As shown in fig. 9, the beverage can blanking device 16 includes a blanking back guide plate assembly 161, a blanking front guide plate assembly 162 and a blanking bottom plate assembly 163; one end of the blanking back guide plate component 161 is connected with the back end of the blanking front guide plate component 162, and the other end of the blanking back guide plate component 161 is connected with the front end of the feeding conveying channel 15; the front end of the blanking front guide plate component 162 is connected with a feeding station of the automatic packaging equipment 3; the blanking bottom plate component 163 is fixed on the automatic feeding frame 11, and the blanking bottom plate component 163 is connected with the lower end of the blanking front guide plate component 162.
As shown in fig. 10, the post-blanking guide plate assembly 161 includes a post-blanking guide plate fixing block 1611, a post-blanking guide plate shaft column 1612, a post-blanking guide plate 1613 and a post-blanking guide plate spacing block 1614; the guide plate fixing block 1611 after blanking is fixed on the automatic feeding rack 11; the post 1612 passes through corresponding hole positions of the post 1613, the spacer 1614 and the fixed block 1611 and is fixed on the fixed block 1611.

As shown in fig. 12, the blanking front guide rail assembly 1622 includes a blanking front guide rail 16221, a blanking front guide slider 16222, and a blanking front guide slider connecting plate 16223; the plurality of guide rails 16221 of the blanking front guide plate are fixed on the automatic feeding rack 11; the plurality of blanking front guide plate sliders 16222 are respectively connected with two ends of the blanking front guide plate slider connecting plate 16223; the middle part of the connecting plate 16223 of the sliding block of the blanking front guide plate is connected with the spacing block 1625 of the blanking front guide plate.

the blanking front guide plate component (162) comprises a blanking front guide plate cylinder component (1621), a blanking front guide plate guide rail component (1622), a blanking front guide plate (1623), a blanking front guide plate shaft column (1624) and a blanking front guide plate spacer block (1625); the blanking front guide plate cylinder assembly (1621) and the blanking front guide plate guide rail assembly (1622) are fixed on the automatic feeding rack; the extending ends of the cylinders of the plurality of blanking front guide plate cylinder assemblies (1621) are connected with blanking front guide plate shaft columns (1624); a connecting plate in the guide rail assembly (1622) of the blanking front guide plate is connected and fixed with a spacing block (1625) of the blanking front guide plate; the corresponding hole sites of the plurality of blanking front guide plates (1623) are matched with the blanking front guide plate shaft posts (1624), the rear ends of the blanking front guide plates (1623) are connected with the blanking rear guide plate assembly (161), the front ends of the blanking front guide plates (1623) are connected with the feeding station of the automatic packaging equipment, and the lower ends of the blanking front guide plates (1623) are connected with the blanking bottom plate assembly (163); a plurality of blanking front guide plate spacing blocks (1625) are arranged, and the plurality of blanking front guide plate spacing blocks (1625) are positioned between the blanking front guide plates (1623); the blanking front guide plate spacing block (1625) is connected and fixed with the blanking front guide plate cylinder component (1621);
the blanking front guide plate cylinder assembly (1621) comprises a blanking front guide plate cylinder fixing block (16211), a blanking front guide plate cylinder (16212) and a blanking front guide plate cylinder connecting piece (16213); the blanking front guide plate cylinder fixing block (16211) is fixed on the automatic feeding rack; the blanking front guide plate cylinder (16212) is fixed on the blanking front guide plate cylinder fixing block (16211); one end of a blanking front guide plate cylinder connecting piece (16213) is connected with the extending end of the blanking front guide plate cylinder (16212), and the other end of the blanking front guide plate cylinder connecting piece (16213) is connected with a blanking front guide plate shaft post (1624);
the blanking bottom plate component (163) comprises a blanking bottom plate front fixing block (1631), a blanking bottom plate rear fixing block (1632), a blanking bottom plate fixing strip (1633) and a bottom plate blanking strip (1634); the blanking bottom plate front fixing block (1631) and the blanking bottom plate rear fixing block (1632) are fixed on the automatic feeding rack; the blanking bottom plate fixing strip (1633) is embedded in the corresponding transverse groove of the blanking bottom plate rear fixing block (1632); one end of each of the plurality of bottom plate blanking strips (1634) is connected and fixed with the blanking bottom plate front fixing block (1631), the corresponding groove at the other end of each of the plurality of bottom plate blanking strips (1634) is matched with the blanking bottom plate fixing strip (1633), and the rear end of each of the plurality of bottom plate blanking strips (1634) is embedded in the corresponding longitudinal groove of the blanking bottom plate rear fixing block (1632);

A beverage can blanking device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the blanking front guide rail assembly (1622) comprises a blanking front guide rail (16221), a blanking front guide slider (16222) and a blanking front guide slider connecting plate (16223); the plurality of blanking front guide plate guide rails (16221) are fixed on the automatic feeding rack; the plurality of blanking front guide plate sliders (16222) are respectively connected with two ends of a blanking front guide plate slider connecting plate (16223); the middle part of the connecting plate (16223) of the sliding block of the blanking front guide plate is connected with the spacing block (1625) of the blanking front guide plate.

A beverage can blanking device according to claim 1 wherein said blanking front guide (1623) comprises a blanking front guide body (16231), a blanking front guide groove (16232) and a blanking front guide hole location (16233); the blanking front guide plate groove (16232) is matched with the blanking front guide plate shaft column (1624); the blanking front guide plate hole site (16233) is connected and fixed with the blanking front guide plate spacing block (1625).

A beverage container blanking apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the plurality of blanking front guides (1623) are aligned or staggered with respect to the bottom blanking bars in the blanking base plate assembly (163) when the blanking front guide cylinder assembly (1621) is in the extended or retracted state.

A beverage can blanking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blanking leading panel spacer (1625) comprises a blanking leading panel first spacer (16251) and a blanking leading panel second spacer (16252); the plurality of blanking front guide plate first spacing blocks (16251) are positioned between the blanking front guide plates (1623) at two ends; the plurality of blanking front guide plate second spacing blocks (16252) are positioned between the middle blanking front guide plates (1623) and are connected with the blanking front guide plate guide rail assembly (1622).
7. A beverage can blanking device as defined in claim 1 wherein the blanking leading plate spacer (1625) is made of one or more of aluminum, stainless steel or iron.

An automatic beverage can feeding device is characterized by comprising an automatic feeding rack (11), an automatic feeding conveyor belt (12), a feeding detection device (13), a beverage can distributing device (14), a feeding conveying material channel (15) and a beverage can blanking device (16), wherein the automatic feeding conveyor belt (12), the feeding detection device, the beverage can distributing device (14), the feeding conveying material channel and the beverage can blanking device are fixed on the rack (11); the beverage can blanking device (16) as set forth in claim 1.
9. A beverage can blanking method, characterized in that the method adopts an automatic beverage can feeding device of claim 8, and the method comprises the following steps:
1) the automatic feeding conveyor belt (12) conveys the beverage cans to an interval formed by the blanking front guide plate (1623);
