A natural filtration and precipitation device for sewage pretreatment is characterized in that: the sewage sedimentation device mainly comprises a primary sewage conveying pipeline (1), a pipeline base (2), a sewage sedimentation injection pipeline (3), a sealed sedimentation tank (4), a sewage sedimentation output pipeline (5) and a secondary sewage conveying pipeline (6), wherein the primary sewage conveying pipeline (1), the sewage sedimentation injection pipeline (3) and the secondary sewage conveying pipeline (6) are fixed through the pipeline base (2) and are communicated through three sewage filter valves (7), the sewage sedimentation injection pipeline (3) is communicated with the sewage sedimentation output pipeline (5) through the sealed sedimentation tank (4), and the sewage sedimentation output pipeline (5) is connected with the secondary sewage conveying pipeline (6) through a second check valve (14).

The natural filtration sedimentation device for sewage pretreatment according to claim 1, wherein: the primary sewage conveying pipeline (1) and the secondary sewage conveying pipeline (6) are both positioned above the sealed sedimentation tank (4), namely the positions of the primary sewage conveying pipeline (1) and the secondary sewage conveying pipeline (6) are higher than the positions of the sealed sedimentation tank (4), wherein the primary sewage conveying pipeline (1), the secondary sewage conveying pipeline (6) and the sealed sedimentation tank (4) are horizontally arranged.

The natural filtration sedimentation device for sewage pretreatment according to claim 1, wherein: elementary sewage transport pipe way (1), sewage deposit injection pipe way (3) and second grade sewage transport pipe way (6) three are fixed mutually through pipeline base (2), wherein, the equal level welded fastening in top of pipeline base (2) of elementary sewage transport pipe way (1) and second grade sewage transport pipe way (6), the top of sewage deposit injection pipe way (3) welds perpendicularly in the bottom of pipeline base (2), and sewage deposit injection pipe way (3) are located elementary sewage transport pipe way (1) and second grade sewage transport pipe way (6) butt joint under, pipeline base (2) accessible reinforced concrete is fixed and is supported with it.

The natural filtration sedimentation device for sewage pretreatment according to claim 1, wherein: the primary sewage transport pipeline (1), the sewage precipitation injection pipeline (3) and the secondary sewage transport pipeline (6) are communicated and connected through the three sewage filter valves (7), the joint of the three sewage filter valves is welded with the flange plate, the three sewage filter valves (7) are fixedly connected with the primary sewage transport pipeline (1) and the secondary sewage transport pipeline (6) through bolts arranged on the flange plate, the three sewage filter valves (7) are provided with three outlets, two horizontal outlets are respectively connected with the secondary sewage transport pipeline (6) and the primary sewage transport pipeline (1), and the vertical and vertical outlets are connected with the sewage precipitation injection pipeline (3).

The natural filtration sedimentation device for sewage pretreatment according to claim 5, wherein: the double-end sewage filtering valve (13) is fixed on the sewage precipitation output pipeline (5), a flange plate is welded at the butt joint of the sewage precipitation output pipeline (5) and the double-end sewage filtering valve (13), and the sewage precipitation output pipeline (5) is fixedly butted with the double-end sewage filtering valve (13) by arranging bolts on the flange plate; the top of sewage deposits output pipeline (5) is connected with the vertical pipeline of second grade sewage transport pipe way (6) through second check valve (14), and wherein the vertical pipeline of sewage deposits output pipeline (5) and second grade sewage transport pipe way (6) all welds the ring flange with the butt joint department of second check valve (14), and the vertical pipeline of sewage deposits output pipeline (5) and second grade sewage transport pipe way (6) is fixed with second check valve (14) butt joint through setting up the bolt on the ring flange respectively.

The natural filtration sedimentation device for sewage pretreatment according to claim 1, wherein: the three-head sewage filtering valve (7) and the double-head sewage filtering valve (13) have the same main structure and function, only the number of the arranged outlets is different, the metal filter screens (8) are welded and fixed in the three-head sewage filtering valve and the double-head sewage filtering valve, and the whole metal filter screens (8) are of a V-shaped structure.
