Referring now to fig. 1 to 16, there are shown embodiments of the rail grinding wagon of the present invention, and the present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of a rail grinding wagon 200 is installed at a lower portion of a grinding wagon 100, and includes: the frame 300, the fireproof and dustproof device 400, the locking device 500, the grinding unit 600, the traction device 800 and the lifting device 900. The frame 300 includes a center sill 3, and a grinding unit mounting frame which is arranged on the left and right sides of the center sill 3 along the working direction (L direction shown in fig. 1 to 5) of the grinding cart 200 in a symmetrical structure and can be lifted independently. As shown in fig. 7, the sharpening unit mounting frame further includes a first sharpening unit mounting frame 1 (for mounting the left sharpening unit 2) and a second sharpening unit mounting frame 18 (for mounting the right sharpening unit 17). The traction device 800 further adopts a vertical traction structure and is arranged at the front end and the rear end along the operation direction of the grinding trolley 200, and the traction device 800 is installed at the bottom of the grinding wagon 100 and is connected with the middle beam 3. The fireproof and dustproof device 400 is installed on the frame 300, and the polishing unit 600 is installed on the polishing unit installation frame and is disposed inside the fireproof and dustproof device 400. One end of the lifting device 900 is connected to the bottom of the sanding vehicle 100, and the other end is connected to the frame 300, and the sanding vehicle 200 can be fixed to the bottom of the sanding vehicle 100 through the locking device 500. The rail grinding trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention has multiple functions of adjusting the track of the traveling wheels, meeting the requirements of different grinding unit quantities, avoiding obstacles in time in the grinding process and the like, and can meet the grinding requirements of various lines including main lines, turnouts and the like.
As shown in fig. 6, the frame 300 further includes a road wheel mounting seat 8, a road wheel 9, a track adjusting guide post 10, a track adjusting guide sleeve 11 and a track adjusting mechanism 12. The two wheel track adjusting guide posts 10 are respectively and fixedly connected to the front end and the rear end of the middle beam 3 along the operation direction of the polishing trolley 100, and wheel track adjusting guide sleeves 11 are respectively sleeved at the two ends of the wheel track adjusting guide posts 10 along the length direction (shown as W in the attached drawing 6). One end of the wheel track adjusting mechanism 12 is connected to a connecting seat 20 on the middle beam 3 through a bolt, the other end of the wheel track adjusting mechanism is connected and fixed on the wheel track adjusting guide sleeve 11 through a bolt, and the walking wheel 9 is installed below the wheel track adjusting guide sleeve 11 through the walking wheel installing seat 8. And limiting sleeves 26 are further mounted at two ends of the wheel track adjusting guide post 10 and used for axially limiting the wheel track adjusting guide sleeve 11. The track adjusting guide sleeve 11 is driven to transversely move on the track adjusting guide post 10 through the extension and retraction of the track adjusting mechanism 12, and the walking wheel 9 connected with the track adjusting guide sleeve 11 is further driven to transversely move, so that the track adjustment of the walking wheel 9 is realized.
The frame 300 further includes a polishing device lifting guide post 14 and a polishing device lifting guide sleeve 19 sleeved outside the polishing device lifting guide post 14. The upper part of the grinding device lifting guide post 14 is connected to the end part of the grinding unit mounting frame in the working direction of the grinding trolley 200, and the grinding device lifting guide sleeve 19 is fixedly connected with the wheel track adjusting guide sleeve 11 positioned at the same end. The grinding device lifting guide sleeve 19 and the wheel track adjusting guide sleeve 11 are welded together, the grinding device lifting guide columns 14 are connected with the first grinding unit mounting frame 1 and the second grinding unit mounting frame 18, two grinding device lifting guide columns 14 are mounted in front of and behind the first grinding unit mounting frame 1 and the second grinding unit mounting frame 18, and four grinding device lifting guide columns 14 are arranged in a pairwise opposite and parallel mode. The frame 300 further includes two grinding device lifting mechanisms 15, one end of each of the two grinding device lifting mechanisms 15 is connected to the front end and the rear end of the grinding unit mounting frame along the working direction of the grinding cart 200, and the other end is connected to the wheel track adjusting guide sleeve 11 located on the same side. The unit installation frame of polishing all is provided with mated grinding device lift guide pillar 14 along the front and back both ends of the dolly 200 operation direction of polishing, and grinding device elevating system 15 arranges in between two grinding device lift guide pillars 14. When the grinding device lifting mechanism 15 moves telescopically, the grinding device lifting guide column 14 is driven to move up and down in a vertical direction (as shown in the direction H in the attached drawing 6) relative to the grinding device lifting guide sleeve 19, so that the grinding unit mounting frame can move up and down relative to the middle beam 3.
