2) adding the rest raw materials including a resin aid, a modified starch aid, a moisture absorbent, a crosslinking aid and an antifreezing aid into the product I obtained in the step 1), wherein the adding mode is to heat the product I in a water bath at 60-100 ℃, and then, dropwise adding the product I in a dropwise adding mode to obtain a product III;
3) adding the rest water into the product III obtained in the step 2), heating and stirring at the temperature of 50-80 ℃ for 40-60 min;
4) and 3) standing the stirred product, and cooling to obtain the uniform liquid dust suppressant.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the cellulose auxiliary agent in the step 1) is one or a mixture of more of wheat straw, corn straw and rice straw.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the polymer auxiliary agent in the step 1) is a copolymer polymerized by a vinyl acid monomer and a vinyl amide monomer, wherein the vinyl acid monomer is selected from any one of vinyl acid, methyl vinyl acetate, carboxymethyl vinyl acid, vinyl glyceride, methyl hydroxyethyl acetate and methyl hydroxyethyl acetate; the vinyl amide monomer is any one of vinyl amide, methyl vinyl amide, dimethyl vinyl amide, vinyl-methyl-acetic amide, hydroxymethyl vinyl amide and 2-vinyl amide-2-methyl ethyl sulfonic acid.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the resin additive in the step 2) is perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate, the modified starch additive is corn starch or wood comb starch, the moisture absorbent is one or more of calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and calcium sulfate, the crosslinking additive is one of epichlorohydrin and phosphorus oxychloride, and the antifreezing additive is one or more of sodium lignosulfonate, magnesium acetate, glycol, fatty acid amide and alkyl succinimide.

1) adding a cellulose auxiliary agent and a polymer auxiliary agent into water, heating to 60-80 ℃, and continuously stirring under the heating condition to obtain a product I;
2) adding the rest raw materials including a resin aid, a modified starch aid, a moisture absorbent, a crosslinking aid and an antifreezing aid into the product I obtained in the step 1), wherein the adding mode is to heat the product I in a water bath at 60-100 ℃, and then, dropwise adding the product I in a dropwise adding mode to obtain a product III;
3) adding the rest water into the product III obtained in the step 2), heating and stirring at the temperature of 50-80 ℃ for 40-60 min;
4) and 3) standing the stirred product, and cooling to obtain the uniform liquid dust suppressant.
