A first projection 7221 on the upper surface of the first waterproof roll 20, a plurality of first projections 7221 are arranged at intervals, and the plurality of first projections 7221 are embedded in the first concrete plate 41; the fixing structure includes a plurality of second protrusions 7122 protrudingly disposed on the lower surface of the first waterproofing membrane 20, the plurality of second protrusions 7122 are disposed at intervals, the plurality of second protrusions 7122 are embedded inside the second concrete plate 42, such that, during the manufacturing process of the fabricated PC wall panel 10, the first protrusions 7221 and the second protrusions 7122 are respectively embedded in the first concrete plate 41 and the second concrete plate 42, the contact area between the first waterproofing membrane 20 and the first concrete plate 41 and the second concrete plate 42 positioned inside is larger, on one hand, the first waterproofing membrane 20 can isolate water on the wall panel, on the other hand, the fixing structure is provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the first waterproofing membrane 20, and is respectively embedded in the first concrete plate 41 and the second concrete plate 42, thereby increasing the contact area between the first waterproofing membrane 20 and the first concrete plate 41 and the second concrete plate 42, the connection between the first waterproof coiled material 20 and the first concrete plate 41 and the second concrete plate 42 is more compact, the stability and the waterproof performance of the wall board are further improved, and therefore the stability and the integrity of the assembled PC wall board 10 are improved.
The first projection 7221 is disposed in a quincunx shape on the upper surface of the first waterproof roll 20, and the second projection 7122 is disposed in a quincunx shape on the lower surface of the first waterproof roll 20.
The quincunx arrangement is the arrangement like the plum blossom petal, and is mostly in a five-point arrangement form.
Moreover, compared with the square arrangement, the first bump 7221 and the second bump 7122 arranged in the quincunx shape can enable the first bump 7221 and the second bump 7122 to be stressed more uniformly and have stronger integrity.
In order to further increase the contact area between the fixing structure and the first and second concrete plates 41 and 42, a plurality of protrusions are provided on the outer sidewalls of the first and second protrusions 7221 and 7122.
In another embodiment, a first external thread may be disposed on the outer sidewall of the first protrusion 7221 along the length direction of the first protrusion 7221, and a second external thread may be disposed on the outer sidewall of the second protrusion 7122 along the length direction of the second protrusion 7122, which may also have the effect of increasing the contact area and the friction force, so that the first waterproofing membrane 20 is more firmly fixed to the first concrete plate 41 and the second concrete plate 42.

Claims (10)

1. A waterproof construction method of an irregular pile head is characterized by comprising the following construction steps:
s1, reserving a rectangular area in advance on the outer ring of the pile head in the construction process of the bottom plate;
s2, paving a PC waterproof wallboard at the periphery of the pile head, wherein the inner side of the PC waterproof wallboard is provided with a first overlapping edge arranged towards the rectangular area;
s3, processing the first overlapping edge of the PC waterproof wallboard into a straight edge convenient for overlapping;
s4, embedding factice on the periphery of the pile head, then paving an irregular waterproof area on the outer surface of the pile head by using a flexible lapping material, and trimming the pile head into a regular cambered surface or a straight surface;
s5, pouring a protective layer of the irregular waterproof area;
s6, sleeving a second waterproof coiled material on the periphery of the pile head, wherein the second waterproof coiled material extends to the bottom of the pile head from top to bottom, and the edge of the second waterproof coiled material is provided with a second overlapping edge arranged towards the first overlapping edge;
s7, hot melting and connecting the first overlapping edge and the second overlapping edge together through a hot melting device;
s8, pouring mortar at the joint of the first overlap edge and the second overlap edge;
s9, installing steel bars on the bottom plate, and then pouring concrete;
and S10, finishing construction.

The method of waterproofing an irregular pile head according to claim 1, wherein in step S2, the fabricated PC waterproof wallboard comprises a first waterproof roll, a first concrete plate and a second concrete plate, the first concrete plate is arranged on the upper surface of the first waterproof roll in a fitting manner, and the second concrete plate is arranged on the lower surface of the first waterproof roll in a fitting manner; the waterproof structure is characterized in that the upper surface and the lower surface of the first waterproof roll are respectively provided with a fixing structure, the first concrete plate is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the first waterproof roll through the fixing structure, and the second concrete plate is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the first waterproof roll through the fixing structure.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein in step S6, after a second waterproof roll is installed around the pile head, a steel strip is bound to the outer surface of the second waterproof roll along the circumference of the pile head.

The method for waterproofing an irregular pile head according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein in step S5, a third waterproof roll is wrapped around the flexible overlapping material, the third waterproof roll is placed between the pile head and the second waterproof roll, and both the inside and the outside of the third waterproof roll are poured with an adhesive.

The waterproof construction method for the irregular pile head according to claim 4, wherein when a third waterproof roll is laid, the front end of the third waterproof roll is fixed on the outer surface of the pile head, and then the third waterproof roll is wound in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, so that the outer side wall of the pile head is completely covered.
