the fixed disc 2d is coaxially and fixedly arranged at the other end of the first sliding column 2f, and one end of the fixed disc 2d abuts against the ridge end of the fixed disc 2 d;
the first spring 2h is coaxially sleeved on the first sliding column 2f, and two ends of the first spring 2h are respectively abutted against opposite ends of the first limiting block 2g and the rotating frame 2 a;
the second sliding column 2i penetrates through the rotating shaft 2e along the axis and is in sliding fit with the rotating shaft 2e, and the second pressing head 2c is coaxially and fixedly arranged at the end, facing the soft shell 1a, of the second sliding column 2 i;
the second limiting block 2j is coaxially and fixedly arranged at the other end of the second sliding column 2i, and the second limiting block 2j abuts against the inner end of the rotating frame 2 a;
the second spring 2k is coaxially sleeved on the second sliding column 2i, and two ends of the second spring 2k are respectively abutted against opposite ends of the rotating frame 2a and the second pressing head 2 c;
and the servo motor 2m is arranged in the shell 1, and an output shaft of the servo motor 2m is coaxially and fixedly connected with the other end of the rotating shaft 2 e.
After the shell 1 is fixed at the waist of a patient, the servo motor 2m is started, so that the output shaft of the servo motor drives the rotating shaft 2e to coaxially rotate on the fixed disk 2d, the rotating frame 2a is coaxially arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft 2e, the rotating frame 2a coaxially rotates relative to the fixed disk 2d, the first sliding column 2f and the second sliding column 2i are both arranged on the rotating frame 2a in a sliding manner, the first pressing head 2b and the first limiting block 2g are respectively arranged at two ends of the first sliding column 2f, the second pressing head 2c and the second limiting block 2j are respectively arranged at two ends of the second pressing head 2c, the first spring 2h and the second spring 2k are respectively sleeved on the first sliding column 2f and the second sliding column 2i, so that the first limiting block 2g elastically abuts against the ridge end of the fixed disk 2d under the elastic force of the first spring 2h, and when the first pressing head 2b circumferentially rotates along the rotating shaft 2e, the first stopper 2g is always elastically pressed against the ridge 2d1 and the recessed ridge 2d2 by the first spring 2h, and when the first stopper 2g is pressed against the ridge 2d1, the first pressing head 2b is axially close to the rotating frame 2a relative to the rotating shaft 2e, and when the first stopper 2g is slidably pressed against the recessed ridge 2d2, the first pressing head 2b is axially away from the rotating frame 2a relative to the rotating shaft 2e, so that the first pressing head 2b can press the abdomen of the patient while the rotating shaft 2e is circumferentially rotated, thereby alleviating the pain in the abdomen of the patient, and when the second pressing head 2c is circumferentially rotated along the rotating shaft 2e against the abdomen of the patient, the second pressing head 2c is always pressed against the abdomen of the patient by the elastic force of the second spring 2k, thereby promoting the blood circulation in the abdomen of the patient and alleviating the pain symptoms.
As shown in fig. 7, the rotary pressing mechanism 2 further includes a bearing 2n, and the rotary shaft 2e is coaxially and rotatably connected to the fixed disk 2d through the bearing 2 n.
The rotating shaft 2e is connected with the fixed disk 2d through the bearing 2n in a coaxial rotation manner, so that the rotating shaft 2e can rotate stably and coaxially relative to the fixed disk 2d, and the rotating and pressing process is more stable.
As shown in fig. 1, the housing 1 further includes an elastic plate 1b, the upper and lower ends of the elastic plate 1b are provided with deformation teeth 1b1, the soft shell 1a is disposed inside the elastic plate 1b and the deformation teeth 1b1, and the fixing belt 4 is disposed on both sides of the elastic plate 1 b.
Through setting up the soft shell 1a on elastic plate 1b for when elastic plate 1b fixes at patient's waist through fixed waistband 4, thereby elastic plate 1b can take place deformation through deformation tooth 1b1 and attach totally at patient's belly, thereby makes the massage more even, and can adapt to the patient of different waistlines, and the practicality is stronger.
As shown in fig. 1, the housing 1 further includes a first rotary regulating switch 1c and a second rotary regulating switch 1d, and the first rotary regulating switch 1c and the second rotary regulating switch 1d are both disposed on the elastic plate 1b and are respectively used for connecting and controlling the rotary pressing mechanism 2 and the first electric heating layer 3.
When casing 1 is attached between patient's waist, directly just can directly adjust rotatory press mechanism 2 massage speed or 3 temperatures on first electric heat layer through rotatory first rotatory regulation and control switch 1c or the rotatory regulation and control switch 1d of second to avoided when using through the inconvenient problem of security check operation.

Through being provided with the second electric heat layer 4a that is used for heating the waist in fixed waistband 4 inboard to make when massage patient's belly, can heat patient's waist, thereby promote patient waist blood circulation, improve the comfort level, and can effectively alleviate pain.
