth mixer is less than 1 s. In the production process of continuously producing the double-sided color steel insulation board added with the expanded graphite polyurethane core material, the medium-pressure metering mixing foaming equipment can adjust the stirring form, the flow rate, the nozzle size and the like of the cloth mixer as required, and the quality of the produced foam body is ensured from the mechanical angle. The generation of a fine hole type structure is facilitated by reducing the back pressure and increasing the diameter of an outlet; in the medium-pressure machine, a trace air input device is arranged at the feed end of a cloth mixer, and the medium-pressure machine has certain effects on forming air nuclei and generating a fine foam structure.
The mixed materials are conveyed to a material distribution mixer under certain pressure, and the materials are prevented from splashing so as to avoid the materials carrying a large amount of air and causing large caves in the foam body. Therefore, a specially designed baffle, a trumpet-shaped or duckbilled flow guide pipe, a metal mesh and the like are arranged at the front part of the discharge port of the material distribution mixer, so that the diameter of the material is gradually enlarged, the impact energy in the flow channel is reduced, and meanwhile, the distance between the discharge port of the material and the steel plate is controlled to be 1 +/-0.2 cm, so that the material is prevented from splashing and the product quality is prevented from being influenced. In order to make the mixed materials flow uniformly on the lower steel plate, the material distribution mixer moves left and right in coordination with the moving speed of the lower steel plate, so that the materials enter into the distribution and flow out in a way of being transversely arranged with the moving direction of the lower steel plate, and the materials can be extremely uniformly distributed on the lower steel plate.
The expanded graphite is added into the polyurethane polyol composite material, and the difference between the production process of the double-track continuous line and the normal pure polyurethane production process is that the step of adding graphite is added, and the expanded graphite is completely added into the polyurethane polyol composite material in the past production experience. The free bubble draw, touch and cure times were adjusted. Meanwhile, the process and the raw materials need to meet the following conditions:
1. a set of medium pressure mixing and distributing device is adopted for distributing the materials evenly, as shown in figure 1.
2. Due to the fact that duckbill type fixed point cloth is adopted when viscosity is large, the plate surface is flat.
4. The linear speed can refer to the conventional plate type speed, and does not need to be adjusted greatly.
5. The polyurethane double-sided color steel heat-insulation plate is produced in a continuous line, and the temperature of a chain plate is greater than 50 degrees at the B3 level and greater than 55 degrees at the B2 level during production of a double-track machine.
6. The linear speed can refer to the plate type speed of the double-sided color steel heat-insulation plate for continuously producing the polyurethane core material without large adjustment.
7. The mesh number of the expanded graphite is selected between 80-100, the viscosity of the mixed expanded graphite is greatly increased after the mesh number is too large, and the graphite is easy to precipitate and delaminate when the mesh number is too low.
8. The deacidified expanded graphite is selected, and the graphite which is not deacidified is added into the polyurethane polyol composite material, so that the reaction time is quickly slowed down after the polyurethane polyol composite material is placed for half a day.
9. The material distribution mode preferably adopts fixed point material distribution, and due to large viscosity, if the material distribution is not uniform, the board surface is not flat.
10. The size of the material distributing head of the material distributing mixer is determined according to the production plate type and the flow rate.
11. The metering pump basically selects a wear-resistant gear pump in consideration of the viscosity change of the material after the addition of the expanded graphite.
12. The medium-pressure mixed foaming feeding amount can be set according to the production plate type and the flow rate.
The effect of graphite addition on oxygen index, density and draw time is shown in the following table: (white means polyol composition)

According to the production process, a set of production process suitable for adding expanded graphite into a polyol raw material is established on production equipment of a polyurethane double-sided color steel insulation board continuous line double-track machine, the process comprises a device for adding expanded graphite, graphite is added into a raw material through a batching unit and is stirred, and then the graphite is uniformly mixed in the raw material through stirring of a constant temperature unit and mixing of a mixing unit, so that the product quality is guaranteed; the emulsification of the materials is increased through the air-entrapping device, the curing speed of the materials is increased, the foam foaming is promoted, and the efficiency is ensured; the addition of the expanded graphite can obviously improve the fireproof performance, and the conductive performance of the expanded graphite can enable the double-sided color steel heat-insulating plate product to have the antistatic function, and meanwhile, the influence on other performances of the foam is less.
