For example, if the target vending machine stores 3 items a and 2 items B, the unit price of the items a is a, and the unit price of the items B is B, the user terminal may present the information to the user.
In S109, if the user terminal detects an order placing request for goods stored in the target self-service vending machine, after the order placing and the payment are successful, order information corresponding to the order placing request is generated; the order information carries identification information and quantity of the target goods requested by the order request.
In the embodiment of the application, after the quantity and the price information of each type of goods stored in the target self-service vending machine are displayed, the user terminal also supports the target user to carry out ordering operation on each type of goods stored in the target self-service vending machine. For example, after the user terminal displays the quantity and price information of each type of goods stored in the target self-service vending machine, the target user may select the quantity of the target goods which the user terminal wants to purchase on a display interface of the user terminal, and may trigger an order placing request for the goods stored in the target self-service vending machine by triggering an order placing control in the display interface.
In an embodiment of the application, after detecting an ordering request for goods stored in a target self-service vending machine, a user terminal may perform ordering operation on the target goods requested by the ordering request, and may output a prompt message to prompt a target user to pay for the ordered target goods. And the user terminal generates order information corresponding to the order placing request after detecting that the payment is successful. The order information carries identification information and quantity of the target goods requested by the ordering request.
In S1010, the user terminal determines shipment information according to the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information, and displays the shipment information; the shipment information carries identification information of a target cargo space where the target cargo is located.
In the embodiment of the application, after the user terminal generates the order information corresponding to the ordering request, the delivery information can be determined according to the goods information and the order information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine.
In one embodiment of the application, the shipment information may be determined by a server of the vending machine and returned to the user terminal. Based on this, as shown in fig. 3, the user terminal can determine shipment information through S201 to S204:
in S201, the user terminal sends the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information to the server.
In the embodiment of the application, after the user terminal obtains the order information aiming at the order placing request, the user terminal can generate the goods information carrying all goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the delivery request of the order information, and sends the delivery request to the server of the self-service vending machine so as to request the delivery information aiming at the target self-service vending machine from the server of the self-service vending machine.
In S202, the server of the self-service vending machine receives a shipment request sent by the user terminal; the goods information and the order information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine are carried in the goods delivery request; the goods information carries the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods position where the goods are located; the order information is generated by the user terminal based on an order placing request of a target user for goods stored in the target self-service vending machine; the order information carries identification information and quantity of the target goods purchased by the target user.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving a delivery request sent by a user terminal, a server of the self-service vending machine extracts the goods information and the order information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine from the delivery request.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, when the self-service vending machine obtains the goods information of each goods stored in the self-service vending machine, the self-service vending machine may further obtain the identification information of the self-service vending machine, and based on this, the self-service vending machine may generate the identification codes carrying the identification information of the self-service vending machine, the goods information of each goods stored in the self-service vending machine, and the number of each type of goods stored in the self-service vending machine. The identification information of the vending machine can be a serial number or a model number.
Based on this, after scanning the target identification code displayed on the target self-service vending machine, the user terminal can also acquire the identification information of the target self-service vending machine from the target identification code, and therefore, the user terminal can generate a shipment request based on the identification information of the target self-service vending machine, the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information, and therefore the shipment request received by the server of the self-service vending machine also carries the identification information of the target self-service vending machine.
In this embodiment, a goods list corresponding to the identification information of each self-service vending machine is provided in the server of the self-service vending machine, and the goods list is used for storing the quantity and price information of each type of goods stored in each self-service vending machine.
Based on this, after receiving the shipment request sent by the user terminal, the server of the self-service vending machine can determine a target goods list corresponding to the target self-service vending machine according to the identification information of the target self-service vending machine carried in the shipment request, and calculate the remaining quantity of the target goods in the target self-service vending machine according to the current quantity of the target goods in the target goods list and the quantity of the target goods purchased by the target user in the order information, and update the quantity of the target goods in the target goods list to the remaining quantity.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, after updating the number of the target goods in the target goods list to the remaining number, the server of the self-service vending machine may compare the remaining number with a preset number threshold, and if the remaining number is less than or equal to the preset number threshold, generate a prompt message to prompt a worker of the self-service vending machine to replenish the target goods in the target self-service vending machine.
