Background
In daily life, a closestool is an article which is used by people every day, and in the aspect of cleaning of the closestool, because the dead angle of the closestool is more, even if the closestool is cleaned by a closestool cleaning agent, a lot of dirt and germs still often remain in the closestool, particularly, the positions of the inner cavity of the closestool and the contact surface of a closestool ring and the skin of a human body need cleaning and disinfection, the existing disinfection mode of the closestool is generally to regularly use a disinfection agent or other disinfection equipment for treatment, the mode is not only tedious and labor-consuming, but also medicaments such as disinfection solution and the like can damage the human body and sewer pipelines, in addition, some high-end intelligent closestools in the prior art can be automatically disinfected and cleaned, but the manufacturing cost is higher, and the closestool cannot be popularized.

the ultraviolet irradiation light source module and the circuit board are arranged in the sealed cavity; the sealed cavity comprises an upper sealed cover at the top and a lower sealed cover at the bottom, and the upper sealed cover is provided with high-transmittance quartz glass at a position corresponding to the ultraviolet irradiation light source module;
the ultraviolet disinfection unit further comprises an inductor, the inductor is connected with the circuit board and the controller, and the inductor is used for sensing whether the toilet lid is closed or not.
Preferably, the ultraviolet disinfection device at least comprises two ultraviolet disinfection units which are respectively arranged as a first ultraviolet disinfection unit and a second ultraviolet disinfection unit; setting the direction of the ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet irradiation light source module as the irradiation direction of the ultraviolet disinfection unit; arranging a first ultraviolet disinfection unit at the inner side of the toilet cover, wherein the irradiation direction is vertically downward; the second ultraviolet disinfection unit is arranged on one side of the toilet cover connected with the inner cavity of the toilet, and the irradiation direction is vertical to that of the first ultraviolet disinfection unit.
Preferably, the lower sealing cover is externally coated with a silica gel sleeve, the back of the silica gel sleeve is provided with a back adhesive for adhering the ultraviolet disinfection unit to a required position, and the silica gel sleeve and the ultraviolet disinfection unit can be mutually detached.
Wherein, preferably, the sensor is separately arranged on the toilet cover or a power supporting component required by the toilet cover to close or integrated on the ultraviolet disinfection unit.
Preferably, the sensor is a light-sensitive sensor, a human body-sensitive sensor, a gravity switch, a microswitch, a groove-type photoelectric sensor, a correlation sensor, an approach perforating device or an illumination sensor.
Preferably, the ultraviolet radiation light source module of the ultraviolet disinfection unit may be a point light source, a tubular light source or a strip light source.
Preferably, the sealed cavity of the ultraviolet disinfection unit and the power line, and the sealed cavity and the quartz glass interface are subjected to waterproof treatment.
Preferably, the power supply is an external power supply or a built-in power storage device.
The beneficial effect that this application realized is as follows:
the application completes the work of virus killing and deodorization by oneself, reduces manual intervention, and saves labor cost. The ultraviolet disinfection unit is directly arranged on the upper cover of the closestool or the inner wall of the upper cover, and is used for killing bacteria and viruses in the space environment of the closestool and on the surface of the seat ring of the upper cover of the closestool and eliminating peculiar smell.
