Description

Packaging method
Background
A packaging method for packaging a wiper blade has been proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is based on a packaging method for packaging a wiper blade.
It is proposed that in at least one method step at least one identical packaging element is used both in the individual packaging and in the kit. The design according to the invention makes it possible in particular to improve the production process, since only a few different packaging components have to be produced. This reduces the production effort and production costs of the packaging element. In addition, the packaging cost and the packaging consumption can be reduced.
"packaging of a wiper blade" is intended to mean, in particular, a packaging of at least one wiper blade and/or of a kit for one wiper blade or of at least two wiper blades which are advantageously of structurally identical construction to one another and/or of several kits for several wiper blades. The packaging has in particular at least one packaging component for at least one wiper blade, which packaging component is designed as a wiper blade packaging component. In particular, each wiper blade is stored individually in a wiper blade packaging component. Each packaging element configured as a wiper blade packaging element comprises, in particular, at least one front wall, at least one rear wall and at least two side walls, which are preferably configured integrally with the front wall and/or the rear wall in the longitudinal extension direction of the package. The wiper blade packaging element furthermore comprises at least one top wall and/or bottom wall which, in the longitudinal direction of extension of the packaging element designed as a wiper blade packaging element, delimit a storage area for the wiper blade and/or for a kit of wiper blades of the packaging element designed as a wiper blade packaging element on two sides of the packaging facing away from one another. The front wall, rear wall, side walls, top wall and/or bottom wall define, in particular, a storage area for storing the wiper blade and/or a kit of wiper blades configured as a packaging component of the wiper blade packaging component. In particular, the wiper blade and/or a kit of wiper blades is stored in a storage area of a packaging component configured as a wiper blade packaging component. The "longitudinal extension" of an object shall particularly mean the extension of the object along the longitudinal extension direction of the object. The "longitudinal extension direction" of an object, in particular of a packaging component designed as a hole-forming component and/or of a packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component, is intended in particular to mean a direction which is oriented parallel to the longest side of a smallest imaginary geometric cuboid which also completely surrounds the object, in particular the packaging and/or the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component. The longitudinal extension direction is oriented perpendicular to the surface of the bottom wall and/or of the top wall, in particular at least in the closed state of the packaging element designed as a hole-forming element and/or of the packaging element designed as a wiper blade packaging element.
"individual package" in this context refers in particular to a package of a wiper blade and/or a kit of parts of a wiper blade. The individual package has in particular at least one storage area for the wiper blade and/or a kit of parts of the wiper blade, wherein the storage area is formed and/or defined by the wiper blade packaging component. The kit preferably has at least one packaging member configured as a hole-forming member. A "kit" is intended to mean, in particular, a package of at least one wiper blade and/or a kit of parts of a wiper blade and of at least one further wiper blade and/or of a further kit of parts of the further wiper blade. The kit preferably has at least two storage areas for a respective wiper blade and/or a respective kit part of a wiper blade, wherein a respective storage area is formed and/or delimited by the wiper blade packaging component. The kit has at least one packaging element forming a hole-forming element, wherein the kit can also have at least one further packaging element forming a hole-forming element. The term "use of at least one identical packaging component in an individual package and in a kit package" is intended in this context to mean, in particular, that at least one component of the individual package, in particular the packaging component designed as a hole-forming component and/or the packaging component designed as a wiper blade, and at least one further component, in particular the packaging component designed as a hole-forming component and/or the packaging component designed as a wiper blade component, are designed identically, in particular in unison, with respect to one another. In particular, uniformly configured components, in particular packaging components, and/or packaging components configured as hole-forming components and/or second packaging components for individual packaging and for packaging kits can be used.
