In this embodiment, the annular sealing bladder 301 extends beyond the small diameter end of the penis guide 3 to form an extension that protects the penis from abrasion by the hole of the underpants. The design of the switch button on the micro air compressor 6 can be modified by manufacturers.

In this embodiment, the flexible connecting plate may be a cloth sheet or a silicone sheet, which can be changed in shape to facilitate the lifting of the penis guide 3, and is flexible and can be attached to underpants.

A hidden man urethritis treatment device comprises a drug applying and sterilizing device fixed on the underpants of a user, a liquid medicine supply component connected with the drug applying and sterilizing device, a micro air compressor (6) and a rechargeable mobile power supply (9), and is characterized in that: the drug application sterilization device comprises a shell (1) which is fixedly adhered with underwear of a user, a penis guider (3) which is arranged on the shell (1) and used for the penis of the user to penetrate through a cut hole on the underwear, the penis guider (3) can be lifted under the driving of compressed gas generated by a micro air compressor (6) and is matched with a tubular piece (2) in the shell (1) to form a closed treatment cavity (201) for accommodating the penis in, a sterilization treatment component (4) is arranged in the closed treatment cavity (201), the sterilization treatment component (4) comprises a cylindrical inner core body (402) and a cylindrical outer shell body (401) arranged around the inner core body (402), a first channel (403) penetrating through the axial directions of the outer shell body (401) and the inner core body (402) is formed between the first channel (403), and a plurality of connecting rods (404) surrounding the inner core body (402) are arranged in the first channel (403), the connecting rods (404) connect the outer shell (401) and the inner core (402) into a whole;
a conical outer cover shell (405) and a conical inner cover shell (4010) are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the outer shell (401) and the inner core body (402), and a second channel (4012) communicated with the first channel (403) is enclosed between the outer cover shell (405) and the inner cover shell (4010); an annular bulge (406) is arranged at the top of the outer shell (401), a plurality of air flow channels (407) surrounding the inner core body (402) are arranged in the outer shell (401), one end of each air flow channel (407) extends out of the surface of the annular bulge (406), and the other end of each air flow channel obliquely extends downwards to the inner side wall of the outer shell (401) and is communicated with the first channel (403); an ultraviolet lamp (8) for emitting ultraviolet rays is arranged at the bottom of the inner core body (402), and the ultraviolet lamp (8) is positioned in a light gathering channel (4011) surrounded by an inner cover shell (4010); an electrical connection hole (408) is arranged at the top of the inner core body (402), and a lead for conducting the ultraviolet lamp (8) is arranged in the electrical connection hole (408); the top of the sterilization treatment component (4) is connected with the connector component (5), so that the sterilization treatment component is communicated with the liquid medicine supply component, the micro air compressor (6) and the rechargeable mobile power supply (9);
the shell (1) comprises an upper flexible connecting plate (101) and a lower flexible connecting plate (102) which are connected into a whole, a through hole is formed in the joint of the upper flexible connecting plate and the lower flexible connecting plate, one end of the penis guider (3) penetrates through the through hole, and the outer wall of the penis guider is connected with the upper flexible connecting plate (101) and the lower flexible connecting plate (102), so that the upper flexible connecting plate (101) and the lower flexible connecting plate (102) can be driven to change positions when the penis guider is lifted, and the end part is lifted;

The concealed male urethritis treatment device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the liquid medicine supply component is a reticular atomizer (7), a liquid medicine placing part (701) and an atomized liquid medicine outlet (702) are arranged on the reticular atomizer (7), and the atomized liquid medicine outlet (702) is communicated with the sterilization treatment component (4) through a plastic hose.
