Description

Hypertension auxiliary treatment device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to an auxiliary treatment device for hypertension.
Background
At present, hypertension is a common disease for middle-aged and elderly people, and about 1 patient with hypertension is present in about every 3 adults in China. With the influence of modern diet, the average age of patients with hypertension also shows a tendency to decrease, and patients with hypertension of thirty to forty years old have begun to appear.
Given the broad nature of the condition, the risk of hypertension is not repeated here. For the treatment of hypertension, besides drug therapy, the adjustment of dietary and work and rest habits in daily life is also very important. In addition, the treatment of hypertension has been found to be very effective by the traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Recorded in "acupuncture and moxibustion", the auricular points of the blood pressure lowering sulcus, also known as the auricular dorsal sulcus, are located on the back of the concha auricle, the upper and lower crus of the antihelix and the trunk of the antihelix, and the Y-shaped depressed sulcus on the back of the auricle, which is divided into upper, middle and lower sections. It can be used for treating hypertension and skin pruritus. The hypertension can be treated in an auxiliary way by daily massaging and kneading the hypotensive ditch.
The international consultant of the Chinese medicine society of medical science and technology Lizhi has pointed out that the massage blood pressure reduction groove can indirectly stimulate spinal nerves, has a certain conditioning effect on viscera, and the comprehensive effect can play a role in reducing blood pressure. The common massage actions for blood pressure lowering channels are kneading and pinching. There is currently no movable massage device for the depressed sulcus, i.e., the auricular dorsal sulcus. Most of the traditional Chinese medicine adopts a wearable type massage mode of magnetotherapy and acupoint stimulation, and the effect is slow. The ear is limited by cartilage tissue as a bearing point of force, and unlike common massage cushion and other massage devices, one part of the human body can be used as a force reverse applying structure to combine with the massage mechanism under the action of the mechanical massage mechanism. For the cartilage tissue of the ear, the traditional massage apparatus is difficult to be applied to the massage of the blood pressure reduction groove in a combined manner.
On the other hand, some existing massage devices are usually combined with the ear structure in the form of a hood or a hanger, and on the one hand, the structure needs to have enough holding force for the wearer in view of the practical massage effect, which may cause discomfort in wearing. On the other hand, the problem is that the force applied by the massage mechanism is completely borne by the ear because the ear is completely covered and buckled on the ear, and as mentioned above, the ear is cartilage tissue which is not easy to provide enough supporting force, so that the ear is likely to shake along with the movement of the mechanism when the massage mechanism moves, and the massage effect applied by the massage mechanism is weakened.

The kneading part 2 of the present embodiment has two switchable operation modes, one of which is that when the positioning rod 205 is inserted into the frame positioning sleeve 207, the roller frame 204 cannot rotate under the limit of the positioning rod 205, at this time, under the rotation of the driving roller 201, the driven roller 202 rotates reversely because of the rotation friction of the driving roller 201, and in this state, the driving roller 201 and the driven roller 202 both rotate around their own central axes, and the whole position does not change, so that the kneading pressure-reducing groove is rotated at a fixed position. The second working mode is that two positioning rods 205 are inserted into the shaft positioning sleeve 208, and because the roller bodies of the driven roller 202 and the corresponding roller shafts 203 are fixedly connected, the driven roller 202 cannot rotate continuously in this state, and at this time, the driving roller 201 revolves around the driven roller 202 under the force generated by the rotation of the driving roller 201, so that the driving roller 201 can obtain a large movement range, and the repeated rubbing action of hands from the pressure reduction groove to the outside of the auricle can be simulated. Through the structure of the device, the mode switching of two massage and decompression channels can be simply realized, and a complex control module is not needed.