It is also proposed that, in at least one method step, at least one identical packaging component, which forms the aperture-forming component, is used in the individual packaging and the packaging kit. The longitudinal extension, the transverse extension and the depth extension of the packaging element, which is configured in particular as a hole-forming element, are configured at least substantially identically in the individual packages and in the kit. The "transverse direction of extension" of an object, in particular of a packaging component designed as a hole-forming component and/or of a packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component, shall in this context mean, in particular, a direction parallel to the transverse extension of the object, wherein the transverse direction of extension is oriented at least substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of extension and perpendicularly to a face of the side wall. The "depth extension direction" of an object, in particular of a packaging component designed as a hole-forming component and/or of a packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component, is intended in particular to mean the direction of a depth extension of an object parallel to the object, wherein the depth extension direction is oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal extension direction and perpendicular to the transverse extension direction of the object. In particular the depth extension is oriented perpendicular to the surface of the front wall and/or the rear wall in the closed state of the repackage. "at least substantially identical" in this context should mean, in particular, that the longitudinal extension, the transverse extension and/or the depth extension of the packaging element forming the hole-forming element deviate from one another by up to 10%, advantageously up to 5% and particularly preferably up to 2% in the individual package and in the kit. The longitudinal extension, the transverse extension and the depth extension of the packaging element, which is in particular configured as a wiper blade packaging element, are configured exactly the same in the individual package as in the kit. The uniform packaging elements that form the aperture-forming elements are used in particular in individual packages and in packages. The packaging element forming the aperture-forming element has, in particular, a european aperture, wherein it is also conceivable for the packaging element forming the aperture-forming element to have an aperture of a configuration different from that of the european aperture, which aperture is provided for the suspended storage of the packaging element forming the aperture-forming element and the packaging element forming the wiper blade packaging element. By means of the embodiment according to the invention, the individual packs and the packaging kit can be produced in a particularly cost-effective manner and with low production effort with the packaging element forming the aperture-forming element.
It is furthermore proposed that, in at least one method step, at least one identical packaging component, which is designed as a wiper blade packaging component, is used in the individual packaging and in the kit packaging. The longitudinal extension, the transverse extension and the depth extension of the packaging element configured as a wiper blade packaging element are configured in particular at least substantially the same in the individual package and in the kit package. The longitudinal extension, the transverse extension and the depth extension of the packaging element, which is advantageously configured as a wiper blade packaging element, are configured in particular exactly the same in the individual package as in the kit. In particular, uniform packaging elements configured as wiper blade packaging elements are used in individual packages and in packages in sets. The individual package and the kit can be produced particularly cost-effectively and with little production effort with a packaging element designed as a wiper blade packaging element by means of the inventive embodiment.
It is furthermore proposed that, in at least one method step, the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component is arranged in a single package about a longitudinal axis of the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component, preferably at 90 ° relative to at least one packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component of the kit, on the packaging component designed as a hole-forming component. The longitudinal axis of the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component is oriented, in particular, at least substantially parallel to the longitudinal extent of the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component and parallel to the longitudinal extent, in particular the longitudinal axis, of the packaging component designed as a hole-forming component. The longitudinal axis of the packaging element designed as a wiper blade packaging element and the longitudinal axis of the packaging element designed as a hole-forming element are oriented substantially parallel to one another, in particular in individual packages as well as in a kit. "at least substantially parallel" shall mean, in particular, an orientation of the shaft, in particular of the longitudinal axis of the packaging element designed as a wiper blade packaging element, in a single package, relative to a reference axis, in particular an orientation of the longitudinal axis of the packaging element designed as a wiper blade packaging element, in a kit, in particular in a plane, wherein the shaft has a deviation, in particular, of less than 8 °, advantageously less than 5 °, and particularly advantageously less than 2 °, relative to the reference axis. The individually packaged packaging element designed as a wiper blade packaging element is preferably arranged at the packaging element designed as a hole-forming element at a rotation of 90 ° about the longitudinal axis of the packaging element designed as a wiper blade packaging element relative to at least two packaging elements designed as wiper blade packaging elements of the kit. The individually packaged packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component can alternatively be arranged at the packaging component designed as a hole-forming component, with an angle of rotation of an angle other than 90 ° relative to the longitudinal axis of at least two packaging components designed as wiper blade packaging components of the kit. A particularly space-saving wiper blade package can be achieved in particular by the configuration according to the invention.
It is furthermore proposed that, in at least one method step, in the kit, a side wall of at least one packaging element configured as a wiper blade packaging element is arranged on the packaging element configured as a hole element. Preferably, in the kit, the side walls of at least two packaging components, which are in the form of wiper blade packaging components, are arranged on the packaging component, which is in the form of a hole-forming component, and are preferably connected, preferably adhesively bonded, to the packaging component, which is in the form of a hole-forming component. The front wall of the packaging element configured as a wiper blade packaging element is preferably arranged at two sides of the set of packages facing away from each other. The packaging element designed as a hole-forming element and at least two packaging elements designed as wiper blade packaging elements can be arranged in a particularly simple and space-saving manner by means of the inventive configuration.
