The task completion credit may be determined based on work order information of a task work order received by the candidate operation terminal in the past, and the task completion credit may be determined comprehensively according to the number of completed work orders, whether the work order has a delay problem, whether a user complaint problem exists, and the like.
It can be known that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, firstly, a principle of near processing may be adopted to perform task allocation, that is, after the task reminding mechanism is triggered, the background server automatically acquires current position information of the operation terminal, and distributes task reminding to an operator nearest to the vending terminal within a certain range according to a principle of distance priority. If no corresponding operator exists in the range, the task reminder can be sent to the branch management personnel corresponding to the corresponding sub-area according to the operation terminal pre-allocated to the management sub-area corresponding to the vending terminal.
Considering that in an actual application scenario, there may be many vending terminals having task requirements in the same time period, and the number of currently available target operation terminals cannot meet the above requirements, the method for task reminding provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may implement the re-matching of the target operation terminals by combining the order heat of the sub-area in order to improve the operation service quality as much as possible, and specifically includes the following steps:
acquiring historical goods order quantity of management subregions with different historical goods order quantities of each vending terminal;
step two, sequencing the vending terminals according to the sequence of the historical goods order quantity from large to small to obtain a sequencing result;
and step three, according to the sequencing result, determining a matched target operation terminal for each vending terminal in sequence.
Here, the historical goods order quantity may be determined by the historical selling condition of the selling terminal, and each selling of a goods may generate a corresponding goods order, and a larger order quantity may indicate that the heat of the management sub-area is higher to some extent, whereas a smaller order quantity may indicate that the heat of the management sub-area is lower to some extent.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the vending terminals may be sorted based on the heat degree, the heat degree of the management sub-area where the vending terminals in the front sorting are located is higher, and the heat degree of the management sub-area where the vending terminals in the rear sorting are located is lower. In this case, the current location information of each target operator terminal may be comprehensively considered, and it is preferable that the vending terminal with higher heat selects a matching target operator terminal.
In the case that there are M vending terminals, N is the target operation terminal, and N is less than M, the N target operation terminals will be allocated first, and the remaining M-N vending terminals are to be matched. At this time, the target tasks corresponding to the remaining vending terminals can be pre-allocated to the N target operation terminals based on the current task completion conditions of the N target operation terminals, and meanwhile, other released operation terminals can be comprehensively considered in the process that the N target operation terminals execute the respective target tasks, so that flexible scheduling of operation resources is realized, and operation efficiency is further improved.
The task reminding method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can generate the task reminding based on the goods state information reported by the vending terminal in the target management area, and can also generate the target task reminding information for the vending terminal based on the abnormal state reminding instruction of the user side, wherein the user side can be a terminal such as a mobile phone held by a user who purchases goods, and can also be a terminal such as a mobile phone held by an owner of the vending terminal.
For example, under the condition that abnormality is found in payment or a failure occurs in a vending terminal, task reminding can be initiated, so that a target operator can timely solve the abnormality problem, and further the operation service quality is maintained.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in the method of the present invention, the order of writing the steps does not imply a strict order of execution and any limitations on the implementation, and the specific order of execution of the steps should be determined by their function and possible inherent logic.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a task reminding device corresponding to the task reminding method, and as the principle of the device in the embodiment of the present disclosure for solving the problem is similar to the task reminding method in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the implementation of the device can refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated details are not repeated.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a task reminding device provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the task reminding device includes: an acquisition module 201, a determination module 202 and a sending module 203; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

By means of the task reminding device, the goods state information reported by the goods selling terminal can be obtained firstly, and the target task reminding information aiming at the goods selling terminal can be generated under the condition that the goods state information corresponding to the goods selling terminal meets the processing condition of the target task, so that the generated target task reminding information can be sent to the target operation terminal under the condition that the target operation terminal matched with the goods selling terminal is determined, and the target operation personnel can be reminded of executing the target task aiming at the goods selling terminal. This openly can be based on goods state information automatic start that the terminal of selling goods reported and target task that it corresponds reminds, need not special messenger's supervision and can in time realize carrying out target tasks such as getting in the goods, getting off the goods, school are right to the terminal of selling goods, have saved a large amount of manpower and materials, and intelligent degree is higher for operating efficiency is showing and is promoting.
In one possible embodiment, the processing conditions of the target task include at least one of:
the goods state information indicates that the current goods quantity of the vending terminal is smaller than a preset quantity;
the goods state information indicates that the production date of goods of the goods selling terminal is more than the quality guarantee period from the current date;
the goods state information indicates that the attribute information of the goods of the vending terminal does not conform to the attribute information of the target goods corresponding to the target management area.
In a possible implementation manner, the obtaining module 201 is configured to obtain the goods state information reported by the vending terminal in the target management area according to the following steps:
receiving goods images acquired and uploaded by a goods selling terminal in a target management area, and identifying the goods images to obtain goods state information of the goods selling terminal; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
receiving an information input instruction sent by a vending terminal in a target management area, and acquiring goods state information input by a user from the information input instruction; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and receiving abnormal certificates which are acquired and uploaded by the vending terminals in the target management area, and identifying the abnormal certificates to obtain the goods state information of the vending terminals.
In a possible embodiment, the determining module 202 is configured to determine a target operation terminal matching with the vending terminal from at least two operation terminals according to the following steps:
and under the condition that a candidate operation terminal with a distance smaller than a preset distance exists in the at least two operation terminals, determining a target operation terminal matched with the vending terminal based on the candidate operation terminal.
In one possible embodiment, the target management area is associated with at least one vending terminal, and the determining module 202 is further configured to:
and under the condition that no candidate operation terminal with the distance between the candidate operation terminal and the vending terminal being smaller than the preset distance exists in the at least two operation terminals, determining a target operation terminal matched with the vending terminal based on at least one operation terminal associated with the target management area.
In a possible implementation, in the case that there are at least two candidate operation terminals, the determining module 202 is configured to determine a target operation terminal matching the vending terminal based on the candidate operation terminals according to the following steps:
acquiring task completion credit of each candidate operation terminal;
and determining the candidate operation terminal with the highest task completion credit as the target operation terminal.
In a possible embodiment, in a case that the goods status information corresponding to at least two vending terminals meets the processing condition of the target task, the determining module 202 is configured to determine a target operation terminal matching the vending terminal from the at least two operation terminals according to the following steps:
acquiring historical goods order quantity of management subregions with different historical goods order quantities of each vending terminal;
sequencing the vending terminals according to the sequence of the historical goods order quantity from large to small to obtain a sequencing result;
and according to the sequencing result, determining the matched target operation terminal for each vending terminal in sequence.
In a possible implementation, the determining module 202 is further configured to:
and responding to the abnormal state prompt instruction of the user side, and generating target task reminding information aiming at the vending terminal.