In the embodiment of the invention, the design of four lifting guide columns 14 of the grinding devices and a lifting mechanism 15 of the double grinding devices is adopted to ensure that the first grinding unit mounting frame 1 and the second grinding unit mounting frame 18 can move stably, so that the vibration of the grinding unit 600 caused by the expansion and contraction of the lifting mechanism 15 of the grinding devices is effectively reduced. Meanwhile, the frame of the polishing trolley in the prior art adopts an integral frame type structure, so that the whole lifting or falling can be realized, the whole polishing trolley needs to be lifted aiming at the condition that the unilateral rail grinding head needs to avoid the obstacle lifting, and the polishing operation efficiency is greatly influenced. The rail grinding trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention adopts a structure of independent symmetrical frames on the left side and the right side, and the first grinding unit mounting frame 1 and the second grinding unit mounting frame 18 can be lifted independently, so that the corresponding grinding unit mounting frame and the corresponding grinding unit 600 can be lifted independently when the rail grinding trolley encounters a unilateral obstacle in the operation process, the independence of the movement of the grinding unit mounting frames on the left side and the right side is realized, the grinding trolley 200 is prevented from being lifted frequently and integrally in the operation process, the effective obstacle avoidance is realized on the premise of avoiding the lifting of the grinding trolley 200, the safety of the grinding operation is improved, and the grinding operation efficiency is improved.
The frame 300 further includes guide sleeve connecting portions 13, and the two guide sleeve connecting portions 13 are respectively disposed at the front and rear ends of the polishing unit mounting frame along the operation direction of the polishing cart 200, and are connected between the two polishing device lifting guide sleeves 19 located at the same end. The track adjusting guide post 10 is fixedly connected with the middle beam 3 through a connecting seat 20, and paired track adjusting mechanisms 12 are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the frame 300 along the operation direction of the polishing trolley 200. One end of the track adjusting mechanism 12 is connected to the connecting seat 20, and the other end is connected to the track adjusting guide sleeve 11 located on the same side. The track adjusting guide sleeve 8 is driven to move on the track adjusting guide post 7 through the extension and retraction of the track adjusting mechanism 10, and further the walking wheel 9 connected with the track adjusting guide sleeve 8 is driven to move, so that the track adjustment of the walking wheel 9 is realized. After the wheel track of the walking wheels 9 is adjusted, the wheel track adjusting guide sleeve 8 is locked on the wheel track adjusting guide post 7 through bolt fastening. The wheelbase of the rail grinding trolley in the prior art is basically fixed, so that the rail grinding trolley can only run on a rail line with a corresponding wheelbase to work. The rail grinding trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention has the multiple functions of adjusting the wheel track of the traveling wheels 9, meeting the requirements of different grinding units 600, avoiding obstacles in time in the grinding process and the like, is suitable for various types of rail grinding vehicles, and the function of changing the wheel track of the traveling wheels can meet the grinding requirements of different line track gauges (standard rails, wide rails and narrow rails).
The first and second sharpening unit mounting frames 1 and 18 can be lifted independently of each other so that the respective sharpening unit mounting frames can be lifted independently when the sharpening carriage 200 encounters a single-sided obstacle during operation. The first polishing unit mounting frame 1 and the second polishing unit mounting frame 4 are welded with polishing unit mounting seats 21, the polishing units 600 are fixed on the polishing unit mounting seats 21 through bolt connection, and the mounting number of the polishing units 600 is changed by adjusting the relative positions of the polishing unit mounting seats 21. The first polishing unit mounting frame 1 or the second polishing unit mounting frame 4 is provided with 2-8 polishing units 300 which are relatively independent. The sharpening unit mounts 2 are opposite to each other two by two and symmetrically welded to the first sharpening unit mounting frame 1 and the second sharpening unit mounting frame 4. The first polishing unit mounting frame 1 and the second polishing unit mounting frame 4 are respectively welded with polishing unit mounting seats 2, the polishing units 600 are fixed on the corresponding polishing unit mounting frames through bolt connection, the number of the polishing units 600 which can be mounted can be changed by adjusting the relative positions of the polishing unit mounting seats 2 during manufacturing, and 2-8 polishing units 600 which are relatively independent can be mounted on each side frame. Therefore, the number of the grinding heads of the steel rail grinding wagon can be flexibly adjusted according to actual engineering requirements, and the diversified requirements of customers can be met compared with the structural design of the grinding heads of the grinding wagon in the prior art, wherein the number of the grinding heads of the grinding wagon is fixed. According to the rail grinding trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the independent symmetrical grinding unit mounting frame structure is adopted, when a problem occurs in the mounting frame or the grinding unit 600 on one side, a specific module can be detached and maintained in a targeted manner, the rail grinding trolley can be detached, installed and maintained more conveniently, and the maintenance cost is reduced remarkably. Meanwhile, the polishing trolley frame in the prior art adopts an integral frame closed structure, and the side part and the middle part of the trolley are provided with rectangular cross beams, so that the structure can cause great difficulty in maintenance of the polishing trolley. According to the rail grinding trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the grinding unit installation frame is positioned at the top of the trolley, the middle and lower spaces of the trolley are both in an open structure, and a modular structure is adopted, so that when a problem occurs in a single-side frame or a grinding unit, a specific module can be detached and maintained in a targeted manner, the detachment, installation and maintenance can be more convenient, the maintenance cost is obviously reduced, and great convenience is provided for the subsequent maintenance of the grinding trolley and the grinding unit.
