When the two rotary tests of the sweeping disk system 2 need to be realized, the console 6 is operated to enable the console 6 to send signals to the A6 sensor and the A7 sensor, the A6 sensor and the A7 sensor receive the signals and then control the corresponding sweeping disk motor control valve 17 to be opened, so that the sweeping brush in the sweeping disk system 2 is driven to rotate, the console 6 sends signals to the B6 sensor and the B7 sensor, and the B6 sensor and the B7 sensor receive the signals and then control the corresponding sweeping disk motor control valve 17 to be closed, so that the sweeping brush in the sweeping disk system 2 stops rotating.
As shown in fig. 2, when the sanitation vehicle cleaning execution part simulation test device is used for testing the sucker system 3, the sucker system 3 is fixed on the supporting structure 1 through the corresponding sub-frame 7, the corresponding hydraulic pipe is connected, when two suckers need to be lifted, the console 6 is operated to send a signal to the A3 sensor, the A3 sensor receives the signal and then controls the corresponding sucker lifting control valve 19 to act, so that hydraulic oil enters the sucker lifting cylinders 24 of the left and right sucker systems 3, the hydraulic oil rod of the sucker lifting cylinder 24 extends out, so that the sucker in the sucker system 3 descends, the console 6 sends a signal to the B3 sensor, the B3 sensor receives the signal and then controls the corresponding sucker lifting control valve 19 to act, so that the hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank 16 from the sucker lifting cylinder 24 along the hydraulic oil pipe, and the hydraulic oil rod of the sucker lifting cylinder 24 retracts, thereby raising the suction cups in the suction cup system 3.
As shown in fig. 2, when the sanitation vehicle cleaning executive component simulation test device is used for testing the large box lifting system 4, the large tank lifting system 4 is fixed on the supporting structure 1 through the corresponding large tank bottom frame 8, the corresponding hydraulic pipes are connected, when the large box is required to be lifted, the control console 6 is operated to send a signal to the B2 sensor, the B2 sensor receives the signal and then controls the corresponding large box lifting control valve 20 to act, so that hydraulic oil enters the lifting oil cylinder 25 of the large box lifting system 4, a hydraulic oil rod of the lifting oil cylinder 25 extends out, so that one side of the large tank is lifted, the console 6 sends a signal to the A2 sensor, the A2 sensor receives the signal and controls the corresponding large tank lifting control valve 20 to act, hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank 16 from the lifting oil cylinder 25 along the hydraulic oil pipe, and the hydraulic oil rod of the lifting oil cylinder 25 retracts, so that one side of the large tank descends. When the front door in the large box lifting system 4 needs to be opened, the control console 6 is operated to send a signal to the a1 sensor, the a1 sensor receives the signal and then controls the corresponding box door opening and closing control valve 21 to act, so that hydraulic oil enters the box door oil cylinder 26 of the large box lifting system 4, the hydraulic oil rod of the box door oil cylinder 26 extends out, so that the box door is opened, the control console 6 is operated to send a signal to the B1 sensor, the B1 sensor receives the signal and then controls the corresponding box door opening and closing control valve 21 to act, so that the hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank 16 from the box door oil cylinder 26 along the hydraulic oil pipe, and the hydraulic oil rod of the box door oil cylinder 26 retracts, so that the box door is closed.