The anti-virus and anti-odor unit can be used for preventing virus killing in advance and reducing the service life after being used for a long time; the power supply is suitable for different voltage use conditions. The system also can use a rechargeable storage battery, an advanced position sensing module, sensitive detection, accurate control of the disinfection and deodorization time, power consumption cost saving and the service life of the ultraviolet disinfection unit. The problems that the virus killing and deodorization are not thorough due to insufficient virus killing and deodorization time and the cost of the virus killing and deodorization time is high due to overlong virus killing and deodorization time are solved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application are clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1-6, the present application provides a toilet bowl disinfection and deodorization module, which is fixed on a toilet bowl 1 and includes an ultraviolet disinfection unit, a controller and a power supply;
as shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the ultraviolet sterilization unit 21 includes ultraviolet irradiation light source modules UVC-LED 211 and UVA-LED 212 connected to a circuit board 216, the circuit board 216 electrically connected to the controller 22 through a power cord 217, wherein the UVC-LED 211 and UVA-LED 212 and the circuit board 216 are disposed inside a sealed cavity including a top upper sealing cover 214 and a bottom lower sealing cover 215, and a high light transmittance quartz glass 213 is disposed at a position corresponding to the UVC-LED and UVA-LED at the center of the upper sealing cover for transmitting light; in this embodiment, the lower sealing cover is externally coated with a silica gel sleeve, the back of the silica gel sleeve is provided with a back adhesive, the ultraviolet disinfection unit 21 can be adhered to a required position through the back adhesive of the silica gel sleeve, and the silica gel sleeve and the ultraviolet disinfection unit can be mutually detached.
Wherein, each interface (such as the interface between the sealed cavity and the power line, the interface between the sealed cavity and the quartz glass) of the ultraviolet disinfection unit is subjected to waterproof treatment; moisture is prevented from entering to shorten the whole service life, and the UVC-LED and the UVA-LED can emit ultraviolet light for killing virus and removing odor after being electrified;
wherein the irradiation direction of the ultraviolet light is set to the irradiation direction of the ultraviolet disinfection unit.
The ultraviolet disinfection unit 21 further comprises a sensor 3 for sensing whether the toilet lid is closed, and the sensor can be separately arranged on the toilet lid 11 or a power supporting component required by the toilet lid, or can be integrated in the ultraviolet disinfection unit 21;
the sensor is used for sensing whether the toilet lid is closed or not to trigger the ultraviolet disinfection unit to work, and the sensor can be a light sensing sensor, a human body sensing sensor, a gravity switch and the like, can be a contact sensor (such as a microswitch and the like) or a non-contact sensor (such as a groove type photoelectric sensor, a correlation sensor, a proximity pipe penetrating device, an illumination sensor and the like)
After the controller receives the information that the toilet lid is closed, which is sensed by the sensor, the controller controls the UVC-LED 211 and the UVA-LED 212 of the ultraviolet disinfection unit 21 to start irradiation disinfection; the controller may further include a time control module for setting a sterilization time.
The power supply can be selected from an external power supply or a built-in power storage device and is used for providing electric support for disinfection, and the power supply can be a voltage boosting module, a voltage reducing module or a constant current source and the like according to requirements.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the ultraviolet disinfection units with at least two mutually perpendicular irradiation surfaces are arranged as a first ultraviolet disinfection unit and a second ultraviolet disinfection unit, and the two ultraviolet disinfection units are arranged on the inner side of the toilet lid 11 and used for disinfecting the inner cavity of the toilet.
Fig. 3A and 3B show the range of ultraviolet disinfecting radiation after the ultraviolet disinfecting units are disposed on the inner wall of the toilet lid 11, as can be seen, the first ultraviolet disinfecting unit is used for disinfecting, sterilizing and deodorizing the inner cavity of the toilet; the second ultraviolet disinfection unit disinfects, sterilizes and deodorizes the inner side of the toilet lid 11, the toilet lid seat ring and partial inner cavity environment of the toilet, and the two ultraviolet disinfection units complement each other, so that disinfection and cleaning without dead angles in the toilet can be realized.
The present embodiment adopts a form of direct insertion of the power plug 23, and may also adopt a form of charging a storage battery.
The specific use mode is as follows:
the two ultraviolet disinfection units are respectively fixed, the first ultraviolet disinfection unit is arranged on the inner side of the toilet cover, the irradiation direction is vertically downward, the second ultraviolet disinfection unit is arranged at one end of the toilet cover 11 connected with the inner cavity of the toilet, and the irradiation direction is vertical to the first ultraviolet disinfection unit. The lead and the like are fixed.