In S203, the server of the self-service vending machine determines identification information of a target goods location where the target goods are located based on the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information, generates shipment information based on the identification information of the target goods location, and sends the shipment information to the user terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, because the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine carries the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods position where the goods are located, and the order information carries the identification information and the quantity of the target goods purchased by the target user, the server of the self-service vending machine can determine the identification information of the target goods position where the target goods are located based on the identification information of the target goods and the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine.
After the identification information of the target goods position is determined, the server of the self-service vending machine generates shipment information based on the identification information of the target goods position and sends the shipment information to the user terminal.
In S204, the user terminal receives and displays the shipment information returned by the server; the shipment information is generated by the server based on the identification information of the target goods position after the server determines the identification information of the target goods position based on the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the delivery information sent by the server of the target self-service vending machine, the user terminal displays the delivery information for the target user to check.
After the target user checks the shipment information, the shipment information can be input into the target self-service vending machine so as to instruct the target self-service vending machine to control the corresponding cargo space to discharge the cargos.
In another embodiment of the present application, the shipment information may also be directly determined by the user terminal. Based on this, the user terminal may determine shipment information by:
the user terminal determines identification information of a target goods position where the target goods are located according to the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information, generates shipment information based on the identification information of the target goods position, and displays the shipment information; the shipment information carries identification information of a target cargo space where the target cargo is located.
In this embodiment, when the user terminal scans the target identification code displayed on the target self-service vending machine, the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine is already obtained, and the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine carries the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods location where the goods are located, so that when the user terminal detects that the identification information of each goods is the same as the identification information of the target goods purchased by the target user carried in the order information, the identification information of the goods where the goods are located is determined as the identification information of the goods location where the target goods purchased by the target user are located.

In the embodiment of the application, the shipment information carries the identification information of the target cargo position where the target cargo purchased by the target user is located, so that the target self-service vending machine controls the shipment of the target cargo position indicated by the shipment information after receiving the shipment information input by the target user.
In an embodiment of the application, the shipment information may be a shipment random code, and therefore, the shipment information input by the target user corresponding to the user terminal may be that the target user directly inputs the shipment random code to a screen of the target self-service vending machine, and after receiving the shipment random code input by the target user on the screen of the target self-service vending machine, the target self-service vending machine may control shipment of the target cargo location indicated by the shipment information according to identification information of the target cargo location where the target cargo purchased by the target user is carried by the shipment random code.
In another embodiment of the present application, a scanner for scanning shipment information is further provided on the target vending machine. Based on this, in this embodiment, the shipment information may be a shipment identification code, and the shipment identification code may be a two-dimensional code, a barcode, or the like. Therefore, the shipment information input by the target user corresponding to the user terminal may be that the target user aligns the shipment identification code with the scanner on the target vending machine, so that the scanner on the target vending machine can scan the shipment identification code.
After the target self-service vending machine scans the goods outlet identification code, the corresponding goods outlet in the target self-service vending machine can be controlled according to the identification information of the target goods position where the target goods purchased by the target user carried by the goods outlet identification code are located.
