The working process of the hot steam scanning device 30 is that the steam generating device 31 generates steam, the air inlet fan 33 sucks the steam to the top of the bin body 10 and forms a swirling steam flow, and after the steam temperature is proper and stable, the air outlet fan 35 performs air suction work, so that the swirling steam flow moves downwards and rapidly passes through a human body, and the human body generates stress reaction to rapidly perspire.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the temperature of the swirling steam flow should reach 40 ℃ to 50 ℃, the rotating speed thereof should reach 13m/s to 16m/s, the moving speed from top to bottom is 0.7m/s to 1m/s, the time for scanning through the human body is about 1s to 3s, after one steam scanning, the next very steam scanning is performed at an interval of 2 minutes to 5 minutes, and 3 steam scanning is preferably included in 1 physiotherapy process.
The water vapor circulation device comprises a controller, a water inlet valve 42 arranged on the water inlet pipe 24, a water outlet valve 43 arranged on the water outlet pipe 26, a water inlet valve 44 arranged on the water inlet pipe 32, a water outlet valve 45 arranged on the water outlet pipe 34, a first sensor arranged in the water storage device 22, a second sensor arranged in the steam generation device 31 and a purification device 48.
Wherein the inlet valve 42, the outlet valve 43, the inlet valve 44, the outlet valve 45, the first sensor and the second sensor are all electrically connected with the controller.
The first sensor is a water stability sensor for sensing water level information in the water storage device 22; the second sensor is a temperature sensor for sensing temperature information in the steam generating device 31.
The purification device 48 is disposed between the steam generating device 31 and the cartridge body 10. One end of the water outlet pipe 26 is communicated with the physiotherapy space 101, and the other end of the water outlet pipe passes through the purification device 48 and then is communicated with the steam generation device 31.
Specifically, the purification device 48 includes a first filter layer 481, a second filter layer 482, and an adsorption layer 483. The first filter layer 481, the second filter layer 482 and the adsorption layer 483 are sequentially disposed at intervals in a direction from the cartridge body 10 to the steam generating device 31. Through setting up purifier 48, to getting into steam generation device 31's water filters the washing, gets rid of the granule impurity and the organic matter in the aquatic, when promoting the quality of steam, has still played the protection steam generation device 31's effect, has promoted steam generation device 31's life.
Specifically, the controller used in the present invention is a three-phase valve controller manufactured by cun-ji corporation and having a model number KZ-08 AL.
It should be noted that the hot and cold scanning physiotherapy cabin provided by the invention utilizes the condensation scanning device 20 and the hot steam scanning device 30 comprehensively, and the two devices are combined to act on the human body alternately, so that the traditional drug relief is replaced by the mechanical therapy, and the side effect and the secondary damage of the drug to the liver and the kidney of the human body are avoided.
The invention also provides a use method of the hot and cold scanning physiotherapy cabin, which specifically comprises the following steps:
step S10, the controller controls to open the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve and close the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve, cold water enters the cold shock device through the water inlet pipe under the driving of the water inlet pump, and after the cold shock device scans cold water of a human body and finishes scanning, the cold water enters the steam generating device through the water outlet pipe under the driving of the water outlet pump and generates steam;
step S20, when the water in the water storage device is exhausted, the controller controls to open the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve, and close the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve, the steam generated in step S10 enters the bin body under the driving of the air inlet fan and forms a swirling steam flow, when the swirling steam flow is at a proper temperature, the air outlet fan drives the swirling steam flow to move downward and enter the condensation device through the air outlet pipe, and the swirling steam flows through the condensation device and enters the water storage device for storage after being cooled;
and step S30, when the temperature in the steam generating device reaches the set temperature, the controller controls to open the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve, close the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve, and the step S10 is circulated.
Preferably, after the scanning is completed in step S10, the cold water passes through the purification device before entering the steam generation device, and in step S20, the water level information in the water storage device is sensed by the first sensor; in step S30, the temperature information of the thermal energy storage medium in the steam generating device is sensed by the second sensor.
Compared with the prior art, the hot and cold scanning physiotherapy cabin provided by the invention has the advantages that the condensation scanning device, the hot steam scanning device and the water vapor circulation device are arranged, so that a human body can alternately receive cold and hot stimulation, and the self-healing force and immunity of the human body are stimulated through strong hot and cold stimulation, so that the emergency response speed of hypertension is reduced under the self-healing force; the physical therapy of the hot and cold scanning physical therapy cabin replaces the traditional medicine alleviation, and the side effect and the secondary damage of the medicine to the liver and the kidney of a human body are avoided.