It is furthermore proposed that, in at least one method step, at least one packaging component, which is designed as a covering component, at least partially covers at least two packaging components, which are designed as wiper blade packaging components, of the packaging kit on at least one side. The packaging component designed as a covering component preferably covers at least partially two packaging components designed as wiper blade packaging components in a kit on the side of the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component facing away from the packaging component designed as a hole forming component. "at least partially covering" should be understood to mean, in particular, that at least 50%, advantageously at least 65%, preferably at least 90%, and particularly preferably completely, of the surface of at least one side of the packaging component, which is designed as a wiper blade packaging component, is covered by the packaging component, which is designed as a covering component. The packaging component, which is designed as a covering component, is designed in particular as a front cover and is preferably connected at least in force-fitting and/or form-fitting and preferably material-fitting manner to one side, in particular a side wall, of the packaging component, which is designed as a wiper blade packaging component. The wiper blade package may alternatively also have a further packaging component designed as a covering component, wherein the packaging component designed as a covering component and the further packaging component designed as a covering component preferably cover the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component at least partially and preferably completely at two sides of the wiper blade package facing away from each other. The design according to the invention makes it possible in particular to achieve a particularly space-saving wiper blade package and, in addition, a particularly simple production with the advantageous appearance of a kit.
It is also proposed that the packaging component designed as a covering component at its side walls at least partially covers the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component of the kit. The packaging component designed as a covering component preferably covers the two packaging components designed as wiper blade packaging components in the kit at the side wall of the packaging component designed as wiper blade packaging component facing away from the packaging component designed as a hole forming component. A particularly space-saving wiper blade package with the advantageous appearance of a kit can be achieved by the configuration according to the invention.
It is furthermore proposed that, in at least one method step, two packaging elements of a kit, which are designed as wiper blade packaging elements, face each other with their rear walls. The rear walls of the two packaging components, which are designed as wiper blade packaging components, are advantageously connected to one another at least in a force-fitting and/or form-fitting manner. Each of the packaging elements of the kit, which are designed as wiper blade packaging elements, has in particular a packaging element which is arranged on the rear wall and/or on one of the top walls and which is advantageously designed at least partially integrally with the rear wall or at least one of the top walls and which is designed as a hole-forming element. The design according to the invention makes it possible to achieve a wiper blade package with a particularly small number of packaging components, as a result of which the production costs and the packaging effort can be kept low.
It is further proposed that, in at least one method step, the packaging component designed as a covering component at least largely encloses at least one packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component. The packaging component, which is designed as a covering component, is advantageously designed as a housing component and advantageously encloses at least a large part of the two packaging components, which are designed as wiper blade packaging components. The expression "at least largely" is to be understood in particular to mean that the packaging component designed as a covering component surrounds at least 50%, preferably at least 70% and particularly advantageously at least 90% of at least one packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component and/or of a packaging component designed as a hole forming component. The packaging component configured as a covering component at least completely encloses the side walls, the front wall and the rear wall of the packaging component configured as a wiper blade packaging component, in particular. The bottom wall and/or the top wall may in particular be configured as a packaging element without a cover element. The cover component advantageously contacts at least two side walls and a front wall and/or a rear wall of a packaging component configured as a wiper blade packaging component. The packaging member configured as a covering member is preferably formed from paper and is preferably at least substantially formed from cardboard. The packaging component configured as a covering component may alternatively also be formed in part from plastic, for example a plastic film or the like. A particularly space-saving and stable wiper blade package can be achieved by the configuration according to the invention.
A wiper blade package is also proposed. The wiper blade package can be designed in particular as a single package or as a kit, wherein the single package and the kit have at least one identical packaging component. The design according to the invention makes it possible to improve the production process in particular, since only a few different packaging components have to be produced. This reduces the production effort and production costs of the packaging element. In addition, the packaging cost and the packaging consumption can be reduced.
Furthermore, a wiper blade packaging system is proposed, which has at least one individual package and at least one kit, wherein the individual package and the kit have at least one identical packaging component. The design according to the invention makes it possible to improve the production process in particular, since only a few different packaging components have to be produced. This reduces the production effort and production costs of the packaging element. In addition, the packaging cost and the packaging consumption can be reduced.
Furthermore, a wiper blade packaging system is proposed, wherein the transverse extent of the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component is at least twice the depth extent of the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component. In particular, the front wall and/or the rear wall of the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component has an extension in a direction parallel to the transverse extension of the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component, which is at least twice the extension of the side walls over the depth extension of the packaging component designed as a wiper blade packaging component. The design according to the invention makes it possible in particular to achieve a particularly compact arrangement of the two packaging components designed as wiper blade packaging components at a packaging component designed as a hole forming component and thus a particularly simple production of the wiper blade packaging system.
The packaging method, wiper blade package and wiper blade packaging system according to the invention should not be limited to the above-described applications and embodiments. The packaging method, wiper blade package and wiper blade packaging system according to the invention can have a different number of individual elements, components and units and method steps than those described here, in particular for carrying out the working method described here.
Further advantages result from the following description of the figures. Three embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings.
