The total explosion-proof valve is arranged in the battery pack assembly, so that when the temperature and the pressure in the battery pack assembly reach a certain value, the temperature and the pressure in the battery pack assembly can be released by the total explosion-proof valve, and dangerous accidents such as explosion of the battery pack assembly are prevented.
The setting number of the total explosion-proof valves can be set to be one or more according to needs, and the setting position of the total explosion-proof valves can be determined according to experimental results.

the thermal protection structure is arranged between the battery cell and the upper cover and is abutted against the battery cell; the thermal protection structure comprises a thermal insulation board body, wherein the thermal insulation board body is prepared from a thermal insulation material; at least one protective thin plate is formed on the heat insulation plate body; each protective thin plate corresponds to an explosion-proof valve of the battery cell; the thickness of the protective sheet is smaller than a first set threshold and larger than a second set threshold; the first set threshold value is a maximum thickness value suitable for hot airflow to pass through after the thermal runaway of the battery core; the hot airflow after the thermal runaway of the battery core passes through the protective sheet to obtain a hot airflow after pressure reduction, and the second set threshold is a maximum thickness value suitable for the hot airflow after the pressure reduction to pass through;
a plurality of groups of through hole pairs are formed in the heat insulation plate body, each through hole pair comprises a first through hole and a second through hole which are oppositely arranged, and the first through hole and the second through hole are respectively used for penetrating through electrodes of the battery core;
the electric connection plate is connected with the electrodes of the battery cells penetrating through the through hole pairs, and a heat insulation pad covers the electric connection plate.
2. The battery module according to claim 1, wherein:
the cross-sectional shape and the area of the protective thin plate are matched with the cross-sectional shape and the area of the explosion-proof valve of the battery cell, so that the projection of the protective thin plate covers the explosion-proof valve.
3. The battery module according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
a plurality of first protection grooves are formed in the first surface of the heat insulation plate body; the groove bottom of each first protection groove is used as the protection thin plate.
4. The battery module according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
a plurality of second protection grooves are formed in the first surface of the heat insulation plate body corresponding to the positions of the explosion-proof valves;
a plurality of third protection grooves are formed in the second surface of the heat insulation plate body, and each third protection groove is arranged opposite to one second protection groove;
and the joint of the second protection groove and the third protection groove is used as the protection thin plate.
5. The battery module according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
a gap is arranged between the thermal protection structure and the upper cover;
a gap is arranged between the shell and the upper cover.
6. The battery module according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
and a heat insulation sheet is arranged between every two adjacent electric cores.
7. A battery pack assembly comprising an overall housing, and further comprising a plurality of battery modules according to any one of claims 1-6 disposed within the overall housing.
8. The battery pack assembly of claim 7, further comprising:
at least one main explosion-proof valve, at least one main explosion-proof valve sets up in a side surface of main casing.
