Description

Wearable arm telecontrol equipment that walks
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a device capable of realizing natural motion of an arm in daily walking, and more particularly, to a wearable walking arm exercise device, which includes, a webbing, starting from a user's chest region, along a shoulder to a back, and fixing the entire exercise device in the back in an X-shaped intersection; the pair of or the plurality of elastic ropes are connected with the braid in a front-back mode and have elasticity, and the elastic ropes are loosened or contracted along with the forward-backward movement of the arm, so that a motion effect is generated on the brachial muscle; and a handle integrally connected to the elastic cord to apply tension to the elastic cord, wherein the exercise device additionally includes a waist cord connected to the handle to exercise muscles of a front portion of an upper arm (biceps brachii) and having elasticity, and the elastic cord and the waist cord of the device are respectively connected to upper and lower portions of the handle to apply tension to fore and aft muscles of the upper arm (biceps brachii and triceps) when the arm moves backward and to apply tension to fore and aft muscles of the upper arm when the arm moves forward during walking, thereby generating exercise effect and maximizing exercise effect.
Background
Generally speaking, walking is an exercise that many people like to do for their health. The walking exercise device does not need any device and is not limited by places, the walking exercise device can be moved at any place at any time, and the walking exercise device cannot be separated from the exercise device in daily life, so that the walking exercise device is very cost-effective exercise.
Unlike other animals walking with four feet, humans do not perform other movements than arm swinging during walking as a standing animal.
Therefore, imbalance in movement of the upper and lower limbs leads to degeneration and atrophy of the upper limb with age, and this leads to degenerative diseases such as scapulohumeral periarthritis.
Therefore, there have been extensive attempts to develop a crunch walking exercise for balancing the development of the upper and lower limbs, a vigorous walking exercise for bending both arms at right angles and then largely moving back and forth in a vigorous walking state, a exercise for walking with a dumbbell held by a hand, and a nordic walking exercise by walking with a stick, which has been widely spread recently with many enthusiasts at home and abroad.
According to study statistics, in sports, in indoor cycling, only 30% to 40% of the whole body muscles are used, and in jogging or walking, 50% to 60% of the whole body muscles are used, compared with nordic walking, which uses more than 90% of the whole body muscles.
However, nordic walking, while having such significant exercise efficiency, is indicated to have a number of drawbacks.
Disadvantages of northern european style walking include, for example, inconvenience in carrying, inconvenience in indoor exercise, inability to adjust strength, possibility of hitting the wrist while walking, difficulty in quick walking, difficulty in walking on asphalt road, reduction in the amount of exercise of lower limbs, difficulty in achieving variety of exercise, inability to use on an indoor treadmill, and inability to exercise biceps.
When walking, walking in which a user walks quickly by bending both arms at right angles and largely moving the arms forward and backward is called "hard walking" in order to improve the exercise effect, and on the basis of this exercise effect, an independent auxiliary device is also used in order to maximize the effect of hard walking.
Among such auxiliary devices, korean utility model publication No. 20-1982-0000736 discloses a "whole body exercise device" for exercising the whole body such as arms and legs, but has disadvantages in that, first, all the structures thereof are fixed, and the device is connected to a spring to generate tension, and only generates tension to the front of the body, and cannot simultaneously generate tension to the front and rear of the body, and cannot be worn inside clothes, and also the exercise intensity needs to be adjusted according to the physical condition and fatigue degree of the user, but the device has disadvantages in that the exercise intensity cannot be adjusted.