As can be seen from the above, in the self-service vending method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the self-service vending machine determines the quantity of each type of goods stored therein according to the identification information of each type of goods stored therein by acquiring the goods information of each type of goods stored therein, generates the identification code carrying the goods information of each type of goods stored therein and the quantity of each type of goods, and displays the identification code; the target user can use the user terminal to scan the target identification code displayed on the target self-service vending machine so as to obtain the goods information and the quantity of various types of goods stored in the target self-service vending machine, and meanwhile, the target user can also control the user terminal to obtain the price information of various types of goods stored in the target self-service vending machine from the server of the self-service vending machine; if the user terminal detects an order placing request of a target user, after the order placing and the payment are successful, order information carrying identification information and quantity of target goods purchased by the target user is generated, and shipment information carrying identification information of a target goods position where the target goods are located is obtained based on goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information; the shipment information may be input by the target user into the target vending machine. And when the target self-service vending machine detects the delivery information input by the target user, controlling the delivery of the target goods position indicated by the delivery information. Because the self-service vending method provided by the application only relates to the communication between the self-service vending machine and the user terminal and the communication between the user terminal and the server of the self-service vending machine when the self-service vending machine discharges goods, but not relates to the communication between the self-service vending machine and the server of the self-service vending machine, the self-service vending method is not influenced by the communication quality between the self-service vending machine and the server, even under the condition that the communication quality between the self-service vending machine and the server is poor, the self-service vending machine can successfully acquire the goods discharging information, compared with the prior art, the goods discharging success rate and the goods discharging accuracy rate of the self-service vending machine are improved, manual intervention is not needed, and the goods discharging efficiency of the self-service vending machine is further improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, in order to improve the security of information transmission among the self-service vending machine, the user terminal, and the server of the self-service vending machine, the information transmitted among the three may be encrypted. Specifically, the self-service vending machine, the user terminal and the server of the self-service vending machine may pre-agree with a set of the same preset encryption algorithm and a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm, based on this, fig. 4 is a flowchart for implementing a self-service vending method according to another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, in comparison with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, the self-service vending method provided in this embodiment may include S301 to S3011, which are detailed as follows:
in S301, a self-service vending machine obtains goods information of each goods stored in the self-service vending machine; the goods information carries the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods position where the goods are located.
In S302, the self-service vending machine determines the number of each type of goods stored in the self-service vending machine according to the identification information of each of the goods.
S301 to S302 in this embodiment are the same as S101 to S102 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, and please refer to the related description in S101 to S102, which is not repeated herein.
In S303, the vending machine encrypts the cargo information of each cargo and the quantity of each type of cargo based on a preset encryption algorithm to obtain the identification code, and displays the identification code.
In this embodiment, the preset encryption algorithm may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein. By way of example and not limitation, the preset encryption algorithm may be a symmetric encryption algorithm, such as: data Encryption Standard (DES) algorithm.

In S307, if the user terminal detects a code scanning request for the identification code displayed on the self-service vending machine, the user terminal scans the target identification code displayed on the target self-service vending machine, decrypts the target identification code based on a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm, and acquires the goods information of each goods and the quantity of each type of goods stored in the target self-service vending machine from the target identification code.
It should be noted that, in this implementation, a preset encryption algorithm agreed in advance with the self-service vending machine and the server of the self-service vending machine and a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm are stored in the user terminal in advance, and based on this, when the user terminal scans the target identification code displayed on the target self-service vending machine, the user terminal may decrypt the target identification code based on the preset decryption algorithm stored in advance, so as to obtain the cargo information of each cargo stored in the target self-service vending machine carried in the target identification code and the quantity of each type of cargo.
Wherein, the preset decryption algorithm is corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm. For example, if the pre-stored preset encryption algorithm is a DES algorithm in a symmetric encryption algorithm, the corresponding preset decryption algorithm is also a DES algorithm.
In S308, the user terminal displays the quantity and price information of each type of goods stored in the target vending machine.
In S309, if the user terminal detects an order placing request for goods stored in the target self-service vending machine, generating order information corresponding to the order placing request after the order placing and the payment are successful; the order information carries identification information and quantity of the target goods requested by the order request.

In the embodiment of the application, after the order is placed and paid successfully by the user terminal, the order information corresponding to the order placing request is generated, and the delivery information can be determined according to the goods information and the order information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine.
In yet another embodiment of the present application, the shipment information may be determined by a server of the vending machine and returned to the user terminal. Based on this, as shown in fig. 5, the user terminal can determine shipment information through S401 to S404:
in S401, the user terminal encrypts, based on the pre-stored preset encryption algorithm, the goods information and the order information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine to obtain a shipment request, and sends the shipment request to a server of the self-service vending machine.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the order information for the ordering request, the user terminal may encrypt the goods information and the order information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine based on the pre-stored preset encryption algorithm to obtain a shipment request, and send the shipment request to the server of the self-service vending machine, so as to request the server of the self-service vending machine for the shipment information of the target self-service vending machine.
