The same or similar components in the drawings will be denoted by the same or similar symbols. It is specifically noted that the drawings are merely schematic and do not represent actual sizes or quantities of elements, and that some of the details may not be fully depicted in order to simplify the drawings.
The purpose, technical content, features and effects of the present invention will be more readily understood by the following detailed description of the specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 (a) shows a three-dimensional structure of a cover 20 a; fig. 1 (b) shows a cross-sectional structure of the automatic lid opening and closing apparatus 10 and a part thereof, and a cross-sectional structure of the lid body 20a along the line a-a according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an automatic lid opening and closing apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an interference member 101, a rotating shaft 102, a pressure detector 106, a lifting device 107, a motor 108, and a controller 109. The interference member 101 is used to interfere with a first cover of a container 200. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the cover 20a of the container 200 comprises an outer cover 21 and an inner cover 22, wherein the outer cover 21 is locked to an opening of the container 200, and the inner cover 22 is locked to the outer cover 21. Since the cover body to be opened or closed is the outer cover 21, the outer cover 21 and the inner cover 22 can be regarded as a single cover body and defined as a first cover body. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the interference member 101 interferes with the cover 21. For example, the cover 21 includes at least one recess 211, and the interference element 101 includes at least one protrusion 101 a. The protrusions 101a of the interference member 101 interfere with each other when they are fitted into the recesses 211 of the outer cover 21. It is understood that one skilled in the art can adjust the design of the interference member 101 to match the shape of the cover to form interference with the cover of the container.
The rotation shaft 102 is connected to the interference member 101 to drive the interference member 101 to rotate. It is understood that when the interference element 101 interferes with the cover 21, the rotation shaft 102 drives the interference element 101 to rotate and also drives the cover 21 to rotate. In an embodiment, the interference member 101 is detachably connected to the rotating shaft 102, so that the interference member 101 can be replaced with a cover body of different shape. For example, the interference element 101 is locked on the shaft 102 by a screw 101 b. It should be noted that the rotating shaft 102 includes a channel 102a, wherein a first opening of the channel 102a faces the cover 20a, and at least a second opening of the channel 102a is disposed on a sidewall of the rotating shaft 102. When the air-extracting device 103 is connected to the second opening of the channel 102a for extracting air, the pressure in the channel 102a can be reduced, and the cover 20a can be adsorbed by the first opening of the channel 102 a.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the automatic lid opening and closing apparatus 10 of the present invention may include a sleeve 104 sleeved on a rotating shaft 102, wherein the rotating shaft 102 may rotate relative to the sleeve 104. An air-extracting space is defined between the sleeve 104 and the shaft 102, wherein the sleeve 104 is provided with an air-extracting hole 104 a. As a result, the pumping space between the sleeve 104 and the shaft 102 is communicated with the pumping hole 104a of the sleeve 104 and the second opening of the passage 102 a. The suction device 103 is connected to the suction holes 104a of the sleeve 104 to suck air into the passage 102a of the shaft 102.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the automatic lid opening and closing device 10 of the present invention may comprise an annular air seal 105 disposed around the first opening of the channel 102 a. The annular air seal member 105 can abut against the cover 20a during operation, so as to increase the air tightness between the shaft 102 and the cover 20 a. In one embodiment, the annular seal 105 is a compressible structure to increase the applicability of the annular seal 105.
Continuing with the above description, the pressure detector 106 is connected between the channel 102a of the shaft 102 and the air extractor 103 to detect the pressure change in the channel 102 a. Whether the interference member 101 has moved to an appropriate position or whether the cover 20a has been sucked can be determined according to the pressure change of the passage 102 a. For example, when the annular air seal 105 contacts the cover 20a, the first opening of the channel 102a is in a closed state, and the pressure in the channel 102a will decrease rapidly under the condition that the air pumping device 103 continues to pump air, so that it can be known that the interference element 101 has moved to a proper position. Alternatively, when the interference member 101 rotates the cover body 20a, the annular air seal member 105 does not contact the cover body 20 a. When the cover 20a is continuously rotated to be separated from the container 200, the cover 20a is sucked by the pressure difference and closes the first opening of the channel 102 a. When the pressure in the channel 102a is detected to rapidly decrease, it is known that the cover 20a is detached from the container 200.
The lifting device 107 is connected to the interference member 101 and the rotating shaft 102 to drive the interference member 101 and the rotating shaft 102 to move along a lifting direction. For example, when the cover 20a is detached from the container 200 and is adsorbed, the lifting device 107 can drive the interference member 101 and the rotating shaft 102 away from the container 200 to remove the cover 20 a. Alternatively, when the cover is opened, the interference member 101 and the shaft 102 are driven to move toward the container 200 to approach the cover 20a, so that the interference member 101 and the cover 20a form interference.