The "assembled and disassembled type wide band exercise device" disclosed in korean laid-open patent No. 10-2009-0124898 includes a fixing band which is fixed by wearing; and a connection band connected to the fixing band so that a user can exercise a specific part or the whole body, but cannot apply tension to upper and lower muscles of the arm when the arm of the walker moves. And the korean patent laid-open No. 10-0660636 discloses a "whole body exercise device" which achieves a whole body exercise effect by exercising in a state of being worn, but a tension generated by an amount of force applied to a handle by a user is not uniformly distributed to the front and rear of the body at the same time, thereby reducing exercise effect. In addition, the "power walk assist apparatus" disclosed in Korean granted patent No. 10-1316428, although resistance is applied to the arm which repeatedly swings back and forth when the user walks hard, the amount of exercise is increased, the exercise effect is greatly improved, but the structure is composed of a main body and an elastic wide band which are independent from each other, so in order to adjust the length of the elastic wide band and the tension thereof, a device which is arranged on the back independently is required to be used, therefore, the exercise intensity can not be adjusted when the device is worn without taking off the main body of the device, and the connecting structure of the left and right elastic belts on the back is a biased structure, that is, the left and right structures are separate structures, so that when the belt on one side is pulled, the tension thereof cannot be transmitted to the other side, in addition, the structure is that after the front and the back belts are grabbed at the same time, the front and the back belts are pulled forwards and backwards, so that partial tension cannot be transmitted to the arm in the process of forward and backward movement of the arm. In addition, the conventional exercise device has a structure that is biased, and therefore, there is a problem that the entire device is tilted forward when the wide belt is pulled toward the front side.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The description is for the purpose of facilitating the operation thereof by a person of ordinary skill in the art.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention is a wearable walking arm exercise device 100 capable of naturally moving an arm while moving a leg when a user walks upright, and its basic structure includes a webbing 110 connected to a fixing device 111 so that a body is stably fixed in an X-shaped cross-shaped formation on the back from a chest portion of the user, along a shoulder portion to the back; a pair of elastic cords 120 detachably connected to the webbing 110 at the user's chest and back portions through first and second connecting means 121 and 122, respectively, and connected along the user's shoulder upper and lower portions, and formed of a single or a plurality of elastic cords, and forming a closed loop with the webbing 110; a handle 130 having one side connected to a handle connecting body 131 respectively connected to the lower portions of the pair of elastic cords 120 so as to generate tension to the user's body through the elastic cords 120 from the upper and lower portions, respectively, centering on the handle connecting body 131 when the arm is moved, additionally comprising a waist cord 140 connected to a third connection ring 132 positioned at the opposite side of the handle connecting body 131 centering on the pair of handles 130 through a waist cord connecting body 141. At this time, the waist string 140 is a long elastic string, and both ends thereof are connected to the handle 130 by the waist string connecting body 141. As shown in fig. 1 to 7, when the user presses the handle, one side moves to generate an insertion space, so that the handle connector 131 is connected to and separated from the waist rope connector 141, and when the user releases the pressing, the handle connector is restored to the original state, so that the fixing ring is not separated. In addition to this, various structures for connecting and disconnecting the handle link 131 and the waist rope link 141 to and from each other are allowed. In addition, the same applies to the structure of coupling and decoupling the first coupling means 121 and the second coupling means 122 to and from each other, which will be mentioned later.
The elastic cord 120 and the handle 130 of the present invention are used with both hands, and thus are respectively provided with one at the chest, that is, two at one side.
The shoulder joint, namely the shoulder joint, is composed of three bones, namely a clavicle, a scapula, an upper arm bone and the like, and related muscles, ligaments, tendons and tendons thereof. In the narrow sense, the shoulder joint means a joint formed by the clavicle and the scapula meeting the upper arm bone, but broadly means all joints formed by the three bones meeting. If problems occur with this shoulder joint, all activities that require the use of the arms during daily life, including washing the face, bathing, etc., are limited.
Therefore, according to the wearable walking arm exercise device 100 of the present invention, during walking, tension is applied to the elastic cords 120 having elasticity along with the movement of the arm, and the tension is transmitted to the muscles around the shoulder, and along with the repeated stretching and bending movements of the arm, the function of the muscles around the shoulder is enhanced by inducing the contraction and relaxation of the muscles around the shoulder, the circulation of body fluid is improved, the flexibility of the shoulder joints is restored, and shoulder diseases are prevented and pain is improved.
The webbing 110 is formed by a band starting from a chest portion of a user along the shoulder to the back and then crossing the back in an X-shape, which has excellent strength and does not stretch even under a strong impact, and is connected to the elastic cord 120 with the crossing portion of the X-shape facing the back of the user, and then the user puts the same over the shoulders.
