A rain-proof house rainwater collecting and processing device comprises a connecting mechanism and a control mechanism, and is characterized in that the control mechanism comprises a processor and a driver, the processor is connected with the driver, the connecting mechanism comprises a fixed frame arranged on a door or a window and a rotating bracket for installing the fixed frame, the fixed frame is arranged right above the door or the window, the length of the fixed frame is greater than the width of the door or the window, the rotating bracket is connected with the driver and used for retracting or releasing the fixed frame, a rainfall sensor is arranged on the fixed frame and connected with the processor and used for sensing whether raining occurs or not, an interlayer is arranged inside the fixed frame, a linear slide rail is arranged on the opposite side of the interlayer, an electric slide block is embedded in the linear slide rail, and a rain shielding plate is arranged in the interlayer, the two sides of the rain shielding plate are respectively connected with the electric slide block, the electric slide block is connected with the driver, for driving the flashing out of the interlayer, the flashing being provided with a rotating device which divides the flashing into two parts, the rotating device being connected to the driver, used for bending the rain shielding plate, a plurality of water drainage grooves are arranged on the top surface of the fixing frame, through holes which are communicated up and down are arranged on the water drainage grooves, the first water delivery pipe is communicated with the water drainage grooves through the through holes, an electric control valve is arranged in one end of the first water delivery pipe communicated with the water discharge groove and is connected with the driver, the other end of the first water delivery pipe is provided with a spray pipe, a grip strength sensor is arranged on the spray pipe, the grip force sensor is connected with the processor and used for sensing whether a person uses the spray pipe or not.