In S402, the server of the self-service vending machine receives the shipment request sent by the user terminal, and decrypts the shipment request based on the preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm to obtain the cargo information and the order information of each cargo stored in the target self-service vending machine.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a preset encryption algorithm agreed in advance with the self-service vending machine and the user terminal and a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm are stored in advance in the server of the self-service vending machine, and based on this, after the server of the self-service vending machine receives the shipment request, the server may decrypt the shipment request based on the preset decryption algorithm stored in advance, and further obtain the cargo information and order information of each cargo stored in the target self-service vending machine carried in the shipment request.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, when the self-service vending machine obtains the goods information of each goods stored in the self-service vending machine, the self-service vending machine may further obtain the identification information of the self-service vending machine, and based on this, the self-service vending machine may generate the identification codes carrying the identification information of the self-service vending machine, the goods information of each goods stored in the self-service vending machine, and the number of each type of goods stored in the self-service vending machine. The identification information of the vending machine can be a serial number or a model number.
Based on this, when the user terminal scans the target identification code displayed on the target self-service vending machine, the identification information of the target self-service vending machine can be acquired from the target identification code, so that the user terminal can generate a shipment request based on the identification information of the target self-service vending machine, the goods information and the order information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine, and therefore the shipment request received by the server of the self-service vending machine also carries the identification information of the target self-service vending machine.
In this embodiment, a goods list corresponding to the identification information of each self-service vending machine is provided in the server of the self-service vending machine, and the goods list is used for storing the quantity and price information of each type of goods stored in each self-service vending machine.
Based on this, after receiving the shipment request sent by the user terminal, the server of the self-service vending machine can determine a target goods list corresponding to the target self-service vending machine according to the identification information of the target self-service vending machine carried in the shipment request, and calculate the remaining quantity of the target goods in the target self-service vending machine according to the current quantity of the target goods in the target goods list and the quantity of the target goods purchased by the target user in the order information, and update the quantity of the target goods in the target goods list to the remaining quantity.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, after updating the number of the target goods in the target goods list to the remaining number, the server of the self-service vending machine may compare the remaining number with a preset number threshold, and if the remaining number is less than or equal to the preset number threshold, generate a prompt message to prompt a worker of the self-service vending machine to replenish the target goods in the target self-service vending machine.
In S403, the server of the self-service vending machine determines identification information of a target goods location where the target goods are located based on the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information, encrypts the identification information of the target goods location where the target goods are located based on the pre-stored preset encryption algorithm to obtain shipment information, and sends the shipment information to the user terminal.
In this embodiment, since the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine carries the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods location where the goods are located, and the order information carries the identification information and the quantity of the target goods purchased by the target user, therefore, when detecting that the identification information of each goods is the same as the identification information of the target goods, the server of the self-service vending machine determines the identification information of the goods where the goods are located as the identification information of the target goods location where the target goods purchased by the target user are located.

In S3011, the self-service vending machine, in response to the shipment information input by the target user corresponding to the user terminal, decrypts the shipment information according to a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm, obtains identification information of the target shipment location, and controls shipment of the target shipment location.
It should be noted that, in this implementation, a preset encryption algorithm and a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm, which are pre-agreed with the user terminal and the server of the self-service vending machine, are pre-stored in the self-service vending machine, and based on this, after the target self-service vending machine receives the shipment information input by the target user, the target self-service vending machine can decrypt the shipment information based on the pre-stored preset decryption algorithm, so as to obtain the identification information of the target cargo space carried in the shipment information.

As can be seen from the above, in the self-service vending method provided by this embodiment, information transmitted among the self-service vending machine, the user terminal, and the server of the self-service vending machine is encrypted, so that the security of information transmission among the self-service vending machine, the user terminal, and the server of the self-service vending machine is improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, in order to reduce the data sending amount and increase the data transmission rate, fig. 6 is a flowchart of an implementation of a self-service vending method according to another embodiment of the present application. As can be seen from the above, according to the self-service vending method provided by this embodiment, the user terminal only requests the server of the self-service vending machine for the price information of each type of goods stored in the target self-service vending machine, but not for the price information of all types of goods stored in the server of the self-service vending machine, and therefore, the server of the self-service vending machine only needs to send the price information of each type of goods in the target self-service vending machine to the user terminal, so that the transmitted data volume is small, the transmission rate is increased, and the shipment efficiency of the self-service vending machine is further increased.