The physical therapy cabin comprises a cabin body, a first cabin body and a second cabin body, wherein the cabin body is a closed cabin with a physical therapy space and comprises a water inlet, a water outlet, an air inlet, an air outlet and a water outlet;
the condensation scanning equipment comprises a condensation device arranged outside the physical therapy space, a water storage device connected with the condensation device, a cold shock device arranged in the physical therapy space and connected with the water storage device, a water inlet pipe connected with the water storage device and the cold shock device, a water inlet pump arranged on the water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe communicated with the physical therapy space and a water outlet pump arranged on the water outlet pipe;
the hot steam scanning equipment comprises a steam generating device, an air inlet pipe, an air inlet fan, an air outlet pipe and an air outlet fan, wherein the steam generating device is arranged outside the physical therapy space and is connected with the water outlet pipe;
the water vapor circulation equipment comprises a controller, a water inlet valve arranged on the water inlet pipe, a water outlet valve arranged on the water outlet pipe, a gas inlet valve arranged on the gas inlet pipe and a gas outlet valve arranged on the gas outlet pipe, wherein the water inlet valve, the water outlet valve, the gas inlet valve and the gas outlet valve are uniform, and the controller is electrically connected.

The hot and cold scanning physiotherapy cabin of claim 1, wherein the water vapor circulation device further comprises a first sensor disposed within the water reservoir and a second sensor disposed within the steam generating device, the first sensor and the second sensor both being electrically connected to the controller.

The hot and cold scanning physiotherapy cabin according to claim 2, wherein said water vapor circulation device further comprises a purification device, said purification device is disposed between said steam generation device and said cabin body, one end of said water outlet pipe is communicated with said physiotherapy space, and the other end of said water outlet pipe is communicated with said steam generation device after passing through said purification device.

The hot and cold scanning physiotherapy cabin of claim 3, wherein the purification device comprises a first filter layer, a second filter layer and an adsorption layer, and the first filter layer, the second filter layer and the adsorption layer are sequentially arranged at intervals along the direction from the cabin body to the steam generation device.

The hot and cold scanning physiotherapy cabin of claim 1, wherein the cold shock device comprises a support ring disposed along a circumferential direction of the cabin body, a sleeve ring perpendicular to the support ring and fixedly connected to the support ring, a spray ring sleeved on the sleeve ring and movably connected to the sleeve ring, and a driving assembly for driving the spray ring to move, wherein the driving assembly drives the spray ring to perform reciprocating rotation movement along a central axis of the spray ring.

The hot and cold scanning physiotherapy cabin of claim 5, wherein the driving assembly comprises a motor fixedly connected with the support ring, an eccentric wheel fixedly connected with the motor, and a friction plate arranged along the circumferential direction of the eccentric wheel, and the eccentric wheel and the injection ring are in the same plane.

The hot-cold scanning physiotherapy cabin of claim 6, wherein the number of the driving assemblies is two, two driving assemblies are arranged at two opposite ends of the support ring, the rotation directions of the motors of the two driving assemblies are opposite, and when the friction plate of one driving assembly is in contact with the spray ring, the friction plate of the other driving assembly is not in contact with the spray ring.

The hot and cold scanning physiotherapy cabin according to claim 1, wherein the steam generating device comprises an evaporation area, a first cooling area and a second cooling area which are sequentially arranged at intervals along a direction from the water inlet end to the air outlet end, and a heat energy storage medium and a heater for heating the heat energy storage medium are arranged in the evaporation area.

step S10, the controller controls to open the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve and close the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve, cold water enters the cold shock device through the water inlet pipe under the driving of the water inlet pump, and after the cold shock device scans cold water of a human body and finishes scanning, the cold water enters the steam generating device through the water outlet pipe under the driving of the water outlet pump and generates steam;
step S20, when the water in the water storage device is exhausted, the controller controls to open the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve, and close the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve, the steam generated in step S10 enters the bin body under the driving of the air inlet fan and forms a swirling steam flow, when the swirling steam flow is at a proper temperature, the air outlet fan drives the swirling steam flow to move downward and enter the condensation device through the air outlet pipe, and the swirling steam flows through the condensation device and enters the water storage device for storage after being cooled;
and step S30, when the temperature in the steam generating device reaches the set temperature, the controller controls to open the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve, close the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve, and the step S10 is circulated.
