When a plurality of users use the electronic certificate issuing system at the same time, issuing jobs and issuing information of different users can be rapidly distinguished.
In the invention, the transaction information is stored in the development end, the development end generates the identification code according to the server index and the development operation ID, and the transaction information does not need to be generated in the identification code, thereby reducing the operation of the system and lowering the requirement on hardware.

As shown in fig. 3, the user side directly associates the opening job ID with the opening information, and packages and sends the opening job ID to the server 3, which may be operated in a modular manner. For example, a form C with a space is customized in advance, one of which is used for loading the identification code a and the other is used for loading the billing information B, so as to obtain the first information D, and then the first information D is sent to the server 3.
The invention simplifies the operation of the user, reduces the data transmission quantity between the user end 2 and the development end 1 and between the user end 2 and the server 3, and improves the transmission efficiency.
In the invention, because the opening operation ID is set in the identification code, when the opening information is transmitted to the opening end 1 from the server 3, the corresponding relation between the opening information and the transaction information can be very simply confirmed, thereby avoiding confusion generated when a plurality of users operate simultaneously.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the format of the identification code is selected from one or a combination of several of the following formats: two-dimensional code, bar code, serial number. The identification code is preferably a two-dimensional code. The mobile terminal device can be widely applied to the existing mobile terminal devices, and is convenient to popularize.
The invention can adopt the partition two-dimensional code to integrate the identification code and the opening information, simplifies the data transmitted from the user side 2 to the server side, and is convenient to adopt an encryption means to protect the privacy of the user.

Each functional unit in the present invention may be implemented by a program that loads a corresponding function in specific hardware.
The identification code generating unit 11 provides server address information (server index), address information of the issuing end (issuing job ID) and a specific number (issuing job ID) for the transaction requiring the electronic certificate to be issued currently, and the above information may be in the form of index, and provides a path for inputting issuing information for the user. The user end 2 only needs to acquire the identification code from the development end 1, and does not need to acquire transaction information, so that the identification code occupies a small space, occupies less resources during transmission, has low requirements on hardware and networks of the user end 2, and can meet the requirements without upgrading the existing equipment.