The signal receiving unit is used for supporting the self-service vending machine to acquire the goods information of each goods stored in the self-service vending machine if the self-service vending machine does not receive the feedback signal corresponding to the communication test signal within a first preset time period after the communication test signal is sent.
In another embodiment of the present application, the display unit 13 specifically includes: and an encryption unit.
The encryption unit is used for supporting the self-service vending machine to encrypt the goods information of the goods and the quantity of the goods of each type based on a preset encryption algorithm to obtain the identification code.

The vending machine 6 may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server, or other computing device. The vending machine may include, but is not limited to, a processor 60, a memory 61. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that FIG. 8 is merely an example of a vending machine 6 and does not constitute a limitation of vending machine 6, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or different components, such as input output devices, network access devices, etc.
The Processor 60 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and the Processor 60 may be other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 61 may in some embodiments be an internal storage unit of the vending machine 6, such as a hard disk or memory of the vending machine 6. The memory 61 may also be an external storage device of the vending machine 6 in other embodiments, such as a plug-in hard disk equipped on the vending machine 6, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like. The memory 61 is used for storing an operating system, an application program, a BootLoader (BootLoader), data, and other programs, such as program codes of the computer program. The memory 61 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program may implement the steps in any one of the self-service vending method embodiments.
The embodiment of the application provides a computer program product, and when the computer program product runs on a self-service vending machine, the steps in any one of the self-service vending method embodiments can be realized when the self-service vending machine is executed.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a user terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 9, a user terminal 20 according to the embodiment may include: an acquisition unit 21, a scanning unit 22, a first display unit 23, a generation unit 24, and a second display unit 25. Wherein:
the obtaining unit 21 is configured to enable a user terminal to obtain price information of each type of goods stored in a self-service vending machine from a server of the self-service vending machine if a shopping request for the goods stored in the self-service vending machine is detected.
The scanning unit 22 is configured to support the user terminal to scan a target identification code displayed on a target self-service vending machine if the user terminal detects a code scanning request for the identification code displayed on the self-service vending machine, and acquire, from the target identification code, the cargo information of each cargo and the quantity of each type of cargo stored in the target self-service vending machine; the goods information carries the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods position where the goods are located; the target identification code is generated by the target self-service vending machine according to the goods information of each goods stored by the target self-service vending machine and the quantity of each type of goods stored by the target self-service vending machine.
The first display unit 23 is used for supporting the user terminal to display the quantity and price information of each type of goods stored in the target vending machine.
The generating unit 24 is configured to support the user terminal to generate order information corresponding to an order placing request after the order placing and payment are successful if the user terminal detects the order placing request for goods stored in the target self-service vending machine; the order information carries identification information and quantity of the target goods requested by the order request.
The second display unit 25 is configured to support the user terminal to determine shipment information according to the goods information and the order information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine, and display the shipment information; the shipment information carries identification information of a target cargo space where the target cargo is located.
In an embodiment of the present application, the second display unit 25 specifically includes: a transmitting unit and a receiving unit. Wherein:
the sending unit is used for supporting the user terminal to send the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information to the server.
The receiving unit is used for supporting the user terminal to receive and display the shipment information returned by the server; the shipment information is generated by the server based on the identification information of the target goods position after the server determines the identification information of the target goods position based on the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a user terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the user terminal 7 of this embodiment includes: at least one processor 70 (only one shown in fig. 10), a memory 71, and a computer program 72 stored in the memory 71 and executable on the at least one processor 70, the processor 70 implementing the steps in any of the self-service vending method embodiments described above when executing the computer program 72.