As shown in fig. 7, the abutting ends of the first pressing head 2b and the second pressing head 2c are hemispherical.
As shown in fig. 7, the circumferential surfaces of the first sliding column 2f and the second sliding column 2i are both provided with threads, the first limiting block 2g and the second sliding column 2i are respectively and coaxially screwed at one ends of the first sliding column 2f and the second sliding column 2i, and the first pressing head 2b and the second pressing head 2c are respectively and coaxially screwed at the other ends of the first sliding column 2f and the second sliding column 2 i.
The first sliding column 2f and the second sliding column 2i are provided with threads on the circumferential surface, the first limiting block 2g and the second sliding column 2i are coaxially screwed at one ends of the first sliding column 2f and the second sliding column 2i respectively, and the first pressing head 2b and the second pressing head 2c are coaxially screwed at the other ends of the first sliding column 2f and the second sliding column 2i respectively, so that the sliding column and the pressing head are convenient to mount and dismount, and subsequent overhaul is convenient.
As shown in fig. 7, the abutting end of the first stopper 2g and the fixing plate 2d is hemispherical.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the device realizes the functions of the invention through the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems provided by the invention:
step one, when the medical belt massager is used, the shell 1 is fixed between the waists of a patient through the fixing waistband 4, so that the shell 1 is located on the abdomen of the patient, the soft shell 1a abuts against the abdomen of the patient, and the soft shell 1a is arranged on the elastic plate 1b, so that when the elastic plate 1b is fixed between the waists of the patient through the fixing waistband 4, the elastic plate 1b can be deformed through the deformation teeth 1b1 to be completely attached to the abdomen of the patient, so that the massage is more uniform, the medical belt massager can adapt to patients with different waistlines, and the wearing comfort level of the patient is higher;
step two, starting the first electric heating layer 3 and the second electric heating layer 4a, so that the first electric heating layer and the second electric heating layer automatically heat the soft shell 1a, and further heat the abdomen and the waist of the patient, so that the comfort of the patient is improved, the blood circulation of the abdomen is promoted, and the enterogastritis or the spasm pain is effectively relieved;
step three, the working end of the rotary pressing mechanism 2 is abutted against the inner side of the first electric heating layer 3 so as to be abutted against two sides of the abdomen, the servo motor 2m is started, the output shaft of the servo motor drives the rotating shaft 2e to coaxially rotate on the fixed disc 2d, the rotating frame 2a is coaxially arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft 2e, so that the rotating frame 2a coaxially rotates relative to the fixed disc 2d, the first sliding column 2f and the second sliding column 2i are both slidably arranged on the rotating frame 2a, the first pressing head 2b and the first limiting block 2g are respectively arranged at two ends of the first sliding column 2f, the second pressing head 2c and the second limiting block 2j are respectively arranged at two ends of the second pressing head 2c, and the first spring 2h and the second spring 2k are respectively sleeved on the first sliding column 2f and the second sliding column 2i, so that the first limiting block 2g is elastically abutted against the ridge end of the fixed disc 2d under the elastic force of the first spring 2h, and when the first pressing head 2b is rotated along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft 2e, the first stopper 2g always elastically acts on the first spring 2h to abut on the convex ridge 2d1 and the concave ridge 2d2, when the first stopper 2g abuts on the convex ridge 2d1, the first pressing head 2b is axially close to the rotating frame 2a relative to the rotating shaft 2e, when the first stopper 2g is slidably abutted on the concave ridge 2d2, the first pressing head 2b is axially away from the rotating frame 2a relative to the rotating shaft 2e, so that the first pressing head 2b can press the abdomen of the patient while the rotating shaft 2e is rotated circumferentially, thereby alleviating the pain on the abdomen of the patient, and when the second pressing head 2c is rotated circumferentially along the rotating shaft 2e against the abdomen of the patient, the second pressing head 2c always abuts on the abdomen of the patient under the elastic force of the second spring 2k, thereby promoting the blood circulation on the abdomen of the patient, alleviate its painful symptom, the device portable, the volume is less, and can adapt to the patient of different waistlines through fixed waistband 4, and the practicality is higher.

the device comprises a shell (1), wherein a soft shell (1 a) is arranged on one side of the shell (1);
the rotary pressing mechanism (2), the working end of the rotary pressing mechanism (2) is arranged on two sides of the interior of the shell (1) towards the soft shell (1 a), the working end of the rotary pressing mechanism (2) is provided with a rotary frame (2 a) capable of rotating along the circumferential direction, a first pressing head (2 b) and a second pressing head (2 c) which are axially and abutted to the inner side of the soft shell (1 a) are uniformly distributed on the rotary frame (2 a), in the working state, the first pressing head (2 b) is rigidly abutted to the inner side of the soft shell (1 a) freely along the axial direction, and the second pressing head (2 c) is elastically abutted to the inner side of the soft shell (1 a) freely along the axial line;
the first electric heating layer (3), the first electric heating layer (3) is arranged on the inner side of the soft shell (1 a), and the pressing head is abutted against the inner side of the first electric heating layer (3);
the fixing waistband (4), the fixing waistband (4) is arranged on two sides of the shell (1) and used for fixing the fixing waistband between the waist of a patient.

