5. A water meter seal leak detection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said quick seal ball (305) has a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the capillary opening.

A water meter seal leakage detection device according to claim 1, wherein the quick release seal mechanism (4) comprises a mounting plate (401), the mounting plate (401) is fixedly connected with the bearing plate (303), a movable cavity (402) is drilled on the mounting plate (401), a movable rod (403) is inserted into the movable cavity (402), a sealing plate (404) is connected to one end of the movable rod (403) located in the cavity, and a contact plate (406) is connected to one end of the movable rod (403) far away from the sealing plate (404).
7. A water meter seal leak detection device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said mounting plate (401) is chiseled with a seal cavity (405) and a receiving cavity (407) for mating with the seal plate (404) and the contact plate (406), respectively.

10. A water meter seal leak detection device in accordance with claim 6, wherein said movable chamber (402) has a diameter substantially larger than the diameter of said quick seal ball (305).
