Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary system architecture to which the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention can be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture 100 may include a terminal device, which may be a device including a wireless signal receiver, a device including receiving and transmitting hardware, a communication terminal, a web terminal, and the like (e.g., one or more of the mobile phone 101, the tablet computer 102, and the portable computer 103 shown in fig. 1, but may also be other terminal devices having a display screen and capable of receiving a call signal of another terminal device and communicating with the other terminal device, and the like), a network 104, and a server 105. The network 104 serves as a medium for providing communication links between terminal devices and the server 105. Network 104 may include various connection types, such as wired communication links, wireless communication links, and so forth.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation. For example, server 105 may be a server cluster comprised of multiple servers, or the like.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a user may receive a call signal from another unknown terminal device 101 (which may also be a terminal device 102 or 103) by using the terminal device 101 (which may also be a terminal device 102 or 103), after receiving a hang-up signal of the terminal device 101, the server 105 may send a plurality of tag options to the terminal device 101, where the tag options include a positive tag option and a negative tag option, and display a first tag box containing the tag options in a display screen of the terminal device 101; the user selects a label corresponding to the target unknown number from the first mark frame according to the call content; after receiving all the primary labels corresponding to the target unknown numbers, the server 105 performs statistics to determine a target primary label and puts the target primary label on line; when the terminal device 101 of the user receives a call signal of a target unknown number with a target primary label, answers and hangs up, the server 105 can send a plurality of label options to the terminal device 101 again, the label options are detailed label options corresponding to the target primary label, and a second mark frame containing the label options is displayed in a display screen of the terminal device 101; the user selects a label corresponding to the target unknown number from the second mark frame according to the call content; after receiving all the secondary labels corresponding to the target unknown number, the server 105 performs statistics to determine the target secondary label and puts the target secondary label on line, and subsequently when the user receives a call of the target unknown number, the server can definitely know the label of the target unknown number and determine whether to answer the call. The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention can reduce the number of the marking options in the marking frame, thereby reducing the understanding and cognitive burden of the user and improving the marking willingness of the user to unknown numbers; on the other hand, after the target primary label is determined, the user is guided to select the secondary label for the unknown number through multiple label selections, so that the label corresponding to the unknown number is clearer and more detailed.
It should be noted that the number marking method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 105, and accordingly, the number marking apparatus is generally disposed in the server 105. However, in other embodiments of the present invention, the terminal device may also have a similar function as the server, so as to execute the number marking scheme provided by the embodiments of the present invention.
In the related art in this field, after the user ends the call with the unmarked unknown number, a plurality of marking options appear on the display interface of the terminal device 101, and the user may select one marking option with the highest association degree as the label of the unknown number according to the call content. The marking options mainly comprise a positive marking option and a negative marking option, and after receiving a harassing fraud call, a user usually selects the negative marking option to mark unknown harassing fraud calls in order to release discontent and angry emotions, but marks are very few for some positive long tail type numbers, which refer to types which are less frequently appeared in a telephone call, such as carrying goods, delivering water and the like, and bring positive value to the user, and numbers which the user is willing to answer. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an interface of number marks in the related art, as shown in fig. 2, after a user finishes a call, a mark box appears on a display interface, and the mark box includes a plurality of negative mark options and a plurality of positive mark options, wherein the negative mark options and the positive mark options are distinguished by different colors, the negative mark options may specifically include advertising promotion, real estate agency, fraud call and harassment call, the positive mark options may specifically include express delivery, taxi special, hunting and recruitment and other options, and in the display interface, the other options are represented by "more" buttons, and the user can obtain more positive mark options by clicking the "more" buttons.
However, the related art has corresponding defects, which are mainly reflected in the following two aspects: (1) overall labeling will be low: because of more options in the marking frame, the cognitive burden of the user after reading is heavier, the total marking will not be high, and the forward number has more inner-long tail type numbers and no proper option can be marked, so that the user will have lower desire to mark the forward type number; (2) the long tail marking willingness is low: since the existing options have reached a certain cognitive burden after being read, when there is no actual phone type in the options, the user is unwilling to select the "more" button for marking, and the long-tailed type number cannot obtain the mark.
