Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of food safety, in particular to a box body disinfection system and method.
Background
In recent years, the take-out industry goes deep into the lives of common people, and the food safety problem is followed. The inner wall of the take-out distribution box is often stained with soup splashed by take-out food, the soup can become a good hotbed for breeding bacteria, and the take-out food put in subsequently can be polluted after the bacteria are bred. In 2017, standard TCCA003-2017 in disinfected catering boxes (bags) stipulated that coliform bacteria were not detected, and the total number of colonies was less than 100CFU/cm 2. However, in real situations, the disinfection measures cannot be implemented, and the real popularization rate is low.

Mercury uv lamps require ac power above 100V, which places an additional burden on the distribution box that utilizes batteries, requiring an additional inverter. The mercury ultraviolet lamp generally needs 5 minutes of preheating to achieve the purpose of disinfection, which causes additional energy consumption; fourthly, no effective means is provided for monitoring the regular disinfection of the distribution box by crowdsourcing distributors. Due to the above-mentioned drawbacks, the mercury ultraviolet lamp is not practical.
3. Hand-held scanning type deep ultraviolet sterilizer. It can accomplish that no dead angle disinfects, and the shortcoming lies in: firstly, as with the mode of wiping and disinfecting by adopting a disinfectant, the inner wall of a large-area distribution box needs to be irradiated by a handheld instrument for a long time, and the labor capacity is large; secondly, the hidden danger that the deep ultraviolet light leaks to hurt people exists, the implementation is difficult, and the verification cannot be carried out; thirdly, no effective means is provided for monitoring the regular disinfection of the distribution box by crowdsourcing distributors.

In view of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a box sterilization system and method that can trigger automatic sterilization through simple operation, and further complete sterilization of the inner surface of the box in a short time, reliably and rapidly, and fully covering without dead angle, and reducing the labor intensity of the distribution personnel.

As shown in fig. 1-2, a tag 211 is provided in the case body 20 to be sterilized corresponding to the tag reading unit 13 of the sterilizer 10, and the tag reading unit 13 can read the tag 211. The tag 211 may be an RFID tag 211 and the tag reading unit 13 may be an RFID card reading module, and is built into the sterilizer 10, preferably at an upper position inside the sterilizer 10. The RFID card reading module is built in the sterilizer 10, preferably at an upper position inside the sterilizer 10, so that when the sterilizer 10 is placed inside the distribution box and the box cover 21 is closed, the RFID card reading module is closest to the RFID tag 211 built in the box cover 21, and is more suitable for reading information.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1-2, a communication unit 15 is disposed in the sterilizer 10, and the communication unit 15 is connected to the main control chip 12 for sending the sterilization information. Claims (10)
1. A box body disinfection system is characterized by comprising a disinfector and a box body to be disinfected, wherein the disinfector is detachably connected with the box body to be disinfected; wherein,
the sterilizer comprises a sterilizing lamp, a main control chip and a label reading unit, wherein the main control chip is connected with the label reading unit, and the sterilizing lamp is connected with the main control chip and used for sterilizing the box body to be sterilized;
a label is arranged in the box body to be disinfected, and the label reading unit can read the label.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the tag is disposed on a lid of the case to be sterilized, the tag storing therein identification information of the case to be sterilized.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the sterilizer comprises a switch connected to the main control chip and used for turning on/off the main control chip; and/or
The main control chip is provided with a timing module, and the main control chip controls the working time of the disinfection lamp and/or controls the working time of the disinfection lamp according to the timing module
The main control chip is provided with a prompt tone module, and when the disinfection lamp is turned on or turned off, the prompt tone module gives out prompt tones.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the sterilizer comprises a support structure for connection to the tank to be sterilized; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the box body to be disinfected is provided with a mounting groove for connecting and fixing the supporting structure.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein a communication unit is arranged in the sterilizer, and the communication unit is connected with the main control chip and used for sending sterilization information.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the disinfection lamp is a deep ultraviolet LED lamp, and/or,
the number of the disinfection lamps is not less than 1, and the disinfection lamps are used for disinfecting the box body to be disinfected without dead angles; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the sterilizer is a triangular pyramid structure, and the deep ultraviolet LED lamps are respectively arranged on four vertexes and four surfaces of the triangular pyramid structure.
7. A method for sterilizing a tank, comprising the steps of:
s100: putting the sterilizer into a box body to be sterilized and fixing;
s200: closing the box cover of the box body to be disinfected, and reading the label in the box body to be disinfected by a label reading unit of the disinfector;
s300: after the main control chip receives the signal of the label reading unit, the main control chip controls the sterilizing lamp to be turned on to sterilize the box body to be sterilized;
s400: and after the disinfection is finished, the main control chip controls the disinfection lamp to be turned off, and the disinfector is taken out of the box body to be disinfected.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
s500: and after the box body to be disinfected is disinfected, the control chip generates disinfection information and then sends the disinfection information through the communication unit.
9. The method according to claim 7, further comprising, before the step S100: turning on a switch of the sterilizer, starting the main control chip, and setting sterilization time through a timing module on the main control chip;
then, in step S300, after receiving the signal of the tag reading unit, the main control chip controls the sterilizing lamp to be turned on, and sterilizes the box body to be sterilized according to the sterilization time, and when the sterilization time is reached, the main control chip controls the sterilizing lamp to be turned off.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein in the steps S300 and S400, when the main control chip controls the disinfection lamp to be turned on or off, a prompt tone module on the main control chip emits a sound prompt.
