In the process of the vertical swing of the tripod, in order to facilitate the tripod to reset, the fixed plate 10 is fixed on the frame 7, and an elastic part is connected between the fixed plate 10 and the second connecting rod 92, the elastic part in the embodiment is a spring 20, and the spring 20 can be correspondingly stretched, compressed or reset, so that the rotary work of the tripod is facilitated. Meanwhile, when the spraying equipment stops, the spring 20 can play a role in hoisting the triangular frame, so that the excessive gravity of the swing device 9 is prevented from being applied to the driving rod 12. In order to provide a good protection for the head 18, a protective net 19 is fixed to the swing device, and the protective net 19 is located outside the head 18.
The working principle of the spraying equipment is as follows: when the weeding device is used, a user pushes the spraying device to move in the field through the push handle 1, the front axle 15 drives the driving wheel 8 to rotate through the driving belt 14 along with the movement of the spraying device, the driving rod 12 drives the swing device 9 to swing up and down, the up-down movement of the spray head on the swing device 9 is realized, and the herbicide is sprayed to all parts in the height direction of weeds, so that a good weeding effect is achieved, and the maximum efficiency of the herbicide and the manpower is exerted. And in the spraying process, the arc section of the liquid spraying pipe 17 can directly spray the middle lower part of the weeds, and in the rotating process, when the straight section turns to the weeds, the lower part of the weeds can be sprayed again, so that the spraying amount of the roots of the weeds is increased, and the weeding effect can be improved.

6. An agricultural herbicidal spray apparatus as set forth in claim 3 wherein said connecting rod is transverse and the spray tube is horizontally secured to the connecting rod.
7. An agricultural herbicidal spray apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the tripod is a right angle tripod, the first and second connecting rods forming two right angle sides respectively, and the third connecting rod forming an inclined side.