In view of the problems in the related art, the embodiment of the present invention first provides a number marking method, and details of implementation of the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention are set forth below:
fig. 3 schematically shows a flow diagram of a number marking method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be performed by a server, which may be the server shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 3, the number marking method at least includes steps S310 to S340, which are described in detail as follows:
in step S310, a primary tag corresponding to a target unknown number and sent by a first terminal is received, where the primary tag is a tag selected by a first terminal user from a first tag frame, and the first tag frame includes a positive tag option and a negative tag option.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the first terminal 101 of the user receives the call information from the unknown number, the user may turn on the first terminal 101 to perform a call, and when the call is ended, the first terminal 101 may be turned off to end the call. The first terminal 101 may specifically be a mobile phone, a smart phone, or other terminal equipment capable of implementing link communication, or may also be a portable computer, a tablet computer, or other terminal equipment capable of implementing communication through a network, and of course, the first terminal 101 may also be other types of equipment, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention. In order to make the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention clearer, a smart phone is used as a first terminal to describe the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention.
After the user answers and hangs up the call with the target unknown number, the server 105 can receive a hang-up signal of the smart phone 101, then a plurality of first-level label options can be obtained, a first mark frame containing the plurality of first-level label options is displayed on a display interface of the smart phone 101, the user can select a label option with the highest relevance with the target unknown number from the first mark frame according to the call content with the target unknown number so as to mark the target unknown number, and meanwhile, the smart phone 101 can send the label option with the highest relevance selected by the user to the server 105 so as to store the label option with the highest relevance. The plurality of first-level tag options may be stored in a local database, or may be stored in a server different from the server 105, for example, a storage server for storing data, or a cloud server, or the like, that is, after receiving the hang-up signal, the server 105 may obtain a corresponding tag from a corresponding database, and display the corresponding tag in the first mark frame in the display interface of the smartphone 101.
In an embodiment of the invention, the plurality of primary labels include a positive label option and a negative label option, wherein the positive label option and the negative label option can be common positive label options and negative label options, for example, as express delivery and food delivery industries are gradually mature, more and more people select online shopping and take-out, and the mobile phone of a user usually does not store the telephone of a courier and a food delivery person in advance, so that it is necessary to add a label to the telephone of the courier or the food delivery person, and the express delivery food can be used as a positive label option for the user to select; of course, besides the express delivery of meals, common marks such as life services and the like can be used as forward label options. Accordingly, tags such as advertising promotions, nuisance calls, etc. are relatively common and may therefore be considered negative tag options. Fig. 4 shows an interface display diagram showing a first label frame, as shown in fig. 4, there is a first label frame 401 on the display interface of the smartphone 101, an unknown number "18388800000" is displayed on the upper portion of the first label frame 401, four keys are provided below the unknown number, each key corresponds to a different label option, and the keys corresponding to the different label options are in different colors, wherein the "advertisement promotion" and the "harassing call" are negative label options, the color of the key is light, and the "express meal" and the "living service" are positive label options, and the color of the key may be dark. Certainly, the manner of distinguishing the positive label option from the negative label option includes, but is not limited to, color distinguishing, and distinguishing by changing the shape of a key, changing the font, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention; in addition, the number of the positive tag options and the negative tag options in the first mark box 401 includes, but is not limited to, two of each in fig. 4, and may also be other numbers, but in order to avoid causing a heavy cognitive burden to the user, the number of the tag options is not too large, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
Further, the first mark frame may include two keys, one key corresponds to a positive label option, and the other label option corresponds to a negative label option, fig. 5 shows an interface display diagram in which the first mark frame is displayed, as shown in fig. 5, a first mark frame 501 exists on the display interface of the smartphone 101, an unknown number "18388800000" is displayed on the upper portion of the first mark frame 501, two keys are provided below the unknown number, the first key is "mark as harassment", and the second key is "mark as normal".
The common label is arranged externally, the number of labels is reduced, the cognitive burden of a user can be reduced, the willingness of the user to label the unknown number is improved, and the user can quickly acquire label option information and label the target unknown number according to the call content.