acquiring goods state information reported by a vending terminal in a target management area;
under the condition that goods state information corresponding to the goods selling terminals meets the processing conditions of the target tasks, target task reminding information aiming at the goods selling terminals is generated, and the target operation terminals matched with the goods selling terminals are determined from at least two operation terminals;
sending the target task reminding information to a target operation terminal; the target task reminding information is used for reminding a target operator corresponding to the target operation terminal to execute the target task aiming at the vending terminal.
The embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program performs the steps of the method for task reminding described in the above method embodiments. The storage medium may be a volatile or non-volatile computer-readable storage medium.
The embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a computer program product, where the computer program product carries a program code, and instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the steps of the method for task reminding described in the foregoing method embodiments, which may be referred to specifically in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The computer program product may be implemented by hardware, software or a combination thereof. In an alternative embodiment, the computer program product is embodied in a computer storage medium, and in another alternative embodiment, the computer program product is embodied in a Software product, such as a Software Development Kit (SDK), or the like.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the system and the apparatus described above may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again. In the several embodiments provided in the present disclosure, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus, and method may be implemented in other ways. Claims (11)

1. A method of task reminders, the method comprising:
acquiring goods state information reported by a vending terminal in a target management area;
under the condition that the goods state information corresponding to the vending terminal meets the processing condition of a target task, generating target task reminding information aiming at the vending terminal, and determining a target operation terminal matched with the vending terminal from at least two operation terminals;
sending the target task reminding information to the target operation terminal; the target task reminding information is used for reminding a target operator corresponding to the target operation terminal to execute the target task aiming at the vending terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the processing conditions of the target task comprise at least one of:
the goods state information indicates that the current goods quantity of the vending terminal is smaller than a preset quantity;
the goods state information indicates that the production date of the goods selling terminal exceeds the quality guarantee period from the current date;
the goods state information indicates that the attribute information of the goods selling terminal does not accord with the target attribute information corresponding to the target management area.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining of the goods status information reported by the vending terminal in the target management area comprises:
receiving goods images acquired and uploaded by a goods selling terminal in a target management area, and identifying the goods images to obtain goods state information of the goods selling terminal; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
receiving an information input instruction sent by a vending terminal in a target management area, and acquiring goods state information input by a user from the information input instruction; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and receiving abnormal certificates which are acquired and uploaded by the vending terminals in the target management area, and identifying the abnormal certificates to obtain the goods state information of the vending terminals.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the determining a target operation terminal matched with the vending terminal from among the at least two operation terminals comprises:
and under the condition that a candidate operation terminal with a distance smaller than a preset distance exists in the at least two operation terminals, determining a target operation terminal matched with the vending terminal based on the candidate operation terminal.
5. The method of any of claims 1-4, wherein the target management area is associated with at least one operator terminal, the method further comprising:
and under the condition that no candidate operation terminal with the distance between the candidate operation terminal and the vending terminal being smaller than the preset distance exists in the at least two operation terminals, determining a target operation terminal matched with the vending terminal based on at least one operation terminal associated with the target management area.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein in case there are at least two candidate operation terminals, the determining a target operation terminal matching the vending terminal based on the candidate operation terminals comprises:
acquiring task completion credit of each candidate operation terminal;
and determining the candidate operation terminal with the highest task completion credit as the target operation terminal.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein in a case where goods status information corresponding to at least two vending terminals satisfies a processing condition of a target task, the determining a target operation terminal matching the vending terminal from among the at least two operation terminals comprises:
acquiring historical goods order quantity of management subregions with different historical goods order quantities of each vending terminal;
sequencing the vending terminals according to the sequence of the historical goods order quantity from large to small to obtain a sequencing result;
and according to the sequencing result, determining a matched target operation terminal for each vending terminal in sequence.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1-7, further comprising:
and responding to an abnormal state prompt instruction of the user side, and generating target task reminding information aiming at the vending terminal.
9. An apparatus for task reminders, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring goods state information reported by a vending terminal in the target management area;
the goods state information corresponding to the goods selling terminals meets the processing conditions of the target tasks, target task reminding information aiming at the goods selling terminals is generated, and the target operation terminals matched with the goods selling terminals are determined from at least two operation terminals;
the sending module is used for sending the target task reminding information to the target operation terminal; the target task reminding information is used for reminding a target operator corresponding to the target operation terminal to execute the target task aiming at the vending terminal.