The webbing 110 is constructed such that, when a user wears the webbing 110, the elastic cord 120 is connected to upper and lower portions of the webbing 110, respectively, to form a closed loop, and when the detachable left and right handles 130 connected to the elastic cord 120 are pulled, respectively, the elastic cord 120 is stretched in the arm movement direction, thereby maintaining a state in which muscles are tensed.
The webbing 110 is provided with a fixing device 111 for crossing the article in an X-shape at a back portion to be stably fixed to the body, and the fixing device 111 forms fixing grooves spaced apart from each other in three or more directions so that the webbing 110 can be cross-inserted.
The fixing device 111 may be divided into male and female uses, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the fixing device 111 for male according to the first embodiment of the present invention may be formed in a polygonal shape, as shown in fig. 5, and the fixing device 111 for female according to the second embodiment of the present invention may be formed in a circular shape. The male and female is just one example, and thus can be made in various forms.
The fixing groove, if formed in three directions, is composed of a first fixing groove, a second fixing groove, and a third fixing groove, and, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, according to the first and second embodiments, is composed of a first fixing groove 111a, a second fixing groove 111b, a third fixing groove 111c, and a fourth fixing groove 111d, if formed in four directions.
The male fastener 111 has a wider upper side than a lower side of the fastener 111 to increase the contact area of the shoulder-wide male with the webbing 110, thereby stably fastening the webbing 110 to the body.
The female anchor 111 has a first fixing groove 111a, a second fixing groove 111b, a third fixing groove 111c, and a fourth fixing groove 111d protruding in the same pattern in four directions from the circular anchor 111.
The connection means 112 including the detachable inner and outer buckles capable of adjusting the length of the webbing 110 is provided on the webbing 110, so that the length can be adjusted or detached by the connection means 112 without being taken off in the case where the user wears the wearable walking arm exercising device 100.
When the user wears the wearable walking arm exercise device 100, the connection device 112 is located from the chest portion to the shoulders on both sides.
Therefore, even when the user wears the wearable walking arm exercising device 100 of the present invention, the length thereof can be easily adjusted.
The connecting means 112 is provided not only to be adjustable in length but also to have one side formed as an inner connecting means and the other side formed as an outer connecting means, and when the inner and outer connecting means are coupled to each other, the webbing 110 is connected together, and when the inner and outer connecting means are separated from each other, the wearable walking arm exercising device 100 can be detached from the user.
The fixing means 111 is provided on the webbing 110, and the fixing means 111 includes a clip for fixing the webbing 110 at the back in an X-shaped crossing state, thereby maintaining the webbing 110 in a state of being separated left and right.
In addition, the webbing 110 has a first connecting means 121 and a second connecting means 122 respectively attached to a first connecting ring 113 and a second connecting ring 114 provided at both ends thereof, and is connected to the elastic cord 120, respectively, and the elastic cord 120 is connected to the handle 130 through a handle connecting body 131.
The first and second connection rings 113 and 114 are formed by closed rings, the first and second connection means 121 and 122 are formed by openable and closable rings, and the first and second connection means 121 and 122 are detachably connected to the first and second connection rings 113 and 114.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a shoulder pad 115 of rubber or plastic material is provided on the webbing 110, which reduces friction between the shoulder and the webbing 110, and has flexibility to stably fix the webbing 110 to the body.
The elastic cord 120 is provided with a first connecting means 121 and a second connecting means 122 in the form of a ring, which are detachably coupled to both ends thereof, and a first covering means 123 and a second covering means 124 covering the elastic cord 120 are spaced apart from each other.
The first and second covering means 123 and 124 can prevent friction with the human body when the elastic cord 120 is stretched or contracted, and can prevent an impact accident caused by the friction when the elastic cord 120 is broken. That is, although the elastic cord 120 having elasticity may impact a human body part due to its inherent elasticity to cause injury, when the cover device is provided, the cut elastic cord 120 is directly ejected into the cover device, and thus injury of the human body can be prevented.
The first and second covering means 123 and 124, respectively, form an internal hollow tube and form a tube of sufficient width so that the internal bungee cord 120 can freely reciprocate.
The bungee cord 120 may be formed of a single cord or a plurality of cords depending on the intensity of the movement. When the four ropes are combined, a large loop 125 hung on the four ropes and a small loop 126 hung on the two ropes are respectively provided.
