Abstract
The invention relates to an auxiliary device for a double-end welding machine for aligning key grooves and a welding blocking method, wherein the auxiliary device for the double-end welding machine comprises a laser marking instrument, the laser marking instrument is arranged above the double-end welding machine and is used for forming a reference line on a straight line for enabling the key grooves of plugs on two sides of the double-end welding machine to be parallel to the central connecting line of the plugs on two sides of the double-end welding machine; when the welding machine is used, before the double-head welding machine is subjected to welding and blocking, a reference line is generated through the laser marking instrument, the positions of key grooves of plugs at two sides of the double-head welding machine are adjusted according to the reference line, the centers of the two key grooves are all on the reference line, and then a welding and blocking procedure is carried out. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of higher accuracy of aligning the key grooves at two sides, convenient use and high working efficiency, reduces the overprinting time of the printer and saves the consumed materials in the overprinting process.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of double-head welding machines, in particular to an auxiliary device for a double-head welding machine for aligning key grooves and a welding blocking method.
Background
According to the requirements of a printing machine, key grooves on the plug of a printing roller are conveniently and rapidly overprinted on a straight line, and a plate-making factory for manufacturing the roller often has the problem that the key grooves of the plug are not on the straight line. When a plate-making company welds a welding plug on a double end, the plate-making company is observed by human eyes, so that two plug keyways are aligned, and the plate-making company is difficult to ensure that the two plug keyways are aligned on a straight line.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, a double-head welder is used to weld and block the roller 7. The double-end welding machine comprises a welding machine body and a claw for fixing the roller 7, wherein the claw is connected with a support frame body 4, and a laser marking instrument 5 is connected with the support frame body 4.
Specifically, the welding machine body is equipped with left end cap 1 and right end cap 2, and left end cap 1 is equipped with left end cap keyway, and right end cap 2 is equipped with right end cap keyway 3, and support body 4 sets up on double-end welding machine's vertical central line, and support body 4's being connected with left jack catch 8 and right jack catch 9 for when welding stifled to roller 7, firm roller 7. The laser striping machine 5 is connected to the vertical center line of the support frame 4 and is higher than plugs on two sides of the double-head welding machine.

s2: according to the reference line, adjusting the positions of key grooves of plugs at two sides of the double-head welding machine, so that the centers of the two key grooves are on the reference line (6);
s2: and (3) assembling the workpiece to be processed in the double-head welding machine, and performing a welding and plugging process.