the axis of the fixed disk (2 d) is horizontally and fixedly arranged at two sides in the shell (1) through support legs, the rotating frame (2 a) faces the end face of the soft shell (1 a) and is uniformly distributed with a convex ridge (2 d 1) and a concave ridge (2 d 2) which are radial and adjacent, and the adjacent sides of the convex ridge (2 d 1) and the concave ridge (2 d 2) are tangent;
the rotating shaft (2 e), the rotating shaft (2 e) is coaxially and rotatably arranged on the rotating frame (2 a), and the rotating frame (2 a) is coaxially and fixedly arranged at the end, facing the soft shell (1 a), of the rotating shaft (2 e);
the first sliding column (2 f) penetrates through the rotating shaft (2 e) along the axial direction and is in sliding fit with the rotating shaft, and the first pressing head (2 b) is coaxially and fixedly arranged at the end, facing the soft shell (1 a), of the first sliding column (2 f);
the fixed disc (2 d) is coaxially and fixedly arranged at the other end of the first sliding column (2 f), and one end of the fixed disc (2 d) abuts against the ridge end of the fixed disc (2 d);
the first spring (2 h), the said first spring (2 h) is coaxially fitted over the first sliding column (2 f), and both ends of the said first spring (2 h) are supported and connected to the first limited block (2 g) and opposite ends of the swivel mount (2 a) separately;
the second sliding column (2 i) penetrates through the rotating shaft (2 e) along the axis and is in sliding fit with the rotating shaft, and the second pressing head (2 c) is coaxially and fixedly arranged at the end, facing the soft shell (1 a), of the second sliding column (2 i);
the second limiting block (2 j) is coaxially and fixedly arranged at the other end of the second sliding column (2 i), and the second limiting block (2 j) is abutted against the inner end of the rotating frame (2 a);
the second spring (2 k), the second spring (2 k) is coaxially sleeved on the second sliding column (2 i), and two ends of the second spring (2 k) are respectively abutted against opposite ends of the rotating frame (2 a) and the second pressing head (2 c);
the servo motor (2 m) is arranged in the shell (1), and an output shaft of the servo motor (2 m) is coaxially and fixedly connected with the other end of the rotating shaft (2 e).
3. The gastroenteritis nursing device of claim 1, wherein said rotary pressing mechanism (2) further comprises a bearing (2 n), said rotary shaft (2 e) is coaxially and rotatably connected to said fixed plate (2 d) through said bearing (2 n).
4. The gastroenteritis nursing device of claim 1, wherein said shell (1) further comprises an elastic plate (1 b), said elastic plate (1 b) has a deformable tooth (1 b 1) at upper and lower ends thereof, said soft shell (1 a) is disposed inside said elastic plate (1 b) and said deformable tooth (1 b 1), and said waist belt (4) is disposed at two sides of said elastic plate (1 b).
5. The gastroenteritis nursing device of claim 1, wherein said housing (1) further comprises a first rotary switch (1 c) and a second rotary switch (1 d), said first rotary switch (1 c) and said second rotary switch (1 d) are disposed on said elastic plate (1 b) for connecting and controlling said rotary pressing mechanism (2) and said first electric heating layer (3).
6. The gastroenteritis nursing device of claim 1, wherein said first electric heating layer (3) has a wear-resistant layer (3 a) inside for contacting with the working end of said rotary pressing mechanism (2).
7. The gastroenteritis nursing device of claim 1, wherein said fixing belt (4) has a second electric heating layer (4 a) for heating waist portion inside.
8. The gastroenteritis nursing device used in gastroenterology according to claim 1, wherein the abutting ends of the first pressing head (2 b) and the second pressing head (2 c) are hemispherical.
9. The gastroenteritis nursing device for department of gastroenterology according to claim 2, wherein the first sliding column (2 f) and the second sliding column (2 i) are provided with screw threads on the circumferential surfaces thereof, the first limiting block (2 g) and the second sliding column (2 i) are respectively and coaxially screwed at one ends of the first sliding column (2 f) and the second sliding column (2 i), and the first pressing head (2 b) and the second pressing head (2 c) are respectively and coaxially screwed at the other ends of the first sliding column (2 f) and the second sliding column (2 i).
10. The gastroenteritis nursing device for department of gastroenterology according to claim 2, wherein the abutting end of the first limiting block (2 g) and the fixed disk (2 d) is hemispherical.
