the first inquiry unit is used for inquiring the mobile phone numbers and the bank card information of the two transaction parties from a bank core system according to the identity information of the two transaction parties and automatically inputting the mobile phone numbers and the bank card information into a fund escrow application interface of the fund escrow system;
the second query unit is used for querying standard property information corresponding to the keyword from a property information monitoring department according to the keyword in the property information of the seller;
the comparison unit is used for comparing the standard house property information with the house property information of the seller to obtain a comparison result;
and the input unit is used for automatically inputting the house property information of the seller into the fund escrow application interface of the fund escrow system when the comparison result shows that the standard house property information is consistent with the house property information of the seller.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the keyword in the property information of the seller is a property certificate number of the property of the seller.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
and the storage unit is used for storing the image to be identified as a transaction certificate in the fund escrow system.
8. The apparatus of any one of claims 5 to 7, further comprising:
and the error reporting unit is used for sending error reporting information through the fund escrow system when the comparison result shows that the standard property information is inconsistent with the property information of the seller, wherein the error reporting information comprises at least one of voice error reporting information, character error reporting information and picture error reporting information.
9. An OCR-based funds escrow apparatus, comprising: a processor, a memory, a system bus;
the processor and the memory are connected through the system bus;
the memory is to store one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the method of any of claims 1-4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein instructions that, when executed on a terminal device, cause the terminal device to perform the method of any one of claims 1-4.
