Background
With the development of communication technology, computer network technology, control technology and software technology, computer control systems are developing towards the network direction, and comprise hardware components and software components; in the computer control system, special digital-analog conversion equipment and analog-digital conversion equipment are needed, and the computer network control system is generated on the basis of the development of automatic control technology and computer technology; if the functions of the controller in the automatic control system are realized by a computer, a typical computer control system is formed; it uses computer to participate in control and connects with controlled object by means of some auxiliary components to obtain a system formed by a certain control purpose, in which the auxiliary components mainly refer to input/output interface, detection device and execution device, etc.; its connection to the controlled object and the connection between the components are generally in two ways: the control purpose may be to meet a certain requirement for the state or motion process of the controlled object, or to meet a certain optimization goal in a wired or wireless manner.
In the control process, a computer is connected with a main controller, more network cables are required to be connected, on one hand, under the condition of long-time use, the connection between the network cables and the main controller is likely to be loosened, so that the connection is unstable, the remote control work is influenced, the cables are distributed in a messy mode, the cable identification is not facilitated, on the other hand, the main controller is fixedly placed at a certain position, and the actual work requirement cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a remote control system for computer network devices, which solves the above problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a remote control system of computer network equipment comprises a controller main body and a steering adjusting device;
the controller main body is symmetrically connected with elastic blocks at a first cable interface position, and the sides of the elastic blocks are integrally formed with convex blocks;
the inner side wall of one end of the elastic block is integrally formed and symmetrically provided with first rubber clamping blocks, fastening threaded holes are formed in the protruding blocks, and fastening screws are connected and arranged in the fastening threaded holes;
the controller body is provided with arc-shaped elastic blocks at equal intervals on the side edge of a second cable connector position of the controller body, a second rubber clamping block is arranged on the inner side wall of one end of each arc-shaped elastic block, threads are arranged on the outer side wall of each arc-shaped elastic block, and fastening rings are arranged on the arc-shaped elastic blocks in a threaded connection mode;
the controller is characterized in that a bracket is integrally formed and connected on the controller main body, fixed blocks are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bracket, wire dividing grooves are symmetrically arranged in the fixed blocks, and elastic pieces are embedded in the wire dividing grooves;
the bottom end of the controller main body is connected with a steering adjusting device.
Preferably, the steering adjusting device comprises a supporting disk, a placing groove, a circular ring, a reset spring, a connecting rod, a fixed limit inserting column, a rolling ball, a first connecting column, a connecting ring, a groove, a second connecting column and a fixed slot, wherein the supporting disk is provided with the placing groove, the circular ring is movably connected in the placing groove, the reset spring is integrally formed and equidistantly arranged in the placing groove, the connecting rod is integrally formed and equidistantly arranged on the inner side wall of the circular ring, the fixed limit inserting column is integrally formed and connected at the other end of the connecting rod, the upper end surface of the supporting disk is provided with a first arc-shaped groove, the rolling ball is arranged in the first arc-shaped groove in a rolling connection manner, the first connecting column is integrally formed and connected on the upper end surface of the supporting disk, a first connecting thread is arranged in the first connecting column, a threaded column is arranged in the first connecting thread connection manner, and the threaded column is integrally formed on the rotating disk, the rolling disc joint sets up at the go-between, the go-between inside wall is provided with second connecting thread, and second connecting thread is connected with third connecting thread, the go-between is pegged graft and is set up in the recess, the recess sets up the terminal surface in the one end of second spliced pole, and the other end welded connection of second spliced pole sets up the bottom face in the controller main part, the second spliced pole sets up second arc recess, equidistance on the terminal surface with the same end of recess and is provided with fixed slot.
Preferably, the fastening screws and the elastic blocks are arranged in the same number, and the length of the fastening screws is greater than that of the fastening threaded holes in the lugs.
Preferably, the fixed slot and the fixed limit inserting column are corresponding in arrangement position and same in arrangement number, the diameter of the fixed slot is equal to that of the fixed limit inserting column, and the depth of the fixed slot is smaller than the length of the fixed limit inserting column.
Preferably, the second arc-shaped groove arranged on the second connecting column corresponds to the first arc-shaped groove arranged on the supporting disc, and the inner diameter and the outer diameter of a circle formed by the second arc-shaped groove and the first arc-shaped groove are equal.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the elastic block, the convex block, the first rubber clamping block, the fastening screw, the arc-shaped elastic block, the second rubber clamping block and the fastening ring have good clamping and fixing effects on the connecting cable on the controller main body, so that the connecting cable can be stably connected in use without loosening, and the normal operation of remote control work is ensured;
2. the fixing block and the wire distributing groove have good concentrated wire distributing effect on the connecting cable, the conditioning is clear, the type and the circuit of the connecting cable can be identified rapidly, and the positive effect on later-stage detection and maintenance is achieved;
3. through the adjusting device that turns to that sets up, can turn to the regulation according to actual demand, and then can be better convenient staff's use, promote control work to go on better, guarantee that work normally goes on.

Further, the fastening screws 5 and the elastic blocks 2 are arranged in the same number of groups, and the length of the fastening screws 5 is larger than that of fastening threaded holes in the lugs 3.
Furthermore, the arrangement positions of the fixing slot 1312 and the fixing limit inserting column 1306 are corresponding, the arrangement groups are the same, the diameter of the fixing slot 1312 is equal to that of the fixing limit inserting column 1306, and the depth of the fixing slot 1312 is smaller than the length of the fixing limit inserting column 1306.
Further, the second arc-shaped groove arranged on the second connecting column 1311 corresponds to the first arc-shaped groove arranged on the support disc 1301 in position, and the inner diameter and the outer diameter of a circle formed by the second arc-shaped groove and the first arc-shaped groove are equal.
The working principle is as follows: the fixed block 10 and the wire distributing groove 11 have good concentrated wire distributing effect on the connecting cables, are clearly conditioned, can further quickly identify the types and the lines of the connecting cables, and have positive effects on later-stage detection and maintenance; the elastic block 2, the convex block 3, the first rubber clamping block 4, the fastening screw 5, the arc-shaped elastic block 6, the second rubber clamping block 7 and the fastening ring 8 are arranged on the controller body 1, so that a connecting cable has a good clamping and fixing effect on the controller body 1, the connecting cable can be stably connected in use without looseness, and the normal operation of remote control work is ensured. Until the fixed limit inserting column 1306 is separated from the fixed slot 1312, then the controller body 1 can be rotated, and when the controller body 1 reaches a proper direction position, the circular ring 1303 is loosened, the fixed limit inserting column 1306 moves upwards under the action of the return spring 1304 to be inserted and fixed in the fixed slot 1312, so that the position fixation of the controller body 1 is realized, and the position fixation of the controller body 1 can be completed.
