Furthermore, a penetrating slot is formed in the side face of the cleaning pipe along the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the cleaning pipe, a second scraper blade is inserted into the slot, and friction force exists between the second scraper blade and the slot, so that the second scraper blade can be kept at any position in a natural state; and a plug cover is fixedly arranged at the opening of the cleaning pipe.

The scraper component comprises a plug 8 fixedly arranged at the opening of the sleeve 1e, and an air hole 83 is formed in the plug 8 along the axial direction of the sleeve 1 e; a sliding hole 81 is formed in the plug 8 along the axial direction of the sleeve 1e, a threaded block 9 is mounted in the sliding hole 81 through a positioning screw 10, a limiting groove 82 is formed in the inner side wall of the sliding hole 81, and a convex edge 91 extending into the limiting groove 82 is radially arranged on the threaded block 9; a screw rod 11 with one end extending into the sleeve 1e is connected with the thread block 9 in an internal thread mode, and a hexagon socket 11a is arranged at the right end of the screw rod 11; a piston body 112 connected in the sleeve 1e in a sliding manner is arranged at one end of the screw rod 11 positioned in the sleeve 1e, a first scraper blade 111 is arranged at one end of the piston body 112 far away from the screw rod 11, and two ends of the first scraper blade 111 are in contact with the inner side wall of the sleeve 1 e; turning the screw 11 pushes the piston body 112 to move in the axial direction of the sleeve 1 e.

When the through-flow hole 21 of the ball core 2 needs to be scraped and cleaned, the ball core 2 is adjusted to a closing position, the through-flow hole 21 and the sleeve 1e are in a coaxial position, the screw rod 11 is rotated, the piston body 112 drives the first scraper 111 to enter the through-flow hole 21, the first scraper 111 moves towards the cleaning tube 6 under the control of the screw rod 11, media adhered to the inner side wall of the through-flow hole 21 are scraped and pushed into the cleaning tube 6 through the cleaning opening 1d, after the piston body 112 drives the first scraper 111 to move to the position shown in fig. 3, the piston body 112 seals and isolates the through-flow hole 21 from the inner cavity of the cleaning tube 6, and at the moment, the blocking cover 12 can be unscrewed on one hand, and the media scraped and removed in the cleaning tube 6 are cleaned; on the other hand, the set screw 10 can be screwed off, the position of the second scraper 7 is adjusted, the left and right pulling screws 11 drive the first scraper to reciprocate along the axial direction of the sleeve 1e through the piston body 112, so that impurities attached to several surfaces of the first scraper 111 are scraped by the second scraper 7.