In an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a process of displaying a first mark frame on a display interface of a first terminal, and as shown in fig. 6, in step S601, after determining that a call between the first terminal and a target unknown number is ended, a first call duration is obtained; after the user hangs up the call, the first terminal displays the call duration of the current time, and the call duration can be acquired as a first call duration; in step S602, when the first call duration satisfies a first preset condition, displaying a first mark frame in a display interface of the first terminal; the step may specifically include steps S603-S604, in step S603, comparing the first call duration with a first preset value; the first preset value can be set according to actual needs, such as 3s, 4s and the like; in step S604, when the first call duration is greater than or equal to the first preset value, displaying a first mark frame in a display interface of the first terminal; if the first call duration is greater than or equal to the first preset value, the user is indicated to have a call with the user of the target unknown number, and certain call content exists, so that the user can be ensured to mark the target unknown number according to the call content; if the first call duration is smaller than the first preset value, it indicates that the user has no substantial call with the user of the target unknown number, even no call, and therefore the user cannot mark the target unknown number according to the call content.
In step S320, all primary tags corresponding to the target unknown number are counted, and a target primary tag corresponding to the target unknown number is determined according to the counting result.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a user of a target unknown number may make a call to multiple users, that is, there are multiple first terminals, and the labels of the users of each first terminal for the same target unknown number may be the same or different, so that statistics needs to be performed on all primary labels to determine a target primary label corresponding to the target unknown number.
In an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 7 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a process of determining a target primary tag, and as shown in fig. 7, in step S701, a plurality of primary tags corresponding to target unknown numbers sent by a first terminal are obtained; in step S702, performing classification statistics on all the primary labels to obtain a primary label type and a primary label quantity corresponding to the primary label type; the first-level labels sent by the first terminals may include multiple types, for example, for a forward number of water delivery, some users are marked as "life service", some users are marked as "express delivery meal", and therefore classification statistics needs to be performed on the first-level labels, and during the classification statistics, the types of the first-level labels and the number of the first-level labels corresponding to the types of the first-level labels can be obtained, and after a label option is selected by a user each time, the number of the first-level labels corresponding to the label option is gradually increased by one, for example, when the forward number of water delivery calls 15, the classification statistics result of the first-level labels is: the 'life service' is 10 people, and the 'express delivery' is 5 people; in step S703, determining a target first-level tag type according to the number of the first-level tags, and using the target first-level tag type as a target first-level tag; step S703 may specifically include steps S704-S705, in step S704, comparing the number of primary tags corresponding to each primary tag type with a first preset number; in step S705, when there is a target primary tag type whose primary tag number is equal to a first preset number, taking the target primary tag type as a target primary tag; taking the forward number of the marked water delivery as an example, the first preset number is set to 10, and the number of the marks of the "life service" reaches 10 at first, so that the "life service" is the target first-level label type, and further, the "life service" can be used as the target first-level label.
