when the normal working current of an external circuit is stable, the current of the electromagnet 12 passes through, so that the electromagnet 12 generates a corresponding magnetic field, the magnetic force adsorption effect is exerted on the rotating plate 10 to cause the rotating plate 10 to deflect, and further the deflection shaft 9 rotates, and the deflection shaft 9 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the deflection tank 8 through the one-way bearing, so that when the rotating plate 10 deflects under the action of the magnetic force, the deflection shaft 9 cannot drive the winding shaft 7 to rotate, so that the stability of the fuse wire 14 is ensured, and meanwhile, the inductor 13 connected with the electromagnet 12 in parallel is charged by the external circuit, so that the inductor 13 stores certain electric quantity;
when the current in the circuit is increased due to the fault or overload of the external circuit, the fuse wire 14 generates heat when a large current passes through the fuse wire, so that the fuse wire 14 is fused in a short time to realize the protection of the current, after the fuse wire 14 is disconnected, the external short circuit is disconnected, the inductor 13 releases the electric energy stored in the inductor to supply power to the electromagnet 12, and therefore the electromagnet 12 keeps the magnetic adsorption effect on the rotating plate 10 after the external circuit is disconnected, and the rotating plate 10 can keep the deflection state;
because the electric energy stored in the inductor 13 is limited, the power supply time of the inductor 13 to the electromagnet 12 is limited, so that after a period of time, the electromagnet 12 does not generate a magnetic field any more, the rotating plate 10 is not influenced by magnetic force any more, the rotating plate 10 is reset under the elastic force of the reset spring 11, the deflecting shaft 9 rotates, and because the deflecting shaft 9 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the deflecting groove 8 through the one-way bearing, the rotating deflecting shaft 9 drives the winding shaft 7 to rotate, so that the winding shaft 7 winds the fuse ribbon group through the rotation of the winding shaft, the fuse ribbon group on the releasing shaft 6 is released outwards, so that the position of the fuse wire 14 is moved and transferred, the fuse wire 14 after being fused is moved to the position of the winding shaft 7 to be wound and stored, and the unused fuse wire 14 is moved to the position of the reed for connecting with the electric cable 4 to conduct the circuit again, so that the external circuit is powered back, thereby avoiding the inconvenience brought by replacing the fuse wire 14 by people.
