In the field of electronic circuits, rotary switches are widely used for switching various control lines, for phase-change measurement control of voltmeters and ammeters, for switching and remote control of power distribution equipment lines, and the like. Each host of the PLC is internally provided with 2 standard configurations of communication interfaces, namely an RS232 communication interface and an RS485 communication interface, and the RS485 communication interface is mainly used for establishing a network using an RS485 protocol to realize communication control. As shown, N (N >1) number button boxes are arranged in parallel on one side of the bus. Two positive and negative RS485 bus interfaces of the digital button box 1 to the digital button box N are respectively connected with corresponding positive and negative signal lines, and the length of an outgoing line from a bus to each digital button box is as short as possible so as to enable the influence of a reflected signal in the outgoing line on a bus signal to be minimum. And two positive and negative RS485 interfaces of the PLC on the other side are respectively connected with positive and negative signal lines corresponding to the RS485 bus.

The digital button control box transmits a heartbeat signal in real time, and if a pressure value exists, the alarm module receives the pressure value; and judging whether the vacuum alarm threshold value is exceeded or not, if so, alarming to prompt a user, sending alarm information to a corresponding digital button control box through a communication bus, and displaying the alarm information by a display of the digital button control box.
In an embodiment of the control system of the present invention, the control system further includes an automatic upgrade module.
And the automatic upgrading module is used for upgrading the software operated by the digital button control box. The software operated by the digital button box can be automatically upgraded at the industrial personal computer end.
