Abstract
The invention relates to a switching component for an outlet of an accelerating tube, which comprises an outlet flange of the accelerating tube, a beam pipeline and a vacuum flange component; the accelerating tube outlet flange and the vacuum flange component are respectively arranged at two ends of the beam pipeline so as to be connected with the accelerating tube and the drift tube; and two threaded holes are formed in the accelerating tube outlet flange and are respectively connected with the accelerating tube and the accelerating tube mounting substrate. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention can complete the connection between the outlet of the accelerating tube and the drift tube by arranging two threaded holes on the outlet flange of the accelerating tube, and realize the fixation of the port of the accelerating tube. The accelerating tube outlet flange is designed by adopting two circles of counter bore type bolt holes, the vacuum sealing connection between the accelerating tube outlet and the adaptor is ensured, the perpendicularity between the accelerating tube and the base plate is ensured when the accelerating tube outlet flange is fixedly arranged on the base plate by adopting a counter bore design method, and the accelerating tube outlet flange and the base plate are fixed by adopting bolts through outer circle bolt holes.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of nuclear industry, and particularly relates to a switching assembly for accelerating a pipe orifice.
Background
The accelerating tube is a core component of the electron linear accelerator, and mainly has the function of accelerating electrons generated by an electron gun, and finally obtaining required energy at an outlet of the accelerating tube, and a high-energy electron beam accelerated by the accelerating tube needs to be guided to a scanning box through a drift tube and a focusing magnet. In the prior art, the switching assembly between the outlet of the accelerating tube and the beam pipeline only plays a role in connection, the accelerating tube can be fixed only by an additional structure, and the installation and the use are extremely inconvenient.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the adapter component for the outlet of the accelerating tube.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a switching assembly for an outlet of an accelerating tube comprises an accelerating tube outlet flange, a beam pipeline and a vacuum flange assembly; the accelerating tube outlet flange and the vacuum flange component are respectively arranged at two ends of the beam pipeline so as to be connected with the accelerating tube and the drift tube; and two threaded holes are formed in the accelerating tube outlet flange and are respectively connected with the accelerating tube and the accelerating tube mounting substrate.
Furthermore, in the adapter assembly for the outlet of the accelerating tube, the two threaded holes are divided into an inner ring and an outer ring which are arranged on the flange of the outlet of the accelerating tube, the threaded hole of the inner ring is used for connecting the accelerating tube, and the threaded hole of the outer ring is used for connecting the mounting substrate of the accelerating tube.
Further, in the adapter assembly for the outlet of the accelerating tube, the inner ring threaded hole and the outer ring threaded hole are counter bores, and the directions of the counter bores are opposite.
Further, in the above adapter assembly for an outlet of an acceleration pipe, the threaded hole of the outer ring is a kidney hole.
Further, in the above adapter assembly for an outlet of an acceleration tube, a limiting clamp for limiting the acceleration tube is arranged on the flange of the outlet of the acceleration tube.
Further, the adapter assembly for an outlet of an acceleration tube as described above, the vacuum flange assembly comprising a vacuum flange and a vacuum flange shoulder ring; the beam pipeline is fixedly connected with the vacuum flange shoulder ring, and the vacuum flange is sleeved on the vacuum flange shoulder ring.
Further, in the adapter assembly for the outlet of the acceleration tube, the vacuum flange is connected with the beam drift tube by using a bolt.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention can complete the connection between the outlet of the accelerating tube and the drift tube by arranging two threaded holes on the outlet flange of the accelerating tube, and realize the fixation of the port of the accelerating tube.
2. The accelerating tube outlet flange is designed by adopting two circles of counter bore type bolt holes, the vacuum sealing connection between the accelerating tube outlet and the adaptor is ensured, the perpendicularity between the accelerating tube and the base plate is ensured when the accelerating tube outlet flange is fixedly arranged on the base plate by adopting a counter bore design method, and the accelerating tube outlet flange and the base plate are fixed by adopting bolts through outer circle bolt holes.