The user terminal 7 may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server, or other computing devices. The server may include, but is not limited to, a processor 70, a memory 71. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 10 is merely an example of the user terminal 7, and does not constitute a limitation of the user terminal 7, and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some of the components, or different components, such as input and output devices, network access devices, etc.
The Processor 70 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and the Processor 70 may be other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.

Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a server of a self-service vending machine according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 11, a server 30 of a self-service vending machine according to the embodiment may include: a first transmitting unit 31, a receiving unit 32 and a second transmitting unit 33. Wherein:
the first sending unit 31 is configured to, if a server supporting the self-service vending machine receives a price obtaining request sent by a user terminal for each type of goods stored in the self-service vending machine, send price information of each type of goods stored in advance to the user terminal.
The receiving unit 32 is used for supporting the server of the self-service vending machine to receive the shipment request sent by the user terminal; the goods delivery request carries goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and order information aiming at the goods stored in the target self-service vending machine; the goods information carries the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods position where the goods are located; the order information is generated by the user terminal based on an order placing request of a target user for goods stored in the target self-service vending machine; the order information carries identification information and quantity of the target goods purchased by the target user.
The second sending unit 33 is configured to support the server of the self-service vending machine to determine, based on the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information, the identification information of the target goods location where the target goods are located, generate shipment information based on the identification information of the target goods location, and send the shipment information to the user terminal.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a server of a vending machine according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 12, the server 8 of the self-service vending machine of this embodiment includes: at least one processor 80 (only one shown in fig. 12), a memory 81, and a computer program 82 stored in the memory 81 and executable on the at least one processor 80, the processor 80 implementing the steps in any of the self-service vending method embodiments described above when executing the computer program 82.
The server 8 of the vending machine can be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server and other computing devices. The server may include, but is not limited to, a processor 80, a memory 81. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that figure 12 is merely an example of a vending machine server 8 and does not constitute a limitation of the vending machine server 8 and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or different components, such as input output devices, network access devices, etc.

The embodiment of the present application provides a computer program product, which when running on a server, enables the server to implement the steps in any one of the above self-service vending method embodiments when executed.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not substantially depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present application and are intended to be included within the scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A self-service vending method is applied to a self-service vending machine and is characterized in that the self-service vending machine comprises at least one column of goods shelf, the goods shelf comprises at least one goods position for storing goods, and the goods shelf is provided with a reader for reading goods information of each goods stored on the goods shelf; the self-service vending method comprises the following steps:
acquiring goods information of each goods stored in the self-service vending machine; the goods information carries the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods position where the goods are located;
wherein, acquire the goods information of each goods of depositing in the self-service vending machine, include:
acquiring goods information of each goods stored in the self-service vending machine through the reader;
determining the quantity of each type of goods stored in the self-service vending machine according to the identification information of each goods;
generating identification codes carrying the cargo information of each cargo and the quantity of each type of cargo, and displaying the identification codes; the identification code is used for acquiring the goods information of each goods and the quantity of each type of goods by a user terminal in communication connection with the self-service vending machine;
responding to shipment information input by a target user corresponding to the user terminal, and controlling the shipment of a target cargo space indicated by the shipment information; the shipment information is obtained by the user terminal according to the cargo information of each cargo and order information generated by the user terminal aiming at the ordering operation of the target user; the order information carries identification information and quantity of the target goods purchased by the target user; the shipment information carries identification information of a target cargo space where the target cargo is located.
2. The self-service vending method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the goods information of each of the goods stored in the self-service vending machine comprises:
sending a communication test signal to a server of the self-service vending machine based on a second preset time interval;
and if the feedback signal corresponding to the communication test signal is not received within a first preset time after the communication test signal is sent, acquiring the goods information of each goods stored in the self-service vending machine.
3. The self-service vending method according to claim 1, wherein the generating of the identification code carrying the information of the goods and the quantity of the goods of each type comprises:
and encrypting the cargo information of each cargo and the quantity of each type of cargo based on a preset encryption algorithm to obtain the identification code.