When the handle connector 131 is hung on the large ring 125, a user holding the handle 130 must pull with force. When the handle connector 131 is hung on the small ring 126, it can be pulled with a force smaller than that when hanging the large ring 125, so that the intensity of the exercise can be adjusted.
The both ends of the elastic cord 120 are detachably connected to the webbing 110, the webbing 110 forms a closed loop with the left and right elastic cords 120, respectively, when any one place of the elastic cord 120 generates a force, the whole elastic cord 120 is tightened, and when a tension is generated at one side of the middle of the elastic cord 120, the tension is dispersed to the elastic cord 120 with the place where the tension is generated as a center, thereby pulling the first connection ring and the second connection ring of the webbing 110 to be in a tightened state. Therefore, when the arm is swung, that is, when the arm moves up or down, the handle 130 connected to the hand moves, so that the handle connecting body 131 connected to the handle 130 centering on the handle 130 is forced, and the elastic string 120 is stretched at the front and rear portions of the shoulder, respectively. In addition, the handle connecting body 131 is movably and loosely connected to the elastic string 120, so that the user can apply tension to the elastic string 120 through the handle 130 at a proper position according to the physical condition.
The handle 130 is movably disposed on the elastic cord 120 between the first and second cover devices 123 and 124 spaced apart at a certain interval, and is connected with an openable and closable loop-shaped handle connection body 131.
The handle 130 is formed by connecting the handle connector 131 to the middle portion of the elastic string 120, i.e., the lower part of the shoulder (armpit), so that when the user pulls the handle 130, the tension is uniformly distributed to the elastic string 120 formed to extend in the front and rear portions of the body.
At this time, the handle connecting body 131 of the handle 130 is connected to the middle portion of the elastic string 120, that is, the armpit portion of the user, and thus the handle 130 is located at the lowest point of the elastic string 120.
The handle 130 is configured such that an upper portion is connected to the elastic cord 120 through a handle connector 131, a waist cord 140 is connected thereto through a waist cord connector 141 on a third connection ring 132 provided at a lower portion thereof, and thus the upper portion and the lower portion are elastically connected.
The third connection rings 132 provided at the lower portions of the handles 130 on the left and right sides of the user's body are connected to the waist string 140 formed of elastic strings, which is another elastic string different from the elastic string 120, and surrounds the rear portion (waist or hip) of the human body, thereby generating strong tension to the muscles of the front portion of the upper arm and the front portion of the shoulder when the arm moves from the rear lower portion to the front upper portion. That is, the handle 130 also forms a second closed loop with the bungee cord 120 on both sides of the waist cord 140. The present invention adopts a closed loop structure in which the elastic cord 120 and one side of the handle 130 are not opened, so that when the stretching and bending motions are repeated (or moved forward and backward) centering on the main joint, forces are simultaneously applied to the upper and lower parts of the arm and the front and rear parts thereof, thereby guiding the swinging of the arm during walking.
As shown in fig. 8b, when the user moves the arm from the rear to the front to bend the main joint of the arm, as shown in fig. 7, the lumbar cord 140 is stretched to generate tension, so that the muscles in the front of the upper arm (biceps brachii) and the shoulder (deltoid and supraspinatus) contract; when the arm is extended from the front to the rear as shown in fig. 8a, the elastic cord 120 inserted into the first and second covering means 123 and 124 is stretched as shown in fig. 6, thereby generating tension, so that the rear muscle (triceps muscle) of the upper arm is contracted. Such bending and loosening of the arms are moved in accordance with the movement of the legs, so that the swinging of the arms can be guided while enhancing the exercise effect.
The waist string 140 is formed of an elastic string having a waist string connecting body 141 at both sides thereof, and is positioned at the waist or hip of the user.
The third coupling ring 132 is formed by a closed triangular ring, and the waist rope connector 141 is formed by a plastic ring of an openable and closable structure so as to be detachably coupled to the third coupling ring 132 through the waist rope connector 141.
The waist cord 140 is provided with a covering means, like the elastic cord 120, to prevent friction.
The waist string 140 may be threaded on the belt loop of the trousers of the suit, so that it can be stably worn.
