Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water surface decontamination, in particular to a permanently distributed oil containment boom which is mainly used for containing oil substances on a water surface.
Background
Oil products of petroleum and chemical industry have long been a major threat to offshore environments. With the continuous progress of the petrochemical industry in China, the emergency treatment of oil spill is more and more emphasized and the investment is increased. Among the many oil spill emergency devices, the oil containment boom is the most basic and common device, and its main function is to contain oil therein. The oil collecting device can play a role in preventing oil spill from diffusing or guiding the oil spill into the oil collecting device.
The oil containment boom can be temporarily laid and permanently laid according to the laying time. Temporary deployment of booms for emergency accident disposal at various locations is the most common form of oil spill emergency equipment. Permanently deployed booms are often used in long-term prevention in sea areas where there is a risk of oil spillage, such as ports, chemical plants, which are deployed in critical locations for a long time. The invention relates to a novel permanently-distributed oil containment boom.
Because the oil containment boom needs to be permanently arranged for a long time and the position of the oil containment boom is often at the seaside, the oil containment boom is greatly influenced by long-term corrosion caused by seawater. Meanwhile, the reef and various shellfish on the bank are rubbed and scraped with the oil containment boom, and the volume of the common floater is larger, so that the service life of the oil containment boom, especially the inflatable floater type oil containment boom, is greatly shortened. Therefore, a conventional oil containment boom with a float placed on top of the boom is not suitable for long-term deployment.
At present, in order to meet the requirement of long-term distribution, a plastic grid float type oil containment boom is developed abroad. Which uses a plastic foam strip as a float. The disadvantage is that the corrosion resistance of the plastic float remains less than ideal and the influence of uv light on the material is large. In addition, the plastic float is weak and cannot withstand possible impacts and long-term external forces. Therefore, the oil containment boom of the plastic grid float is still not ideal when permanently deployed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the permanently laid oil containment boom, which has lower weight, improves the impact resistance of the oil containment boom, has stronger corrosion resistance and ultraviolet resistance, prolongs the service life of the permanently laid oil containment boom, can reduce the collision frequency of the oil containment boom and reef, is convenient and easy to disassemble and assemble, and is made of materials convenient for surface treatment for chemical containment and control.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: this kind of enclose oil boom is put to permanent cloth, and the fence body (1) is the rubber tape, and it has a hole of vertical row to have every certain distance on it, sets up two front and back aluminum alloy strip (2) on the hole of each vertical row, and two front and back aluminum alloy strip are fixed to the hole of this vertical row through bolt (5) after cliping the fence body, and the float includes two semi-circular section of thick bamboo of aluminum alloy (3) around, and two semi-circular sections of thick bamboo of aluminum alloy are cylindric after mutually closing with corresponding aluminum alloy strip and fix.
The oil containment boom floater and the fixing structure thereof are made of aluminum alloy materials, so that the weight of the floater is greatly reduced, and the anti-impact capability of the oil containment boom is improved under the condition of numerous using conditions of offshore underwater reefs. Meanwhile, the aluminum alloy material has stronger corrosion resistance and ultraviolet resistance, and the service life of permanently arranging the oil containment boom is prolonged. The oil containment boom is arranged in the vertical direction relative to the horizontal plane, so that the collision volume of the oil containment boom is greatly reduced, and the collision frequency of the oil containment boom and the reef can be reduced. The oil containment boom floater is installed by using an I-shaped metal strip, and an operator can quickly detach the floater by only using a screwdriver, so that the operation speed is greatly increased. Therefore, the permanently laid oil containment boom has higher strength, the anti-collision capacity of the oil containment boom is improved, the corrosion resistance and the ultraviolet resistance are stronger, the service life of the permanently laid oil containment boom is prolonged, the collision frequency of the oil containment boom and the reef can be reduced, and the oil containment boom is convenient and easy to assemble and disassemble. The rubber material of the oil fence body and the aluminum alloy material of the float bowl can be subjected to surface treatment, so that the corrosion resistance to certain chemical agents is obtained, and the oil fence can be used for chemical containment control.
