as shown in fig. 4, the quantitative liquid outlet element 3 includes a quantitative cylinder 30 whose side wall is connected with the temporary storage cylinder 22 through a first discharge port 11 and whose bottom end is provided with a second discharge port 300 and whose side wall is provided with an electronic level meter 301, a sliding piston 31 horizontally arranged in the quantitative cylinder 30 and capable of sliding up and down along the inner wall of the quantitative cylinder 30, a first micro hydraulic rod 32 arranged at the upper end of the sliding piston 31 and driving the sliding piston 31 to slide up and down, a second electromagnetic valve 302 arranged at the second discharge port 300, 3 quantitative cylinders 30 are respectively connected with the temporary storage cylinder 22 through connecting pipes, a placing plate 12 is arranged at the front side of the preparation box 1, a placing groove 120 corresponding to the quantitative cylinders 30 one by one and located at the lower end of the quantitative cylinders 30 is arranged at the upper end of the placing plate 12, the requirements of barium meals of a plurality of patients can be met through the 3 quantitative cylinders 30, and;
the control element 4 comprises a controller 40, a touch display screen 41 connected with the controller 40 and used for sending an operation instruction and displaying the running state of each element, a fault alarm 42 connected with the controller 40, a wireless communication device 43, a remote controller 44 connected with the controller 40 through the wireless communication device 43, and a voice recognition device 45 connected with the controller 40, wherein the touch display screen 41 or the remote controller 44 is used for sending an instruction for starting or closing related equipment, the instruction is executed through the controller 40, meanwhile, a user can also send a voice instruction through the voice recognition device 45, and when a certain equipment is abnormal, an alarm is given through the fault alarm 42 for prompting, wherein each electric element of the invention is sold in the market.
When the device is used for preparing the barium meal, the specific process is as follows:
(1) filling the liquid containing cylinder 20 with water through an external water source, and sending a starting instruction through the voice recognition equipment 45 or the remote controller 44;
(2) adding water in a liquid containing cylinder 20 into a mixed material preparation cylinder 21, uniformly spraying the water to different positions through spraying ports 2110 at the bottom end of a buffering spraying disc 211, metering the flowing water flow through a metering pump 26, simultaneously adding a barium sulfate raw material into the mixed material preparation cylinder 21 through a feeding port 210, detecting the weight of the barium sulfate raw material through a gravity sensor 1200 when the barium sulfate is added onto a horizontally placed bearing plate 120 through the feeding port 210, preparing a barium meal solution with a set concentration by controlling the added water amount and the weight of the barium sulfate raw material, compressing the barium sulfate raw material through a miniature hydraulic rod II 1201 when the weight of the barium sulfate raw material reaches the requirement, enabling the bearing plate 120 to rotate and incline downwards so as to add the barium sulfate raw material into the mixed material preparation cylinder 21, at the moment, starting a rotary motor 24 through a controller 40, and driving a stirring paddle 23 to rotate through the rotation of the rotary motor 24, stirring the solution in the mixing preparation cylinder 21, detecting the concentration of the prepared barium meal solution through a concentration sensor 25, and when the solution is uniformly stirred and the concentration is larger or smaller, adjusting the added water amount and the weight of the barium sulfate raw material until the barium meal concentration meets the requirement;
(3) after the barium meal is prepared, the controller 40 opens the first electromagnetic valve 220, the barium meal solution enters the temporary storage cylinder 22, under the action of the miniature water pump 222, the barium meal solution is pumped into the temporary storage cylinder 22 through the bottoms of the branch pipes 221 to the upper end and then re-enters the temporary storage cylinder 22 from the upper end of the branch pipe 221 again, the operation is repeated, the barium meal solution is uniformly heated through the heating sleeve 223, meanwhile, the first miniature hydraulic rod 32 is started, the sliding piston 31 is driven to slide upwards in the quantifying cylinder 30 through the compression of the first miniature hydraulic rod 32 to generate negative pressure, the barium meal solution after being heated in the temporary storage cylinder 22 is sucked into the quantifying cylinder 30, and when the electronic liquid level meter 301 detects a set liquid level, an external container placed on the placing groove 120 is discharged through the second electromagnetic valve 302;
(4) after preparation, the material mixing preparation cylinder 21 and the temporary storage cylinder 22 are emptied, water in the liquid storage cylinder 20 is pumped to each atomizing nozzle 290 through a water pump to clean the inner walls of the material mixing preparation cylinder 21 and the temporary storage cylinder 22 through the ultrasonic cleaning machine 28, and the cleaned sewage is discharged through the corresponding sewage discharge outlet 28.

Claims (7)

1. The device for preparing the barium meal with controllable dosage for the imaging department is characterized by comprising a preparation box body (1) with a fixed mounting frame (10) arranged at the upper end and a discharge port I (11) arranged on the side wall, a mixed material preparation element (2) arranged at the upper end of the preparation box body (1), a quantitative liquid outlet element (3), a control element (4) and a power supply for supplying electric energy to each electric element;
the concentration adjusting element (2) comprises a liquid placing cylinder (20) which is arranged at the bottom end of the fixed mounting frame (10) and is connected with an external liquid source, a mixing preparation cylinder (21) which is arranged at the upper end of the preparation box body (1) and is connected with the bottom end of the liquid placing cylinder (20) through a connecting pipe at the top end, a temporary storage cylinder (22) which is arranged in the preparation box body (1) and is connected with the mixing preparation cylinder (21) through a connecting pipe at the joint of the temporary storage cylinder and the mixing preparation cylinder and is provided with a first electromagnetic valve (220), a stirring paddle (23) vertically arranged in the mixing preparation cylinder (21), a rotating motor (24) for driving the stirring paddle (23) to rotate, and a concentration sensor (25) arranged in the mixing preparation cylinder (21), a metering pump (26) is arranged at the joint of the liquid placing cylinder (20) and the mixing preparation cylinder (21);
the quantitative liquid outlet element (3) comprises a quantitative cylinder (30) with a side wall connected with a temporary storage cylinder (22) through a first discharge port (11) and a second discharge port (300) at the bottom, an electronic liquid level meter (301) at the side wall, a sliding piston (31) horizontally arranged in the quantitative cylinder (30) and capable of sliding up and down along the inner wall of the quantitative cylinder (30), and a first micro hydraulic rod (32) arranged at the upper end of the sliding piston (31) and driving the sliding piston (31) to slide up and down, wherein a second electromagnetic valve (302) is arranged at the second discharge port (300);
the control element (4) is used for opening or closing the first electromagnetic valve (220), the rotating motor (24), the concentration sensor (25), the metering pump (26), the miniature electronic metering scale (270), the electronic liquid level meter (301), the first miniature hydraulic rod (32) and the second electromagnetic valve (302).

The device for preparing the dose-controllable barium meal for the department of imaging according to claim 1, wherein a buffer spraying disc (211) is arranged at the upper end inside the mixing preparation cylinder (21) and the joint of the mixing preparation cylinder and the liquid placing cylinder (20), and a plurality of spraying holes (2110) are uniformly formed in the bottom end of the buffer spraying disc (211).

The device for preparing the barium meal with the controllable dosage for the imaging department as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of branch pipes (221) penetrating through the upper end and the lower end of the temporary storage cylinder (22) are uniformly arranged on the side wall of the temporary storage cylinder (22) along the circumferential direction, a micro water pump (222) is arranged at the bottom end of each branch pipe (221), a heating jacket (223) is sleeved on the outer wall of each branch pipe (221), and a heater is arranged in each heating jacket (223).
