The block chain-based document delivery system according to claim 4, wherein the contributor contribution statistics module obtains the number of submissions completed by contributors within the statistical time period after completing the contribution amount of each contributor in the statistical system within a set statistical time period, and sends the submissions to all contributors on the chain along with the statistical information of the contribution amount, and the creating block stores the behavior and information, adds a time stamp, and stores the block on the block chain based on consensus.

The blockchain-based draft delivery system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said contributor registration information includes a real name, an identification number, a current residence, and said contributor registration information includes a name, a business license social credit code, a business residence.

The block chain-based contribution delivery system of claim 6, wherein the contributor registration information further includes contribution acceptance categories, the data stored in the contribution registration module at creation of a block further includes contribution categories, and the contributor in the contribution module contributes to contributors having contribution acceptance categories matching the contribution categories of the contributions without selecting contributors.
8. The system of claim 1, further comprising a credit mutual evaluation module for evaluating both the contributor and the receiver of the contribution, creating blocks for storing the behavior and information, time stamping the blocks, and storing the blocks on the block chain based on consensus.

The system for contribution based on blockchain of claim 8, further comprising a credit rating module for counting the evaluated information in the credit mutual evaluation module after each set time interval, and re-rating the contributors and contributors on the chain according to a credit rating rule, and creating blocks for storing the above behaviors and information, and adding a time stamp, and storing the blocks on the blockchain based on consensus.

A block chain based draft delivery system according to claim 1, further comprising a dispute resolution module, initiated by a contributor and/or a contributor, sending dispute information to copyright sector block chain nodes, processing disputes by the copyright sector block chain nodes according to dispute resolution rules, creating blocks for storing said behavior and information, time stamping, and storing the blocks on the block chain based on consensus.