Electrifying a power supply, if a line control switch is contained in a circuit, please confirm that the line control switch is in a closed state;
when the sensor 3 senses that the toilet cover 11 is covered, the controller is triggered to work, and the ultraviolet sterilizing unit starts to sterilize.
In addition, the disinfection time can be set first, disinfection is performed according to the disinfection time, if the toilet lid is opened in the disinfection time, the ultraviolet disinfection unit stops working, and the ultraviolet disinfection unit starts working after the upper lid is closed, and the specific circuit arrangement is shown in fig. 6.
In addition, fig. 5A, 5B and 5C show three embodiments of the toilet disinfecting and deodorizing module of the present application: one ultraviolet disinfection unit can be used, and the sensor is integrated in the ultraviolet disinfection unit; the sensor can be integrated in the ultraviolet disinfection unit by using a plurality of ultraviolet disinfection units; the sensor is also separately provided, and the sensor and the ultraviolet sterilizing unit are respectively connected with the controller 22.
The ultraviolet disinfection unit can be arranged on the upper cover of the closestool, and the position can be adjusted according to the shape of the closestool; the ultraviolet radiation light source module of the ultraviolet disinfection unit can be a point light source, a tubular light source or a strip light source, and different types of light sources are arranged according to different requirements. The number of the ultraviolet disinfection units can be set to be different according to different requirements.

Claims (8)
1. A toilet bowl sterilizing and deodorizing module is characterized by comprising an ultraviolet sterilizing unit, a controller and a power supply; the ultraviolet disinfection unit is arranged in the inner cavity of the closestool and comprises an ultraviolet irradiation light source module;
the ultraviolet irradiation light source module comprises a UVC-LED and a UVA-LED, the UVC-LED and the UVA-LED are connected to a circuit board, and the circuit board is electrically connected with the controller;
the ultraviolet irradiation light source module and the circuit board are arranged in the sealed cavity; the sealed cavity comprises an upper sealed cover at the top and a lower sealed cover at the bottom, and the upper sealed cover is provided with high-light-transmittance quartz glass at a position corresponding to the ultraviolet irradiation light source module;
the ultraviolet disinfection unit further comprises an inductor, the inductor is respectively connected with the circuit board and the controller, and the inductor is used for inducing the opening and closing of the toilet lid.

The module of claim 1, further comprising at least two UV disinfection units, each of which is configured as a first UV disinfection unit and a second UV disinfection unit; setting the direction of the ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet irradiation light source module as the irradiation direction of the ultraviolet disinfection unit; arranging a first ultraviolet disinfection unit at the inner side of the toilet cover, wherein the irradiation direction is vertically downward; the second ultraviolet disinfection unit is arranged on one side of the toilet cover connected with the inner cavity of the toilet, and the irradiation direction is vertical to that of the first ultraviolet disinfection unit.

The module of claim 1, wherein a silicone cover is covered on the outside of the lower sealing cover, and a back adhesive is provided on the back of the silicone cover for adhering the uv disinfection unit to a desired position, wherein the silicone cover and the uv disinfection unit are detachable from each other.
4. The toilet disinfecting and deodorizing module of claim 1 wherein said sensor is provided on the toilet lid alone, on a power support member required for closing the toilet lid, or integrated into the UV disinfecting unit.
5. The module of claim 4 wherein the sensor is a light sensor, a body sensor, a gravity switch, a micro switch, a slot photo, a correlation sensor, a proximity perforator or an illumination sensor.
6. The module of claim 1, wherein the UV light source module of the UV disinfection unit is a point light source, a tubular light source or a strip light source.
7. The module of claim 1, wherein the sealed cavity of the UV disinfection unit is waterproof with respect to the power line, the sealed cavity and the quartz glass interface.
8. The module of claim 1, wherein the power source is an external power source or a built-in power storage device.