The handle 130 is connected to the elastic cord 120 and the waist cord 140, so that when a user pulls the handle from back to front, from front to back, from bottom to top, or from top to bottom, the user can generate strong stimulation to the arm, thereby playing a role of exercise. That is, the arm that naturally moves during walking can exert the exercise effect even when moving forward and backward.
When the handle 130 is pulled up and down, the triceps muscle at the rear of the upper arm is strongly stimulated, and when the handle is pulled up and down, the anterior portion of the upper arm, i.e., the biceps and deltoid muscle, is strongly stimulated.
In addition, the handle 130 has a pad having a certain thickness and width at the front portion 130a thereof so that a user can wrap the back of the hand when holding the rear portion 130b of the handle, and thus can be stably placed therein when inserting the hand into the inside of the handle 130.
In addition, with the structure of the handle 130, when the arm feels tired by long-time walking, the hand can be leaned on the handle 130 to be relaxed without holding the handle 130 with force, so that the fatigue of the arm can be relieved.
In summary, the wearable walking arm exercising device 100 according to the present invention is worn by fitting the webbing 110 and the elastic cord 120 around both shoulders in a state of being connected, and after adjusting the length according to the height of the user, the left and right hands respectively hold the handles 130, the handles 130 are connected to both sides of the elastic cord 120 at the armpit portion, which is the connection portion of the chest front, shoulder and chest wall of the user, and then the left and right handles 130 are alternately pulled during walking, so as to achieve the effect of upper body exercise.
Here, the axillary region is a depression at the junction with the shoulder and chest wall, and is also called the axillary region, axillary limb, and axillary fossa, where fat is abundant, large sweat glands are present subcutaneously, major nerves and blood vessels pass therethrough, and there are lymph node groups. Therefore, since this part is likely to cause adhesion of the shoulder tissues such as scapulohumeral periarthritis and is a difficult part to move, the wearable walking arm exercise device 100 is used to move this part, thereby increasing the lymphatic circulation in the armpit part and relaxing the muscles.
In addition, when the handle connector 131 is connected to the large ring 125 of the elastic cord 120, the user pulls the handle 130, the impact on the arm is greater than the impact when the arm is connected to the small ring, and when the handle connector 131 is connected to the small ring 126, the impact on the arm is less than the impact when the arm is connected to the large ring, so that the exercise intensity can be easily adjusted, the user can connect the handle connector to the large ring 125 when starting exercise, and after exercising for a period of time, the handle connector 131 can be connected to the small ring 126 according to the fatigue degree, so that the exercise intensity can be adjusted during the exercise process.
In this case, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the elastic string 120 may be loosely connected to the handle connecting body 131 so as to be movable, or as shown in fig. 6 to 7, a knot may be tied around the handle connecting body 131 by connecting a ring-shaped fixing ring to the elastic string 120, thereby fixing the handle connecting body 131 and the elastic string 120. At this time, the handle connector 131 may be connected to the knotted bungee cord 120 directly or through the small loop 126 without using a fixed loop.
The knot is a structure for limiting the movement of the handle link 131 and fixing the handle link 131 at one position. The handle connector 131 may be directly connected to the elastic string 120, or may be connected to the elastic string 120 by separately connecting a fixing ring to one side thereof. Thus, handle interface 131 is secured to bungee cord 120 by such a knotting, thereby reducing friction with bungee cord 120 and reducing noise and wear. The knot may be formed by a securing ring of elastic or hard material (see enlarged view of fig. 6).
The elastic cord 120, which divides both sides of the cord by this knot, has a length of the elastic cord 120 from the handle link body 131 to the back greater than a length from the chest to the handle link body 131. This is the best choice in view of the connection location of the webbing 110 to the bungee cord 120, which not only protects the shoulders, but also provides sufficient tension to the bungee cord to enhance the performance of the sport.
In summary, the wearable walking arm exercise device with the large ring 125 and the small ring 126 can adjust the exercise intensity by changing the connecting part of the handle 130 without taking off the device to adjust the exercise intensity during exercise.