The motor 108 is connected to the shaft 102 to drive the shaft 102 and the interference member 101 to rotate, thereby rotating the cover 20 a. In one embodiment, the motor 108 may be a servo motor. In one embodiment, the motor 108 may be connected to the shaft 102 through a speed reducer 108a and a shaft connector 108 b. The structure and function of the reducer 108a and the coupling 108b are well known to those skilled in the art, and are not described herein. The controller 109 is electrically connected to the pressure detector 106, the lifting device 107 and the motor 108. The controller 109 can determine the current operation state according to the pressure change of the channel 102a outputted by the pressure detector 106, and further control the rotation speed or rotation direction of the motor 108 and the ascending or descending of the ascending/descending device 107.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the automatic lid opening and closing device 10 of the present invention includes an image sensor 110 and a moving device, which are electrically connected to the controller 109 respectively. The image sensor 110 is used for capturing a positioning image of the container 200. The controller 109 can adjust the relative position of the interference member 101 and the cover 20a of the container 200 by the moving device according to the positioning image captured by the image sensor 110 to align the interference member 101 and the cover 20 a. For example, the mobile device includes a track 111a and a track 111 b. The interference member 101 may move left and right along the rail 111a, and further, the rail 111a may move back and forth along the rail 111 b. According to this structure, the interference member 101 can be moved to an arbitrary position parallel to the paper surface.
In one embodiment, the moving device includes a conveying mechanism 120 and a fixing member 121. The conveying mechanism 120 can move the container 200 to the range of the rails 111a and 111b, and the fixing member 121 can hold the container 200 at a predetermined position. In one embodiment, the moving device may include at least one roller 122, for example, the roller 122 is connected to the fixing member 121, and when the fixing member 121 clamps the container 200, the roller 122 abuts against the container 200. The roller 122 can drive the container 200 to rotate, so that the cover 20a of the container 200 can rotate to a set position, in other words, the roller 122 can drive the container 200 to rotate, and the relative position of the interference member 101 and the cover 20a can also be adjusted. It is understood that the track 111a, the track 111b, the conveying mechanism 120 or the fixing member 121 may be omitted according to the actual design requirement.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the cover to be unscrewed is the outer cover 21 of the cover 20a, which is locked on the container 200. Fig. 3 (a) shows a three-dimensional structure of the cover 20 b; fig. 3 (B) shows a partial sectional structure of an automatic opening and closing cover device according to another embodiment of the present invention, and a sectional structure of a cover body 20B along line B-B. Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the cover body to be unscrewed is an inner cover 22 (defined as a first cover body herein) of the cover body 20b, which is locked on an outer cover 21 (defined as a second cover body herein). Therefore, when the interference member 101 is inserted into the groove 221 of the inner cap 22 to interfere with the inner cap 22 and rotate the inner cap 22, the outer cap 21 may also be rotated to be separated from the container 200. In order to avoid this, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the automatic lid opening and closing device of the present invention further includes a stopper 130 disposed radially outside the interference member 101. According to this structure, when the interference member 101 interferes with the inner lid 22 and rotates, the stopper 130 abuts against the outer lid 21 and restricts the rotation of the outer lid 21. In one embodiment, the stop 130 may be an elastic material. For example, the stopper 130 may be a rubber material.
In one embodiment, the automatic lid opening and closing device of the present invention comprises a buffer mechanism, wherein the stopper 130 is connected to the buffer mechanism. According to this structure, the buffering mechanism can adaptively adjust the force of the stopper 130 against the outer cover 21. For example, the damping mechanism includes a base 131 and at least one elastic element 132, such as a spring. The stopper 130 is disposed on the base 131. According to this structure, when the stopper 130 abuts against the outer cover 21, the elastic element 132 is pressed, and the restoring force of the elastic element 132 can make the stopper 130 generate enough force to limit the rotation of the outer cover 21.
In summary, the automatic lid opening and closing device of the present invention utilizes the interference member to interfere with the lid of the container, and then rotates the interference member to rotate the lid, and sucks and removes the lid by vacuum suction. Therefore, the automatic cover opening and closing device can open and close the cover in a mechanical and automatic mode, so that the condition that personnel enter a high-risk working area when taking or recovering chemical agents is avoided, and casualties of operators in case of accidents of safety are reduced.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical spirit and features of the present invention, and the object of the present invention is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and to implement the same, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited by the above-mentioned embodiments, i.e. all equivalent changes and modifications made in the spirit of the present invention should fall within the scope of the present invention.
