The invention discloses a sampling bag cleaning device and a method. The device comprises a gas washing storage bottle, a gas collecting tank and an air pump in sequence according to the gas flowing direction, wherein the gas collecting tank is connected with a plurality of sampling bags, the device also comprises a controller, a cleaning method is arranged in the controller, and the communication conditions between the gas washing storage bottle and the gas collecting tank, between the gas collecting tank and the air pump, and between the gas collecting tank and each sampling bag are controlled according to the cleaning method. By adopting the cleaning device provided by the invention, the sampling bag can be automatically and accurately inflated or exhausted, time and labor are saved, and the sampling bag can not be damaged or excessive residual gas can be ensured in the cleaning process. Because connect a plurality of sampling bags on the gas collection case, so, can wash a plurality of sampling bags simultaneously, improve work efficiency.

Background
The sampling bag is widely used for sampling smoke, gas, waste gas, soil gas, indoor air and the like. In order to enable repeated use of the sampling bag, the sampling bag is purged with nitrogen before each use and after the end of the analysis, approximately three to four times per purge, and the number of purges may be increased as appropriate if the sample was used a greater concentration of target.
When the sampling bag is cleaned, a certain amount of nitrogen is filled into the sampling bag, and then the nitrogen is discharged, and because the nitrogen remains in the sampling bag, the sampling bag is generally required to be rinsed by using a sampling sample before sampling.

The invention relates to a sampling bag cleaning device which comprises a gas washing storage bottle, a gas collection box and an air pump which are sequentially connected through a connecting pipeline, wherein a plurality of sampling bags are connected to the gas collection box; the cleaning device also comprises a controller, wherein the controller is provided with a cleaning method and controls the communication conditions of the connecting pipelines between the gas washing storage bottle and the gas collecting tank, between the gas collecting tank and the air pump and between the gas collecting tank and each sampling bag according to the cleaning method so as to clean the sampling bags. .

As shown in fig. 1-2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a sampling bag cleaning apparatus, including a gas washing storage bottle 1, a gas collection tank 2, and an air pump 3, which are sequentially connected by a connecting pipeline, wherein the gas collection tank 2 is connected with a plurality of sampling bags 4, and further including a controller 5, wherein a cleaning method is provided in the controller 5, and communication conditions of the connecting pipelines between the gas washing storage bottle 1 and the gas collection tank 2, between the gas collection tank 2 and the air pump 3, and between the gas collection tank 2 and each sampling bag 4 are controlled according to the cleaning method, so as to clean the sampling bags 4.
Wherein the gas-washing storage bottle stores gas for washing the sampling bag, such as nitrogen or hydrocarbon-removing air. The gas collection box is of a box body structure, two sides of the gas collection box are respectively connected with the gas washing storage bottle and the air pump, and a plurality of sampling bags are connected to the other two sides of the gas collection box. In the use process of the sampling bag cleaning device with the structure, the controller automatically cleans the sampling bag by executing a cleaning method preset in the cleaning device, and the specific cleaning method can be as follows:
the gas washing storage bottle and the gas collecting box are communicated with a channel between the gas collecting box and each sampling bag, so that the washing gas enters the gas collecting box and each sampling bag;
closing a channel between the washing gas storage bottle and the gas collection tank, communicating the channel between the gas collection tank and the air pump, and opening the air pump to pump out the washing gas in each sampling bag;
restoring the initial connection state;
repeating the above steps for multiple times.
Wherein, at the beginning, the channels between the gas washing storage bottle and the gas collecting box, and between the gas collecting box and each sampling bag are all closed states.
The first three steps are executed to finish one-time cleaning. And repeating the previous three steps for multiple times to finish multiple times of cleaning. The sampling bag is generally required to be cleaned for 3-6 times, and the cleaning times can be determined according to the contaminated condition of the sampling bag. If the sampling bag absorbs more sampling samples or is difficult to remove, the cleaning times can be increased, so that the sampling bag can be cleaned more thoroughly.
The cleaning method preset in the controller can execute the next operation by setting the preset time and detecting whether the preset time is reached. For example, preset time after the passage between the gas washing storage bottle and the gas collecting tank and each sampling bag are communicated is set, actual communication time is detected, and when the detected actual communication time reaches the preset time, the next operation can be executed, namely, the passage between the gas washing storage bottle and the gas collecting tank is closed, the passage between the gas collecting tank and the air pump is communicated, the air pump is opened, and the gas in each sampling bag is pumped out. Therefore, the accurate and automatic control of the air inflation time in the sampling bag is realized, and the damage of the sampling bag caused by excessive air inflation is avoided. For another example, a preset time for communicating a channel between the gas collection tank and the air pump and opening the air pump is set, the actual communication time is detected, and when the detected actual communication time reaches the preset time, the next operation can be executed, that is, the initial communication state is recovered. Thereby realize the accurate and automatic control of fully taking out gas in the sampling bag, reduce the washing gas and remain in the sampling bag. The preset time can be determined according to the pre-measured inflation amount or the time required for fully pumping out the washing gas.
The cleaning method preset in the controller may also execute the steps by receiving a request from a user. For example, the user inputs a request for communicating the purge gas cylinder and the gas collection tank and the passage between the gas collection tank and each sampling bag into the controller, the controller executes the request after receiving the request, and when the amount of the sampling bag charged reaches the standard or reaches the time of charging, the user may input a request for closing the passage between the purge gas cylinder and the gas collection tank, communicating the passage between the gas collection tank and the suction pump, and opening the suction pump into the controller, and the controller executes the request after receiving the request, and the user may input a request for restoring the initial communication state into the controller when the amount of the suction gas of the sampling bag reaches the standard or reaches the time of suction, and the controller executes the request after receiving the request. Thereby realize the accurate and automatic control of aerifing or bleeding the sampling bag through the controller.
Therefore, the cleaning device provided by the invention can realize automatic and accurate inflation or air exhaust of the sampling bag, not only saves time and labor, but also ensures that the sampling bag is not damaged or excessive air washing is not left in the cleaning process.
In addition, because a plurality of sampling bags are connected to the gas collection box, a plurality of sampling bags can be cleaned simultaneously, and the working efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the cleaning device further includes a heating box 6, and the gas collection box 2 and all the sampling bags 4 are located in the heating box 6.
In the using process, if the condensed pollution source sample is remained on the sampling bag, the heating box can be opened, and the condensed pollution source sample in the sampling bag is cleaned in a heating state.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a temperature sensor (not shown) is disposed in the heating box 6, and the temperature sensor is in data connection with the controller 5.
The heating temperature of the heating box can be determined according to the heating condition of the heating bag and the characteristic that the condensed pollution source sample is heated and gasified. The temperature of the heating box is controlled between normal temperature and 80 ℃ in general.
Through setting up temperature sensor, can detect the temperature in the heating cabinet to in sending the temperature value that detects to the controller, the controller can be through the start-up or the closing of comparison detection temperature and preset temperature control heating cabinet, thereby realize the automatic control to heating temperature.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connection pipeline includes a first pipeline and a second pipeline, the washing gas storage bottle 1 is connected to the inlet of the gas collecting tank 2 through the first pipeline, the outlet of the gas collecting tank 2 is connected to the air pump 3 through the second pipeline, the first pipeline is provided with a first valve 7, and the second pipeline is provided with a second valve 8.
The controller 5 is in data connection with the first valve 7 and the second valve 8.
In the above structure, the controller may send a control command to the first valve and the second valve to open or close the first valve and the second valve, so as to communicate or close the first pipeline and the second pipeline.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the gas collecting box 2 is provided with a plurality of ports, and each port is connected with each sampling bag 4.
The interface is arranged on the gas collection box, so that the sampling bag and the gas collection box can be conveniently installed and connected.
Wherein, each interface is provided with an interface valve 9.
By adopting the structure, the air inflation or air exhaust process of each sampling bag can be controlled independently, so that the cleaning operation of a plurality of sampling bags is more flexible. For example, when some of the sample bags are cleaned and other sample bags are not cleaned, the interface valve connected with the cleaned sample bags may be closed, so that only those sample bags which are not cleaned are cleaned. For another example, when there are fewer sampling bags to be cleaned and there are not so many ports required, the excess port valves may be closed, and only the port valve to which the sampling bag is connected may be opened.
Therefore, the cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the invention can meet the cleaning requirements of the sampling bag under various different conditions.
In this embodiment, the controller 5 is in data connection with each of the interface valves 9.
By adopting the structure, the closing or opening of each interface valve can be automatically controlled through the controller.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for cleaning a sampling bag by using the sampling bag cleaning apparatus according to the first embodiment, including:
s1, communicating the gas washing storage bottle, the gas collecting box and the channels between the gas collecting box and each sampling bag to make the washing gas enter the gas collecting box and each sampling bag;
s2, closing a channel between the washing gas storage bottle and the gas collection tank, communicating the channel between the gas collection tank and the air pump, and opening the air pump to pump out the washing gas in each sampling bag;
s3, restoring the initial connection state;
and S4, repeating the steps for multiple times.
The steps of the method can be implemented manually or automatically by a controller. For the method for automatically controlling the implementation of the controller, reference may be made to the description and illustration in the first embodiment, and details are not described herein.
By adopting the method provided by the invention, the simultaneous cleaning and the automatic cleaning of a plurality of sampling bags can be realized, the time and the labor are saved, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
The improved method for cleaning the sampling bag further comprises the following steps: detecting whether condensate is present in the sampling bags, and if so, heating each sampling bag.
By adopting the steps, the sampling bag with the condensed pollution source sample can be cleaned.

Claims (10)
1. A sampling bag cleaning device is characterized by comprising a gas washing storage bottle, a gas collection tank and an air pump which are sequentially connected through a connecting pipeline, wherein a plurality of sampling bags are connected to the gas collection tank; the cleaning device also comprises a controller, wherein the controller is provided with a cleaning method and controls the communication conditions of the connecting pipelines between the gas washing storage bottle and the gas collecting tank, between the gas collecting tank and the air pump and between the gas collecting tank and each sampling bag according to the cleaning method so as to clean the sampling bags.
2. The sampling bag cleaning device of claim 1, further comprising a heating chamber, wherein the gas collection chamber and all of the sampling bags are located within the heating chamber.
3. The sampling bag cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein a temperature sensor is disposed within the heater box, the temperature sensor being in data communication with the controller.
4. The sampling bag cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the connection pipeline comprises a first pipeline and a second pipeline, the washing gas storage bottle is connected with the inlet of the gas collecting tank through the first pipeline, the outlet of the gas collecting tank is connected with the air suction pump through the second pipeline, the first pipeline is provided with a first valve, and the second pipeline is provided with a second valve.
5. The sampling bag cleaning apparatus of claim 4, wherein the controller is in data communication with the first valve and the second valve.
6. The sampling bag cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of ports are provided on the header tank, and each port is connected to each sampling bag.
7. The sampling bag cleaning device of claim 6, wherein each of the ports has a port valve disposed thereon.
8. The sampling bag cleaning apparatus of claim 7, wherein the controller is in data communication with each of the interface valves.
9. A method of cleaning a sample bag using the sample bag cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
the gas washing storage bottle and the gas collecting box are communicated with a channel between the gas collecting box and each sampling bag, so that the washing gas enters the gas collecting box and each sampling bag;
closing a channel between the washing gas storage bottle and the gas collection tank, communicating the channel between the gas collection tank and the air pump, and opening the air pump to pump out the washing gas in each sampling bag;
restoring the initial connection state;
repeating the above steps for multiple times.
10. The method of cleaning a sampling bag of claim 9, further comprising the steps of: detecting whether condensate is present in the sampling bags, and if so, heating each sampling bag.
