Abstract
The invention relates to a garment manufacturing process, and discloses a sewing process for neckline, hemline and cuffs of a wool four-layer sweater, which is characterized in that a wool layer is sewn on a base cloth layer to form a wool warm-keeping layer; then sewing the wool warm-keeping layer on the inner layer; the lower hem/cuff/neckline is folded into two layers and is sewn, turned over and sewn with the inner layer/outer layer, and after the sewing, the lower hem/cuff/neckline is inserted from the root of the sleeve part and covered with the edge of the root of the sleeve part. The invention completes the sewing of the lower hem/cuff/collar opening and the outer layer/inner layer in the clothes, pulls out the lower hem/cuff/collar opening from the root of the sleeve part during sewing to perform the sewing, edge splitting and sewing processes, plugs in the sleeve part after the sewing is completed, and then wraps the edge of the root of the cuff.

Background
At present, when the clothes are sewn and connected at positions of a collar, a hem and cuffs, the following two problems exist: 1, the condition of exposed needles and threads often exists, and the appearance is influenced; 2, the sewing part has too large thickness, which affects the comfort of wearing.

The invention provides a sewing process of neckline, lap and cuff of a wool four-layer sweater aiming at the problems in the prior art.

the sewing process of the neckline, the lap and the cuffs of the wool four-layer sweater comprises an outer layer, a wool layer, a base cloth layer and an inner layer, and the sewing process comprises the following steps:
a, sewing a wool layer on a base cloth layer to form a wool warm-keeping layer;
b, sewing the wool warm-keeping layer on the inner layer;
c, folding the lower hem/cuff/neckline to form an inner part and an outer part;
d, folding the inner layer inwards, sewing the inner layer with the inner side part of the hem/cuff/collar, and forming a first split edge section and a first connecting section between the sewing position and the edge position, wherein the first split edge section is positioned on the inner side part of the hem/cuff/collar, and the first connecting section is positioned on the inner layer;
e, folding the outer layer inwards, sewing the outer layer to the outer side part of the hem/cuff/collar, and forming a second split edge section and a second connecting section between the sewing position and the edge position, wherein the second split edge section is positioned on the outer side part of the hem/cuff/collar, and the second connecting section is positioned on the surface layer;
f, sewing the first connecting section with the second connecting section; wherein the inner layer, the outer layer and the corresponding lower hem/cuff/neckline are pulled out from the sleeve part root part of the wool four-layer sweater and sewn inside, and the sleeve part root part is inserted after sewing is finished, and the edge covering is carried out on the sleeve part root part.
Preferably, in the step, when the wool layer is sewn on the base cloth layer, the area of the base cloth layer is larger than that of the wool layer so as to form a third connecting section at the peripheral edge of the base cloth layer, the third connecting section is sewn on the inner layer, and the sewing position of the third connecting section is positioned at the inner side of the connecting position of the inner layer/outer layer and the corresponding lower hem/cuff/collar.
Preferably, the inner layer has an edge position aligned with an edge position of the inner side portion of the skirt/cuff/collar and the outer layer has an edge position aligned with an edge position of the outer side portion of the skirt/cuff/collar.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the remarkable technical effects that: the invention completes the sewing of the lower hem/cuff/collar opening and the outer layer/inner layer in the clothes, pulls out the lower hem/cuff/collar opening from the root of the sleeve part during sewing to perform the sewing, edge splitting and sewing processes, plugs in the sleeve part after the sewing is completed, and then wraps the edge of the root of the cuff.

Examples
A sewing process for neckline, hem and cuff of a wool four-layer sweater comprises the following steps of:
a, sewing a wool layer 5 on a base cloth layer 4 to form a wool warm-keeping layer;
b, sewing the wool warm-keeping layer on the inner layer 2;
c, folding the lower hem/cuff/neckline 3 to form an inner part and an outer part;
d, folding the inner layer 2 inwards, sewing the inner layer with the inner side part of the lap/cuff/collar 3, and forming a first split edge section 31 and a first connecting section 11 between the sewing position and the edge position, wherein the first split edge section 31 is positioned on the inner side part of the lap/cuff/collar 3, and the first connecting section 11 is positioned on the inner layer 2;
e, folding the outer layer 1 inwards, sewing the outer part of the hem/cuff/collar 3, and forming a second split edge section 32 and a second connecting section 21 between the sewing position and the edge position, wherein the second split edge section 32 is positioned on the outer part of the hem/cuff/collar 3, and the second connecting section 21 is positioned on the surface layer;
f, sewing the first connecting section 11 with the second connecting section 21; wherein the inner layer 2, the outer layer 1 and the corresponding lower hem/cuff/neckline 3 are pulled out from the root part of the sleeve part of the wool four-layer sweater and sewn inside, and are stuffed in the root part of the sleeve part after sewing is finished, and the root part of the sleeve part is wrapped.
Preferably, in the step, when the wool layer 5 is sewn on the base cloth layer 4, the area of the base cloth layer 4 is larger than the area of the wool layer 5 so as to form a third connecting section at the peripheral edge of the base cloth layer 4, the third connecting section is sewn on the inner layer 2 and the sewing position of the third connecting section is located at the inner side of the connecting position of the inner layer 2/the outer layer 1 and the corresponding lower hem/cuff/collar 3.
Preferably, the edge position of the inner layer 2 is aligned with the edge position of the inner side portion of the hem/cuff/neck opening 3, and the edge position of the outer layer 1 is aligned with the edge position of the outer side portion of the hem/cuff/neck opening 3.

b, sewing the wool warm-keeping layer on the inner layer;
c, folding the lower hem/cuff/neckline to form an inner part and an outer part;
d, folding the inner layer inwards, sewing the inner layer with the inner side part of the hem/cuff/collar, and forming a first split edge section and a first connecting section between the sewing position and the edge position, wherein the first split edge section is positioned on the inner side part of the hem/cuff/collar, and the first connecting section is positioned on the inner layer;
e, folding the outer layer inwards, sewing the outer layer to the outer side part of the hem/cuff/collar, and forming a second split edge section and a second connecting section between the sewing position and the edge position, wherein the second split edge section is positioned on the outer side part of the hem/cuff/collar, and the second connecting section is positioned on the surface layer;
f, sewing the first connecting section with the second connecting section; wherein the inner layer, the outer layer and the corresponding lower hem/cuff/neckline are pulled out from the sleeve part root part of the wool four-layer sweater and sewn inside, and the sleeve part root part is inserted after sewing is finished, and the edge covering is carried out on the sleeve part root part.