4. The self-service vending method of claim 1, wherein the shipment information is sent by the user terminal to a server of the self-service vending machine, and after determining the identification information of the target cargo space based on the cargo information of each cargo and the order information, the server generates and returns the identification information of the target cargo space to the user terminal.
5. The self-service vending method according to claim 4, wherein the shipment information is obtained by encrypting the identification information of the target cargo space by the server based on a preset encryption algorithm;
correspondingly, the controlling the shipment of the target cargo space indicated by the shipment information in response to the shipment information input by the target user corresponding to the user terminal includes:
decrypting the shipment information according to a preset decryption algorithm corresponding to the preset encryption algorithm to obtain the identification information of the target cargo space;
and controlling the goods delivery of the target goods location according to the identification information of the target goods location.
6. A self-service vending method is applied to a user terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
if a shopping request for goods stored in a self-service vending machine is detected, acquiring price information of various types of goods stored in the self-service vending machine from a server of the self-service vending machine;
if a code scanning request aiming at the identification code displayed on the self-service vending machine is detected, scanning a target identification code displayed on a target self-service vending machine, and acquiring the goods information of each goods and the quantity of each type of goods stored in the target self-service vending machine from the target identification code; the goods information carries the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods position where the goods are located; the target identification code is generated by the target self-service vending machine according to the goods information of each goods stored by the target self-service vending machine and the quantity of each type of goods stored by the target self-service vending machine;
displaying the quantity and price information of each type of goods stored in the target self-service vending machine;
if an order placing request for goods stored in the target self-service vending machine is detected, generating order information corresponding to the order placing request after the order placing and the payment are successful; the order information carries identification information and quantity of target goods requested by the ordering request;
determining shipment information according to the cargo information of each cargo stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information, and displaying the shipment information; the shipment information carries identification information of a target cargo space where the target cargo is located.
7. The self-service vending method of claim 6, wherein the determining shipment information from the order information and the goods information for each of the goods stored in the target self-service vending machine comprises:
sending the goods information and the order information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine to the server;
receiving and displaying the shipment information returned by the server; the shipment information is generated by the server based on the identification information of the target goods position after the server determines the identification information of the target goods position based on the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information.
8. A self-service vending method is applied to a server of a self-service vending machine, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
if a price acquisition request which is sent by a user terminal and aims at various types of goods stored in a self-service vending machine is received, sending the prestored price information of the various types of goods to the user terminal;
receiving a shipment request sent by the user terminal; the goods delivery request carries goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and order information aiming at the goods stored in the target self-service vending machine; the goods information carries the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods position where the goods are located; the order information is generated by the user terminal based on an order placing request of a target user for goods stored in the target self-service vending machine; the order information carries identification information and quantity of the target goods purchased by the target user;
and determining identification information of a target goods position where the target goods are located based on the goods information of each goods stored in the target self-service vending machine and the order information, generating shipment information based on the identification information of the target goods position, and sending the shipment information to the user terminal.

A vending machine, characterized in that the vending machine comprises at least one column of shelves, the shelves comprise at least one goods space for storing goods, and the shelves are provided with readers for reading goods information of each goods stored on the shelves; the vending machine includes:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the goods information of each goods stored in the self-service vending machine; the goods information carries the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods position where the goods are located;
the first obtaining unit is specifically configured to obtain, by the reader, goods information of each of the goods stored in the self-service vending machine;
the first determining unit is used for determining the quantity of each type of goods stored in the self-service vending machine according to the identification information of each goods;
the display unit is used for generating identification codes carrying the cargo information of the cargos and the quantity of the cargos of each type and displaying the identification codes; the identification code is used for acquiring the goods information of each goods and the quantity of each type of goods by a user terminal in communication connection with the self-service vending machine;
the control unit is used for responding to the shipment information input by a target user corresponding to the user terminal and controlling the shipment of the target cargo space indicated by the shipment information; the shipment information is obtained by the user terminal according to the cargo information of each cargo and order information generated by the user terminal aiming at the ordering operation of the target user; the order information carries identification information and quantity of the target goods purchased by the target user; the shipment information carries identification information of a target cargo space where the target cargo is located.
10. A vending machine comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