It should be noted that the first preset number may be set according to actual needs, for example, if the number of calls of the target unknown number is small, the first preset number may be set to a small value; if the number of calls is large, the first preset number may be set to a large value, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In step S330, a secondary label corresponding to the target unknown number and sent by the second terminal is received, where the secondary label is a label selected by the second terminal user from a second label frame, and the second label frame includes a secondary label option corresponding to the target primary label.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the target primary tag corresponding to the target unknown number is determined, if the target unknown number sends a call signal to the terminal device 101 of another user, the target unknown number and the corresponding target primary tag are simultaneously displayed on the display screen of the terminal device 101 of another user. In order to make the user mark the unknown number as much as possible and reduce the cognitive impairment of the user, the primary label is usually a more general label item, for example, "life service" is a more general option, and it can be further subdivided into a plurality of labels, such as "taxi", "hunting employment", "repair and repair", and so on, so that in order to make the label of the unknown number more clear, a refined target secondary label can be determined on the basis of the target primary label.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining a target secondary tag is similar to a method for determining a target primary tag, and specifically includes the following steps: the target unknown number sends a call signal to the second terminal 101, the target unknown number and the corresponding target primary label and the number of the marked people are displayed on a display screen of the second terminal 101, after a user answers and hangs up the call, the server 105 can receive the hang-up signal sent by the second terminal, meanwhile, the second call duration of the second terminal can be obtained, whether the second call duration meets a second preset condition or not is judged by comparing the second call duration with a second preset value, and when the second call duration is greater than or equal to the second preset value, it can be determined that the second call duration satisfies the second preset condition, and the server 105 can obtain the second-level label option corresponding to the target first-level label from the preset path and issue the second-level label option to the second terminal, and presenting a second mark frame on a display screen of the second terminal, wherein the second mark frame comprises a target unknown number and a secondary label option. The second terminal may be the same as or different from the first terminal, and in view of universality and function diversification of the smart phone, both the first terminal and the second terminal may be smart phones; the second preset value can be the same as or different from the first preset value, as long as the fact that the second terminal user has substantial conversation with the user of the target unknown number can be determined, and the second terminal user can mark the target unknown number according to conversation contents is guaranteed; the preset path may be the same as or different from the storage path of the first-level tag option, specifically, the second-level tag option may be stored in a local database, or may also be stored in a cloud server, and so on, and the server may obtain the refined second-level tag option from the local database or the cloud server, and issue the refined second-level tag option to the smartphone of the user.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of an interface for generating a second mark frame, as shown in fig. 8, a target unknown number "18388800000" sends a call signal to the smartphone 101 of the user, the user presents a second mark frame 801 on the display screen of the smartphone 101 after answering and hanging up, the upper portion of the second mark frame 801 displays a target unknown number "18388800000" and a corresponding target primary label "life service" and the number of people to be marked, and the lower portion of the second mark frame 801 displays a secondary label option "hunting employment", "home property", "taxi", "transportation" corresponding to the target primary label "life service".
In an embodiment of the invention, the second end user may select the secondary tag option with the highest relevance to the call content from the second tag frame according to the call content with the target unknown number, so as to perform detailed tagging on the target unknown number.
In step S340, all secondary tags corresponding to the target unknown number are counted, and a target secondary tag corresponding to the target unknown number is determined according to the counting result.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after determining the target primary tag, the user of the target unknown number may continue to make calls to multiple users, that is, there are multiple second terminals, and similarly, the labels of the users of each second terminal for the same target unknown number may be the same or different, so that statistics needs to be performed on all secondary tags to determine the target secondary tag corresponding to the target unknown number. Fig. 9 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a process of determining a target secondary tag, and as shown in fig. 9, in step S901, secondary tags corresponding to target unknown numbers and sent by a plurality of second terminals are obtained; in step S902, performing classification statistics on all the secondary labels to obtain a secondary label type and a secondary label number corresponding to the secondary label type; the secondary labels sent by the plurality of second terminals may include a plurality of types, for example, for a negative number promoting loan transaction, some users are marked as "loan intermediaries" and some users are marked as "fraud calls", so that classification statistics needs to be performed on the secondary labels, a category of the secondary labels and the number of the secondary labels corresponding to the category of the secondary labels can be obtained during the statistics, and after a label option is selected by a user each time, the number of the secondary labels corresponding to the label option is sequentially increased by one; in step S903, the number of secondary labels corresponding to each secondary label type is compared with a second preset number; in step S904, when there is a target secondary label type whose number of secondary labels is equal to a second preset number, taking the target secondary label type as a target secondary label; continuing with the negative number for promoting the loan transaction as an example, setting the second preset quantity to 10, and the marked quantity of the "loan broker" reaches 10 first, so that the "loan broker" is the target secondary label category, and further, the "loan broker" may be used as the target secondary label.
The target secondary label is the refinement of the target primary label, after the target secondary label is determined, when a user of a target unknown number sends a calling signal to terminal equipment of other users, the corresponding target secondary label is displayed on a display screen of the terminal equipment of the other users, and the user can determine the attribute of the target unknown number according to the target secondary label and select whether to accept a call request initiated by the target unknown number according to the self requirement.
