the type identification unit 201 is used for identifying the type of the corresponding electronic invoice layout file after receiving the opening/adding operation of the user terminal aiming at the electronic invoice layout file;
the invoice analysis unit 202 is configured to automatically analyze the electronic invoice layout file according to the type to obtain basic invoice information in the electronic invoice layout file;
the invoice checking unit 203 is used for sending the invoice basic information to an invoice checking platform or a third-party invoice service platform for checking by using a preset checking interface to obtain a checking result of the electronic invoice format file;
and the result display unit 204 is used for comprehensively displaying the inspection result and the electronic invoice layout file in a preset display mode.
For the specific implementation process of the modules 201 to 204, reference may be made to the corresponding content disclosed in the foregoing embodiments, and details are not repeated here.
The present application further provides an electronic device, and as shown in fig. 5, an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
a memory 100 for storing a computer program;
the processor 200, when executing the computer program, may implement the steps provided by the above embodiments.
Specifically, the memory 100 includes a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and computer-readable instructions, and the internal memory provides an environment for the operating system and the computer-readable instructions in the non-volatile storage medium to run. The processor 200 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor or other data processing chip in some embodiments, and provides computing and controlling capability for the electronic device, and when executing the computer program stored in the memory 100, the method for opening or checking the electronic invoice disclosed in any of the foregoing embodiments may be implemented.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as a preferred implementation, referring to fig. 6, the electronic device further includes:
and an input interface 300 connected to the processor 200, for acquiring computer programs, parameters and instructions imported from the outside, and storing the computer programs, parameters and instructions into the memory 100 under the control of the processor 200. The input interface 300 may be connected to an input device for receiving parameters or instructions manually input by a user. The input device may be a touch layer covered on a display screen, or a button, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on a terminal shell, or a keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse, etc.
And a display unit 400 connected to the processor 200 for displaying data processed by the processor 200 and for displaying a visualized user interface. The display unit 400 may be an LED display, a liquid crystal display, a touch-sensitive liquid crystal display, an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) touch panel, or the like.
And a network port 500 connected to the processor 200 for performing communication connection with each external terminal device. The communication technology adopted by the communication connection can be a wired communication technology or a wireless communication technology, such as a mobile high definition link (MHL) technology, a Universal Serial Bus (USB), a High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI), a wireless fidelity (WiFi), a bluetooth communication technology, a low power consumption bluetooth communication technology, an ieee802.11 s-based communication technology, and the like.
While FIG. 6 shows only an electronic device having the assembly 100 and 500, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in FIG. 6 is not intended to be limiting of electronic devices and may include fewer or more components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may include: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk. The storage medium stores thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the method for opening or checking an electronic invoice disclosed in any of the foregoing embodiments.
This application is when the user opens or adds electronic invoice layout file, but the invoice basic information in the automatic analysis draws the file, and utilize and predetermine the inspection interface and examine the invoice basic data, obtain corresponding inspection result, and then show the specific invoice content of inspection result and electronic invoice layout file for the user simultaneously, need not manually to open electronic invoice and manually examine again, realize that the user opens the one-step visual inspection effect that electronic invoice layout file can show the inspection result simultaneously, user experience degree has effectively been promoted.

Claims (10)

1. A method for opening and checking electronic invoices, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after receiving an opening/adding operation of a user terminal aiming at an electronic invoice layout file, identifying the type of the corresponding electronic invoice layout file;
automatically analyzing the electronic invoice layout file according to the type to obtain invoice basic information in the electronic invoice layout file;
sending the invoice basic information to an invoice checking platform or a third-party invoice service platform by using a preset checking interface for checking to obtain a checking result of the electronic invoice layout file;
and comprehensively displaying the inspection result and the electronic invoice layout file in a preset display mode.
2. The method for opening and checking an electronic invoice according to claim 1, wherein before identifying the type of the corresponding electronic invoice layout file, further comprising:
acquiring an MD5 value of the electronic invoice layout file;
inquiring whether a corresponding checking result exists in a preset database according to the MD5 value;
if yes, directly returning the checking result;
and if not, entering the step of identifying the type of the corresponding electronic invoice layout file.
3. The method for opening and checking an electronic invoice according to claim 1, wherein the automatically parsing the electronic invoice layout file according to the type to obtain invoice basic information in the electronic invoice layout file comprises:
automatically analyzing the electronic invoice layout file according to the type to obtain first type invoice basic information comprising an invoice code, an invoice number, an invoice date, an invoice check code and an invoice amount, and second type invoice basic data comprising invoice surface data, an electronic seal and a background line;
and generating an SVG vector diagram according to the second type invoice data, wherein the SVG vector diagram is used for displaying the file content of the original electronic invoice format.
4. The method for opening and checking an electronic invoice according to claim 1, wherein the automatically parsing the electronic invoice layout file according to the type comprises:
according to the type, selecting a corresponding extraction technology to automatically analyze the electronic invoice layout file, and acquiring an analysis result representing whether the analysis is successful;
and if the analysis result is analysis failure, returning corresponding error prompt information.

The method for opening and checking an electronic invoice according to claim 1, wherein the sending the invoice basic information to an invoice checking platform or a third-party invoice service platform for checking by using a preset checking interface, and after obtaining the checking result of the electronic invoice format file, further comprises:
performing AES encryption on the checking result, and performing MD5 calculation on the electronic invoice layout file to obtain an MD5 value;
and binding and storing the MD5 value serving as a unique identifier and the encrypted checking result into a local preset database.
6. The method for opening and checking the electronic invoice according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the comprehensively displaying the checking result and the electronic invoice layout file through a preset display mode comprises:
if the operation is to open/add a single electronic invoice layout file, displaying the inspection result and the electronic invoice layout file in a label page mode;
if the operation is to open/add a single electronic invoice layout file in batch, displaying the inspection result and the electronic invoice layout file in a mode of one label page of each electronic invoice layout file;
if the operation is to open/add a layout file comprising a plurality of electronic invoices, displaying the inspection result and the electronic invoice layout file in a mode of paging in the same label page;
and the label page comprehensively displays the inspection result and the electronic invoice format file in a side-by-side mode, a paging mode or a mode of floating the inspection result on the content of the electronic invoice format file.
7. The method for opening and checking an electronic invoice according to claim 6, wherein the display process of the tab page comprises:
drawing the invoice basic information and the original electronic invoice format file content on a handle according to a pre-generated SVG vector diagram by using a rendering component;
and automatically adjusting the zooming margin by utilizing a zooming component so that the content of the original electronic invoice layout file keeps centered, aligned and completely displayed in the zooming-in/zooming-out process.
8. An electronic invoice opening and checking device, comprising:
the type identification unit is used for identifying the type of the corresponding electronic invoice layout file after receiving the opening/adding operation of the user terminal aiming at the electronic invoice layout file;
the invoice analysis unit is used for automatically analyzing the electronic invoice layout file according to the type to obtain invoice basic information in the electronic invoice layout file;
the invoice checking unit is used for sending the invoice basic information to an invoice checking platform or a third-party invoice service platform for checking by using a preset checking interface to obtain a checking result of the electronic invoice format file;
and the result display unit is used for comprehensively displaying the inspection result and the electronic invoice layout file in a preset display mode.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the method of electronic invoice opening, i.e. verification, according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of opening an electronic invoice, i.e. validating, as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
