When the corn stalks move on the material conveying belt 4, the cutting of the corn stalks is realized due to the action of the cutting knife 8, so that the lengths of the corn stalks are consistent.
The fourth driving motor 34 works to realize rotation of the threaded rod 35, and as the threaded rod 35 is in threaded connection with the first sliding block 36, and the first sliding block 36 is in sliding connection with the second processing shell 32, the first sliding block 36 moves in the rotating process of the threaded rod 35, the baffles 38 move in the sliding process of the first sliding block 36, and cutting scraps for cutting corn straws fall into the second processing shell 32 from the space between the baffles 38.
The cut corn straws move into the outer cover 11 along with the material conveying belt 4, the second hydraulic rod 28 moves downwards to enable the corn straws to be located in the outer cover 11, then the third hydraulic rod 29 works to achieve movement of the material supporting plate 18, the corn straws are located below two ends of the material supporting plate 18 in the moving process of the material supporting plate 18, then the fourth hydraulic rod 31 works to achieve upward movement of the material supporting plate 18, and the corn straws are lifted through the material supporting plate 18.
Then the wire on the winding wheel 16 is wound on the corn straws, the third driving motor 30 works to realize the rotation of the first rotating plate 15, the wire on the winding wheel 16 is wound on the corn straws in the rotating process of the first rotating plate 15, and the bundling treatment of the corn straws is realized.
Then the third hydraulic rod 29 works to realize that the retainer plate 18 moves towards the opposite direction, so that the corn straws fall onto the conveyer belt 2, and the conveyer belt 2 works to realize the transportation of the corn straws.
When the crushed leaves after cutting the corn straws fall on the conveying belt 2, a worker manually rotates the adjusting bolt 45, and the adjusting bolt 45 is rotatably connected to the upper surface of the sliding plate 44 and is in threaded connection with the horizontal plate 43, so that the sliding plate 44 moves upwards or downwards in the rotating process of the adjusting bolt 45; the rotation of lead screw 48 is realized in the work of biax motor 47, because threaded connection has second slider 49 on lead screw 48, and second slider 49 sliding connection is on the lateral wall of holding tank 46, consequently realizes two blocks of cleaning plates 50 removal at lead screw 48 pivoted in-process, and the cleaning effect on conveyer belt 2 is realized at the in-process that removes to cleaning hair 51.
