A protected pharyngeal swab sampling system according to claim 1, wherein the swab (2) includes a handle shaft (21) and a cotton ball (22) fixed to one end of the handle shaft (21), the handle shaft (21) extending from the sampling hole (11) through the flexible cover (4) and towards the outside, the handle shaft (21) being in sealed sliding connection with the flexible cover (4).
4. A protected pharyngeal swab sampling system according to claim 1, characterised in that a tongue depressor (15) is fixedly connected to the inside of the oronasal mask (1), said tongue depressor (15) being arranged adjacent to the lower end of the sampling hole (11).
5. A protected pharyngeal swab sampling system according to claim 1, characterised in that the isolating and breathable portion (13) comprises a through hole provided in the oronasal mask (1) and an isolating cloth arranged on the through hole, the isolating cloth being a meltblown cloth.

The protective pharyngeal swab sampling system according to claim 1, further comprising a cart (7), wherein a disinfection barrel (8) containing disinfectant is placed on the cart (7), a barrel cover (81) is hinged to the top end of the disinfection barrel (8), the opening and closing of the barrel cover (81) are controlled by a foot switch (82), and the negative pressure generating device (6) is placed on the cart (7).

A protected pharyngeal swab sampling system according to claim 1, wherein the pulling means includes a pull cord (34) connected to the removable cap (322), the pull cord (34) extending through the cutting cap (32) and being connected to a pull ring (36), the pull ring (36) being provided with an anti-backup mechanism (37).

A protected pharyngeal swab sampling system according to claim 7, characterized in that the pull string (34) passes out of the cutting cap (32) and around a guide wheel (35) and is fixedly connected to the pull ring (36), the pull ring (36) being parallel to the axial direction of the tube (31), the anti-backup mechanism (37) being provided between the pull ring (36) and the guide wheel (35).

A protected pharyngeal swab sampling system according to claim 8, characterized in that the anti-backup mechanism (37) comprises a support plate (371) fixed to the outer wall of the cutting cover (32), the support plate (371) is located below the guide wheel (35), a card slot (372) is provided at the bottom end of the support plate (371), a card stick (373) capable of being snapped into the card slot (372) is provided below the card slot (372), and the pull ring (36) and the pull rope (34) are both tied to the card stick (373).
10. A sampling method using the protected pharyngeal swab sampling system of claims 1-9, comprising:
step 1, taking the oronasal mask (1) out of the storage bag, connecting a negative pressure suction part (14) with a connecting pipe (5), sleeving a fixing belt (12) on a little finger and/or a ring finger of a first operating hand, pinching a handle rod (21) of a swab (2) by a thumb, a forefinger and a middle finger, covering a flexible cover (4) on a sampling hole (11), opening a negative pressure generating device (6) to enable a person to be sampled to open a mouth and generate sound to expose the throat part, covering the oronasal mask (1) on the oronasal part of the person to be sampled, adjusting the position of the oronasal mask (1) to enable a tongue pressing plate (15) to press the tongue of the person to be sampled, supporting the back neck part of the person to be sampled by a second operating hand, and controlling a cotton ball (22) on the swab (2) to dip in the oronasal part of the person to be sampled to take a sample;
step 2, after dipping a sample, keeping the state that the oronasal mask (1) covers the oronasal part of a person to be sampled, taking a culture tube (3) which uncovers the sealing cover (33) by a second manipulator, hooking a pull ring (36) by a thumb of the second manipulator to pull the movable cover (322) and the fixed cover (321) apart, taking the oronasal mask (1) by the first manipulator, inserting the swab (2) into the culture tube (3) from the end of the cotton ball (22) until the cotton ball (22) is immersed into a preserving fluid, loosening the pull ring (36) by the second manipulator, cutting off the rod (21) by a cutting handle blade on the movable cover (322) under the elastic action of a return spring (323), and covering the sealing cover (33) on the cutting cover (32);
and 4, stepping on the foot switch (82) to open the barrel cover (81), putting the used oronasal mask (1) into the disinfection barrel (8), and loosening the foot switch (82) to cover the barrel cover (81).