3. The connecting flange of the beam drift tube and the beam drift tube adopts a loose sleeve type design of matching a vacuum flange sleeve and a shoulder ring, so that the adaptability is stronger, and the connection of more beam pipelines can be met.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a adapter assembly for an outlet of an acceleration tube, which includes an acceleration tube outlet flange 1, a beam flow pipeline 2 and a vacuum flange assembly; the accelerating tube outlet flange 1 and the vacuum flange component are respectively arranged at two ends of the beam pipeline 2 to connect the accelerating tube and the drift tube; and two threaded holes are formed in the accelerating tube outlet flange 1 to be respectively connected with the accelerating tube and the accelerating tube mounting substrate.
The design of accelerating tube export flange is bigger than accelerating tube external diameter size, and two kinds of screw holes divide into inner circle and outer lane setting on accelerating tube export flange 1, and the inner circle screw hole is used for connecting accelerating tube (with accelerating tube on vacuum flange connect in order to form vacuum seal), and the outer lane screw hole is used for connecting accelerating tube mounting substrate. The inner ring threaded hole and the outer ring threaded hole are counter bores, and the directions of the counter bores are opposite. In this embodiment, the outer ring threaded hole is a kidney hole, and the bolt hole is connected with the acceleration tube mounting substrate through a bolt to fix the outlet end of the acceleration tube. In addition, the accelerating tube outlet flange 1 is provided with a limiting clamp for limiting the accelerating tube. The limiting clamp is convenient for the sealing connection of the accelerating tube outlet flange 1 and the accelerating tube outlet.
As shown in fig. 1, the vacuum flange assembly includes a vacuum flange 3 and a vacuum flange shoulder ring 4; the beam pipeline 2 is fixedly connected with the vacuum flange shoulder ring 4, and the vacuum flange 3 is sleeved on the vacuum flange shoulder ring 4. The vacuum flange 3 is connected with the beam drift tube by bolts.
In this embodiment, two ends of the beam pipeline 2 are respectively connected with the accelerating tube outlet flange 1 and the vacuum flange shoulder ring 4 in a welding manner.
The invention can complete the connection between the outlet of the accelerating tube and the drift tube by arranging two threaded holes on the outlet flange of the accelerating tube, and realize the fixation of the port of the accelerating tube. The accelerating tube outlet flange is designed by adopting two circles of counter bore type bolt holes, the vacuum sealing connection between the accelerating tube outlet and the adaptor is ensured, the perpendicularity between the accelerating tube and the base plate is ensured when the accelerating tube outlet flange and the base plate are fixedly installed on the base plate by adopting a counter bore design method, and the accelerating tube outlet flange and the base plate are fixed by adopting bolts through outer circle bolt holes. The connecting flange of the beam drift tube and the beam drift tube adopts a loose sleeve type design of matching a vacuum flange sleeve and a shoulder ring, so that the adaptability is stronger, and the connection of more beam pipelines can be met.

Claims (7)
1. A switching component for an outlet of an accelerating tube is characterized by comprising an accelerating tube outlet flange, a beam pipeline and a vacuum flange component; the accelerating tube outlet flange and the vacuum flange component are respectively arranged at two ends of the beam pipeline so as to be connected with the accelerating tube and the drift tube; and two threaded holes are formed in the accelerating tube outlet flange and are respectively connected with the accelerating tube and the accelerating tube mounting substrate.
2. The adapter assembly for an outlet of an accelerating tube as claimed in claim 1, wherein two kinds of threaded holes are provided on the flange of the outlet of the accelerating tube in an inner ring and an outer ring, the threaded holes of the inner ring are used for connecting the accelerating tube, and the threaded holes of the outer ring are used for connecting the mounting substrate of the accelerating tube.
3. A adapter assembly for an acceleration tube outlet according to claim 2, characterized in that the inner ring threaded hole and the outer ring threaded hole are both counter bored with opposite directions.
4. An adapter assembly for an acceleration tube outlet according to claim 3, characterized in that the outer ring threaded hole is a kidney hole.
5. The adapter assembly for an accelerating tube outlet of claim 1, wherein the accelerating tube outlet flange is provided with a limiting clamp for limiting the accelerating tube.

An adapter assembly for an acceleration tube outlet according to any of the claims 1-5, characterized in that the vacuum flange assembly comprises a vacuum flange and a vacuum flange shoulder ring; the beam pipeline is fixedly connected with the vacuum flange shoulder ring, and the vacuum flange is sleeved on the vacuum flange shoulder ring.
7. An adapter assembly for an accelerator tube outlet according to claim 6, wherein the vacuum flange is bolted to the beam drift tube.