In one embodiment of the invention, when the terminal device 101 of the user receives the call signal sent by the target unknown number, server 105 may retrieve the target unknown number and determine whether it has a corresponding tag, specifically, the target unknown number can be cloud-checked, whether yellow pages or mark information corresponding to the target unknown number exists in the cloud server is judged, if yes, the corresponding yellow pages or mark information is sent to the terminal device 101 and displayed in a display screen of the terminal device 101, meanwhile, local search can be carried out, the target unknown number is matched with the marked number in the local database, if the marked number matched with the target unknown number exists, the mark information corresponding to the marked number is acquired and sent to the terminal device 101 and displayed in the display screen of the terminal device 101. It is worth to be noted that, if both the cloud search and the local search have results, the results of the cloud search are used as the standard; if neither the cloud search nor the local search has a result, a mark of "strange number" is displayed in the display screen of the terminal device 101.
In one embodiment of the invention, in order to reduce the cognitive burden of the user, common tag options are externally arranged, but in order to provide more tag options for the user, an "other tag option" may be arranged in the first tag frame and/or the second tag frame, and the user may obtain a plurality of tag options different from the externally arranged tag options by clicking on an "other tag option" button, so as to facilitate the user to select a tag most related to the target unknown number. Fig. 10A to 10B show interface display diagrams including a tag box, as shown in fig. 10A, a tag box 1011 is displayed in a display interface of a terminal device 101, a target unknown number "18388800000 is displayed on an upper portion of the tag box 1011, commonly used tag options" advertisement promotion "," harassing call "," express meal ", and" life service "are displayed in a middle portion of the tag box 1011, an" other tag option "button is displayed on a lower portion of the tag box 1011, when the commonly used tag option is not included in a tag option most related to the target unknown number and the user has a desire to tag the target unknown number, the user can click the" other tag option "button, and when the user clicks, a plurality of tag options different from the commonly used tag options, such as a" private number "," house property "," loan agent ", and a" agent are displayed on the lower portion of the tag box, "phone fraud", etc., as shown in FIG. 10B. The mark frame in fig. 10A to 10B may be the first mark frame, the second mark frame, or other mark frames.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention is explained by taking a long-tailed mark of a forward number as an example, and fig. 11A to 11D show an interface schematic diagram of the long-tailed mark of the forward number, as shown in fig. 11A, after the smartphone 101 receives a call signal from the number "13512345678", and determines that there is no corresponding yellow page/mark information by performing cloud search and local search on the number, the number and the mark information "strange number" are displayed on the display interface of the smartphone 101; after a user connects a call and keeps a call for a certain time, the call is hung up, a first mark frame 1101 is popped up on a display interface, as shown in fig. 11B, a number "13512345678" is displayed on the upper part of the first mark frame 1101, first label options "advertising promotion", "harassing call", "express delivery" and "life service" are displayed in the middle part, and a "other label options" button is displayed in the lower part; the user selects the primary label option with the highest relevance degree with the number according to the call content, and classifies and counts all the primary labels, if a certain primary label, such as 'life service', exists, the number reaches a first preset number first, the 'life service' is used as a target primary label and is on line, and if the smart phone 101 receives the call information of the number again, the number and the corresponding target primary label can be obtained from the display interface. When the user answers and hangs up the call with the number having the target primary label, the display interface of the smartphone 101 pops up a second mark frame 1102, as shown in fig. 11C, the number and the corresponding mark information "XX person mark as a living service" are displayed on the upper portion of the second mark frame 1102, a plurality of secondary label options "hunting recruitment", "home property", "taxi", and "fitment maintenance" are displayed in the middle portion, and a "other label options" button is displayed on the lower portion; the user selects the secondary label option with the highest relevance degree with the number according to the call content, and performs classification statistics on all secondary labels, if some secondary label exists, such as the number of the 'household property', reaches a second preset number first, the 'household property' is used as a target secondary label and is on-line, and when the smart phone 101 receives the call information of the number again, the number and the corresponding target secondary label can be obtained from the display interface, as shown in fig. 11D.
