Description

Hammer assembly of upright piano and upright piano
Technical Field
The present application relates to pianos, and more particularly, to a hammer assembly for an upright piano and an upright piano.
Background
The timbre is used as an important index for evaluating the musical instrument, and has become an important basis for selecting and identifying the quality of the musical instrument. The piano sound is produced by striking strings with hammers to make strings vibrate, and transmitting vibration energy to a soundboard with a resonance effect through string codes, wherein the vibration of the soundboard generates density waves in air to produce the sound of the piano heard by people.
The prior art hammer assembly includes a hammer and a hammer shank, one end of which is bonded to one end surface of the hammer so that the both are firmly bonded, or a mounting hole is provided on the end surface of the hammer to match the mounting of the hammer and to be bonded. The end surface of the hammer in the prior art ensures that when the hammer handle is adhered, the contact area of glue and the hammer handle is limited, and the adhesion may not be firm enough.
In order to solve the bonding problem, the prior art increases the contact area by arranging a groove body around the mounting hole, but the structure causes the increase of glue and the change of local weight, so that the center of gravity shifts and needs to be readjusted.

An exemplary upright piano of this application, including piano body and above-mentioned arbitrary scheme upright piano's hammer subassembly, it is a plurality of upright piano's hammer subassembly is installed respectively in the piano body.
The present application discloses an assembly method of hammer assembly of upright piano:
providing a hammer assembly of an upright piano as described in any one of the above aspects;
filling glue solution into the mounting hole 40;
the hammer shank 20 is fitted into the mounting hole 40 at its end provided with the hemispherical end portion 21.
In some further examples, the hemispherical end 21 is pressed as far as possible against the hemispherical end face.
Further, after the hammer shank 20 is fitted into the fitting hole 40, a ring of glue is applied to the end face of the fitting hole 40, so that the glue is applied into the glue pouring groove 30.
Further, after the glue solution is coated, standing and waiting for air drying.
The above steps are completed, and the hammer assembly is then mounted in the piano.
The hammer assembly of the present exemplary upright piano, when lightening the weight, saves the material, saves labor, increases the connection strength and the fastening of the hammer handle 20 and the hammer core 11, and simultaneously ensures that the gravity center of the hammer assembly does not shift and is not laborious.
