Abstract
The invention relates to an access method of a built-in set top box of a convergence terminal, wherein the convergence terminal comprises a gateway module and a set top box module, and the method comprises the following steps: enabling telnet service of the gateway module; establishing telnet network connection with a gateway module by utilizing a PC (personal computer); enabling and starting telnet service of the set top box module; and establishing telnet network connection with the set-top box module by utilizing the gateway module. The invention can efficiently and conveniently connect the set-top box for debugging by enabling and starting the telnet service of the set-top box module and establishing the connection between the gateway and the PC and between the gateway and the set-top box by utilizing the telnet service, and has lower requirement on first-line service personnel, high processing speed and good customer experience.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of digital set-top boxes, in particular to an access method of a built-in set-top box of a convergence terminal.
Background
The convergence gateway is a device which integrates the optical modem and the set-top box in the same shell and can simultaneously realize the functions of accessing internet and watching television through optical fibers.
The chips and the systems of the gateway and the set top box in the integration gateway device are independent, because the gateway and the set top box are two sets of independent operating systems, the traditional set top box needs to be debugged or set by depending on a serial port tool or adb to connect the set top box when a fault occurs, the serial port tool can be used for connecting serial port lines only by disassembling an equipment shell, and even some equipment does not have a welding serial port needle and can not be connected with the serial port tool. When the abd is used for connecting the set-top box, a series of complicated operations are needed, the requirement on a first-line service staff is high, and customer complaints are caused by the fact that the devices cannot be connected quickly to solve the problems.

establishing telnet network connection with a gateway module by utilizing a PC (personal computer);
enabling and starting telnet service of the set top box module;
and establishing telnet network connection with the set-top box module by utilizing the gateway module.
In the above method, before the step of enabling and starting telnet service of the set top box module, the method further includes the steps of:

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention provides an access method for a built-in set-top box of a convergence terminal, where the convergence terminal includes a gateway module and a set-top box module, and the method is used for directly connecting and interacting with the set-top box module by using a PC, and mainly includes the following steps:
s1: enabling telnet service of the gateway module;
s2: establishing telnet network connection with a gateway module by utilizing a PC (personal computer);
s3: enabling and starting telnet service of the set top box module;
s4: and establishing telnet network connection with the set-top box module by utilizing the gateway module.
Before step S3, the method further includes the steps of:
s21: and a communication link is constructed between the gateway module and the set top box module, and a virtual network port is established at one end of the set top box module.

Preferably, the communication link is a physical link, such as a communication bus. After the telnet network connection is established between the PC and the gateway module, the PC can be connected to the set-top box module through the telnet service of the gateway module and the set-top box module, just like remotely logging in a computer, the connection can be completed only by opening a telnet client, inputting an IP address (such as 192.168.253.250) of a virtual network port and executing the IP address, and the method is efficient and convenient.
In summary, the telnet service of the set top box module is enabled and started, and the telnet service is utilized to establish the connection between the gateway and the PC and between the gateway and the set top box, so that the PC can achieve the purpose of debugging the set top box without depending on special hardware and network environment, the method is efficient and convenient, and a first-line service personnel does not need to perform complex operation, disassemble the machine and modify the gateway configuration, so that the problem can be solved on site without damaging the problem, the working efficiency is greatly improved, the working difficulty is reduced, and the satisfaction degree of customers is improved.

and establishing telnet network connection with the set-top box module by utilizing the gateway module.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: before the step of enabling and turning on telnet service of the set-top box module, the method further comprises the steps of:
