1/2 setting the frequency and single liquid quantity of the automatic liquid adding device 8 as rated values when the concentration of any contaminant is equal to or less than the sum of the standard limit concentration and the deviation concentration set by the contaminant; 1/2 setting the pressure and operating frequency of the booster pump to nominal values;
1/4 setting the frequency and single liquid-adding quantity of the automatic liquid-adding device 8 as rated values when the concentration of any pollutant is equal to or less than the standard limit concentration set by the pollutant; 1/4 setting the pressure and operating frequency of the booster pump to nominal values;
when the concentration of any pollutant is equal to or less than the standard limit value concentration minus the deviation concentration set by the pollutant, the automatic liquid adding device 8 and the booster pump are stopped.
S5: the air supply fan 3 and the air exhaust fan 14 are started to start purification.

Claims (13)

1. The special multi-effect fresh air purification device for the breeding is characterized by comprising an air filtration module, a spray purification module, an exhaust treatment module and a control module, wherein the air filtration module conveys filtered air into a poultry house through an air supply pipeline; the spray purification module conveys a purifying agent to an atomization nozzle arranged in the poultry house through a high-pressure pipeline to purify air; the exhaust treatment module is used for treating and then discharging gas discharged from the poultry house; the air exhaust processing module is arranged at an air exhaust opening outside the poultry house; the air filtering module, the spraying purification module, the exhaust processing module and the control module are electrically connected.

The multi-effect fresh air purification device special for cultivation of claim 2, wherein the spray purification module is arranged in the purification room of the air intake cabinet body; the spray purification module comprises a purifying agent tank and an automatic liquid adding device, and the automatic liquid adding device is connected to the purifying agent tank and automatically extracts the purifying agent from the purifying agent tank; the automatic liquid adding device comprises a flow equalizing plate and a booster pump, wherein the automatic liquid adding device divides the extracted purifying agent by the flow equalizing plate and then conveys the purifying agent to an atomizing nozzle through a high-pressure pipeline by the booster pump, the atomizing nozzle is a rotational flow atomizing nozzle, and the purifying agent forms spray and is sprayed out after rotating at a high speed by the atomizing nozzle; the automatic liquid adding device is electrically connected with the control module.

The multi-effect fresh air purification device special for aquaculture of claim 3, wherein the automatic liquid adding device is connected with a gas concentration monitor, the gas concentration monitor is electrically connected with the control module, and the gas concentration monitor is connected with a plurality of gas concentration sensors; the gas concentration sensors are arranged in the poultry house, detect the concentrations of pollutant dust, hydrogen sulfide and ammonia gas in the poultry house and transmit the detection results to the gas concentration monitor; the gas concentration monitor sends the obtained detection value of the gas concentration sensor to the control module, and the control module controls the automatic liquid adding device to adjust the liquid adding amount of the purifying agent according to the comparison result of the gas concentration detection value and the set concentration value.

The multi-effect fresh air purification device special for aquaculture of claim 2, wherein the air filtering module is arranged in the air filtering room of the air intake cabinet body, the air supply pipeline comprises an air supply main pipe, one end of the air supply main pipe is arranged at the top of the air filtering room and is positioned at the inner side of the air filtering module, and the other end of the air supply main pipe is connected to the cloth bag air pipe; the ultraviolet sterilizing lamps are arranged in the air supply main pipe at equal intervals and are electrically connected with the control module.

The multi-effect fresh air purification device special for aquaculture of claim 5, wherein the air filtration module comprises a primary filter, a middle filter and an air supply fan, which are arranged in sequence, the primary filter is arranged at the air inlet of the air filtration room, the middle filter is arranged at the inner side of the primary filter, and the air supply fan is arranged at the inner side of the middle filter; the primary filter comprises a first primary filter screen and a second primary filter screen, the first primary filter screen and the second primary filter screen are arranged in parallel, and the first primary filter screen and the second primary filter screen are metal filter screens or nylon filter screens; the middle-effect filter comprises a middle-effect filter screen, and the middle-effect filter screen is a fiber cotton filter screen or a non-woven fabric filter screen; the air supply fan is electrically connected with the control module, and the air supply fan is started, so that fresh air outside the poultry house is filtered by the primary filter and the intermediate filter in sequence through the air inlet and then is conveyed to a cloth bag air pipe of the poultry house through the air supply main pipe.

The multi-effect fresh air purification device special for aquaculture of claim 6, wherein a pressure difference alarm device is arranged at the primary filter, the pressure difference alarm device is electrically connected with the control module, and the pressure difference alarm device detects the pressure difference between the air inlet end and the air outlet end of the primary filter.

The multi-effect fresh air purification device special for cultivation of claim 1, wherein the exhaust air treatment module comprises a chemical adsorption processor and an exhaust air blower, the chemical adsorption processor and the exhaust air blower are arranged in an exhaust air cabinet, one end of the exhaust air cabinet is communicated with an exhaust outlet of the poultry house, the other end of the exhaust air cabinet is connected with an exhaust pipe, the chemical adsorption processor is arranged at one end close to the exhaust outlet of the poultry house, and the exhaust air blower is arranged at one end close to the exhaust pipe; an adsorption filter material is arranged in the chemical adsorption processor, a filter material life indicator is arranged in the chemical adsorption processor, and the filter material life indicator is electrically connected with the control module; the exhaust fan is electrically connected with the control module; the air exhaust fan is started, so that air in the poultry house is treated by the chemical adsorption processor and then is exhausted through the exhaust pipe.

10. The control method of the special multi-effect fresh air purification device for cultivation, which adopts the special multi-effect fresh air purification device for cultivation as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: setting concentration values of pollutant dust, hydrogen sulfide and ammonia gas in the poultry house through a control module, wherein the concentration values comprise standard limit concentration and deviation concentration;
s2: the gas concentration monitor reads the current concentration of the pollutant detected by the gas concentration sensor and sends the current concentration to the control module;
s3: the control module compares the detected current concentration of any pollutant with the standard limit concentration and the deviation concentration set by the pollutant;
s4: the control module controls the starting and stopping of the automatic liquid adding device and the liquid adding times according to the comparison and calculation result, adjusts the current liquid adding amount, and controls the booster pump to adjust the spraying amount and the spraying time of the atomizing nozzle;
s5: and starting the air supply fan and the air exhaust fan to start purification.

s41: starting the automatic liquid adding device and the booster pump when the concentration of any pollutant is greater than the sum of the standard limit concentration and the deviation concentration set by the pollutant, and setting the liquid adding frequency and the single liquid adding amount of the automatic liquid adding device as rated values; setting the pressure and the working frequency of the booster pump as rated values;

s44: when the concentration of any pollutant is equal to or less than the standard limit value concentration minus the deviation concentration set by the pollutant, the automatic liquid adding device and the booster pump are stopped.
