The linkage mechanism can be a gear set or a structure of a worm, a gear and the like and is used for driving the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm to synchronously move. The electric motor is used for driving the linkage mechanism. When a mobile phone is placed on the machine body, the electric motor drives the linkage mechanism to enable the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm to be close to or far away from each other, so that the purpose of clamping or releasing the mobile phone is achieved.
The electric clamping device thus has two operating states, requiring two sets of induction units for the electric motor to start: firstly, a user places a mobile phone on a machine body, and the electric motor is started to enable the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm to clamp the mobile phone; and secondly, when a user wants to take down the mobile phone from the machine body, the electric motor starts and rotates reversely to enable the left clamping arm and the right clamping arm to be away from each other. Detailed Description
The following are descriptions of embodiments of the present invention with reference to specific embodiments, and those skilled in the art will readily appreciate other advantages, functions, and effects of the present invention from the disclosure herein. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and its several details are capable of modifications and various changes in detail, which can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a clamp start method according to the present invention. The invention discloses a clamping starting method applied to an electric clamping device with wireless charging, wherein the electric clamping device comprises a machine body, a wireless charging module, a control unit and an electric clamping assembly, wherein the wireless charging module, the control unit and the electric clamping assembly are arranged in the machine body, and the clamping starting step comprises the following steps:
101, the control unit receives a signal sent by the wireless charging module;
102, when an electronic device moves to the induction range of the wireless charging module, the wireless charging module generates the signal, and the control unit starts the electric clamping module to clamp the electronic device according to the signal;
In step 102, when a user moves a wirelessly chargeable electronic device into the sensing range of the wireless charging module, the wireless charging module senses the change of the magnetic field to generate a weak current, i.e., the signal, and the control unit starts the electric clamping assembly according to the signal. According to the signal, it can be activated in two ways: firstly, the control unit receives the signal and starts the electric clamping assembly; secondly, the control unit does not start the electric clamping assembly immediately after receiving the signal, but starts the electric clamping assembly only when the current value of the signal reaches a predetermined value, because the current value corresponds to different values due to the distance between the electronic device and the wireless charging module, the above manner is favorable for ensuring that the electronic device is started only when being located at the upper position of the wireless charging module, and the occurrence of the situation of too early starting or starting due to misjudgment is avoided. Then, the control unit can start the electric clamping assembly according to a preset sequence and provide a larger current to the wireless charging module, so that the wireless charging module can charge the electronic device. In this embodiment, the electronic device is preferably a mobile phone, and at least one set of wireless charging coil is disposed inside the mobile phone.
In the step 102, the step of starting the electric clamping assembly comprises supplying power to the electric clamping assembly through the control unit, wherein the power supply time is 1-5 seconds. The power supply time can ensure that the electric clamping assembly does not stop immediately after being clamped to the electronic device, but continuously supplies power for a short time, so that the clamping tightness is maintained, and the electric clamping assembly is also beneficial to continuously clamping after power failure.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an electric clamping device with wireless charging function.