In addition, the wearable walking arm exercise device of the invention can be worn close to the body when worn, so that the wearable walking arm exercise device can be worn on a front garment or a common exercise garment, and can be pulled out for a little time to exercise during work, and can also be worn for exercise during work or walking. If the user takes out the hand from the handle 130 and puts it in the pocket, the user cannot see whether to wear the present invention or not from the outside, and thus the present invention has an advantage that the user can move in parallel with the daily life.
In addition, the invention can exercise even in a sitting state, and can not see clothes on the outside, thereby having excellent portability and wearability, and can exercise while working in offices, and can exercise specially by temporarily putting down work.
In summary, the invention can be used for working or moving back and forth under the wearing condition, and can be used for exercising easily even for a short time at any time.
In addition, since the present invention has excellent wearability and portability, exercise can be performed also in the case of sitting. In particular, in the case of sitting or standing, the user can put the left hand on the right hand grip 130 for exercise or put the right hand on the right hand grip 130 for exercise, so that the direction of exercise becomes diversified, and thus, the present invention can select appropriate exercise according to the circumstances to stimulate different muscles of the upper body.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9, the shoulder joint rehabilitation exercise device 100 of the present invention includes a stabilizer 150 connected to each other at a portion of the user's chest and a portion where the webbing 110 extends, for adjusting a distance between the webbings 110, so that the user can be stabilized on his body while wearing the device of the present invention. The stabilizer 150 includes inner and outer connecting means connected to an extension means 151 through which the webbing 110 extends, and thus is easily detachable.

In addition, the wearable walking arm exercising device 100 of the present invention can exercise not only the muscles behind the upper arm (brachial triceps) when the elastic cord 120 in front of the shoulder is pulled down, but also the muscles in front of the upper arm (biceps) and the muscles in front of the shoulder (deltoid and supraspinatus origin) when the arm is extended from the rear to the front or moved from the lower to the upper.
Further, a wearable walking arm exercise device 100 of the present invention can apply tension uniformly to the elastic cords 120 at the front and rear of the body when pulling the handle 130 after connecting to the middle portion of the elastic cord 120, i.e., the armpit portion, and in addition, a waist cord 140, which is a separate elastic cord through the rear of the body (back or hip), is connected to the third connection loop 132 provided at the lower portion of the handle 130, thereby generating tension to the muscles in front of the upper arm and in front of the shoulder when the arm moves from the rear lower portion to the front upper portion to enhance exercise effect.
In addition, a wearable walking arm exercise device 100 of the present invention includes, a webbing 110 crossing in an X-shape on the back of a user; an elastic cord 120 connected to the webbing 110 and having elasticity; the handle 130 integrally connected with the elastic string 140, and further comprising a waist string 140 connected with the handle 130, the device is simple in structure and easy to manufacture, and a user repeatedly pulls the handle 130 while walking after putting the elastic string 120 on the shoulders at both sides, thereby continuously exercising the upper body in addition to the legs.
In addition, the wearable walking arm exercising device 100 according to the present invention has a structure in which the left and right sides of the elastic cord 120 are connected by the webbing 110, and when the handle 130 on the right side is pulled, the tension can be transmitted to the elastic cord 120 on the left side, so that the amount of exercise can be naturally and uniformly transmitted to both arms while swinging the arms back and forth, and after the handle 130 is pulled down to generate a certain tension, the arm is moved back and forth, so that a certain amount or more of tension is continuously transmitted to the arm during the exercise, thereby improving the endurance.
In addition, the wearable walking arm exercise device 100 of the present invention is formed of an elastic material, and can be worn close to the body when worn, and thus can be worn on a front or general sportswear, and thus can be pulled out for a little time at work to exercise, and can also be worn for exercise during commuting or walking.
In addition, the wearable walking arm exercising device 100 of the present invention can pull the handles 130 at both sides in different directions, thereby producing exercise effects on different muscles.
In addition, the wearable walking arm exercise device 100 of the present invention can be worn during walking or jogging, so that the upper body (the upper limbs and the muscles around the shoulders) can be naturally moved, and the balanced development of the upper and lower body muscles can be expected, and the prevention and improvement of diseases including various muscular systems and skeletal systems from the main joints of the shoulders to the wrists can also be expected.
