A feather conditioning device for filling down products as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the trimming mechanism (5) comprises a first material guide hopper (51), conveying pieces (52), trimming pieces (53) and a second material guide hopper (54), the first material guide hopper (51) is fixedly arranged at the upper half part of an inner cavity of the box body (1) and is positioned below the detection mechanism (4), the number of the conveying pieces (52) is two, the two conveying pieces (52) are arranged below the first material guide hopper (51) in a bilateral symmetry manner, the rear ends of the two first material guide hoppers (51) are respectively fixedly connected with the two rotating shafts (6), the number of the trimming pieces (53) is two, the two trimming pieces (53) are respectively arranged below the two conveying pieces (52) in a bilateral symmetry manner, the front side and the rear side of each trimming piece (53) are respectively fixedly connected with the front side and the rear side of the inner wall of the box body (1), the second material guide hopper (54) is fixedly arranged at the lower half part of the inner cavity of the box body (1) and is positioned below the trimming pieces (53), and the second material guide hopper (54) is communicated with the inner cavity of the collecting box (3).

A feather conditioning device for filling down products as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the conveying piece (52) comprises a hollow rotary drum (521), a second static electricity generating rod (522), rectangular copper sheets (523) and conductive wires (524), the front end and the rear end of the second static electricity generating rod (522) are fixedly connected with the front side and the rear side of the inner wall of the hollow rotary drum (521), the rectangular copper sheets (523) are embedded on the outer surface of the hollow rotary drum (521) in an equidistant surrounding mode, one end of each conductive wire (524) penetrates through the inner wall of the hollow rotary drum (521) and is electrically connected with the rectangular copper sheets (523), and the other end of each conductive wire (524) is electrically connected with the second static electricity generating rod (522).