As shown in fig. 5, the towing apparatus 800 further includes a tow bar mounting seat 4, a tow bar 5 and a tow bar guide 7. The traction rod mounting seat 4 is fixed at the bottom of the grinding wagon 100, the top end of the traction rod 5 is connected to the traction rod mounting seat 4, the traction rod guide sleeve 7 is sleeved on the traction rod 5, and the traction rod guide sleeve 7 is connected with the middle beam 3 through a traction connecting plate 22. The traction force of the sanding vehicle 100 is transmitted to the frame 300 through the traction rod mounting seat 4, the traction rod 5, the traction rod guide sleeve 7 and the traction connecting plate 22, thereby driving the sanding trolley 200 to work.
As shown in fig. 5, the lifting device 900 further includes a sanding trolley lifting mechanism 6, an upper mounting block 23, and a lower mounting block 24. One end of the grinding trolley lifting mechanism 6 is fixed at the bottom of the grinding wagon 100 through an upper mounting seat 23, and the other end is fixed at the walking wheel mounting seat 8 through a lower mounting seat 24. The entire lifting and lowering of the polishing cart 200 is controlled by the polishing cart lifting mechanism 6.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, the fire and dust protection device 400 further includes a center screen 402, a cover 403, a door 405, a dust curtain 407, an end screen 410, and a fire curtain. The cover plates 403 are disposed on both left and right sides of the dust curtain 407 in the working direction of the sanding trolley 200 (the direction L shown in fig. 9 to 11), and are mounted on the frame 300 of the sanding trolley 200. The dust curtain 407 has one side connected to the bottom of the body of the sander 100 and the opposite side connected to the cover 403. The door 405 is provided on both left and right sides of the sanding trolley 200 in the working direction, and is connected to the cover plate 403 by a hinge 404. The middle baffle 402 is suspended below the frame 300, and the end baffles 410 are disposed at the front and rear ends of the polishing cart 200 in the working direction and mounted on the frame 300. The lower portions of the door 405 and the end stop 410 are connected with fire curtains. The rail grinding trolley, the fireproof and dustproof device 400, described in the specific embodiment of the invention, has the functions of preventing fire hazards caused by grinding spark splashing, facilitating collection of grinding dust, reducing environmental pollution and the like.
The dust curtain 407 is open at the top and is connected to the bottom of the body of the sanding vehicle 100 by the longitudinal beams 401 for connecting a dust collecting passage and collecting dust generated during sanding into a dust collecting device through the dust collecting passage. As shown in fig. 3, the longitudinal beam 401 is disposed on top of the dust curtain 407 and is mounted below the sander 100. The longitudinal beam 401 further adopts a hollow beam structure with upper and lower ends opened, as shown in fig. 9. The end stop 410 is further provided with an installation seat 409, and the vehicle door 405 is provided with a locking seat at a position corresponding to the installation seat 409. When the door 405 is closed, locking of the door 405 is achieved by inserting a locking pin into the mounting seat 409 and the locking seat. The door 405 and the cover 403 are connected by a hinge 404, so that the door 405 can pivot about the hinge 404. The door 405 is provided with a handle 412, so that the door 405 can be directly opened and closed through the handle 412, and the door 405 can be opened and closed at a large angle. When the door 405 is closed, the door 405 is locked by the locking pin. The fireproof and dustproof device 400 further comprises a door buffer mechanism 408, wherein one end of the door buffer mechanism 408 is connected to the mounting seat 409, and the other end is connected to the door 405. The wide angle opening and closing of the door 405 can be controlled by the door buffer mechanism 408, so that the maintenance is convenient. The door damper mechanism 408 has a damping function to make opening and closing of the door 405 more smooth. The door buffering mechanism 408 may specifically adopt structural forms such as an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric cylinder, a spring, and the like. In the working process of the grinding wagon 100, when the internal structure of the grinding wagon 200 is required to be checked and maintained, such as the grinding unit 600, the rear side face of the door 405 is opened without shielding by other structures, so that the internal structure of the grinding wagon 200 can be directly operated, and the maintenance of the grinding wagon 200 is more convenient and faster.
The hinge 404 further includes a hinge mounting seat, a hinge joint and a hinge shaft, wherein the hinge mounting seat is disposed at the bottom side of the cover plate 403. One end of the hinge joint is fixed on the rotating shaft, and the other end is fixed on the top side edge of the vehicle door 405. When the door 405 is opened and closed, the hinge joint can rotate around the hinge mounting seat, so that the door 405 can be opened and closed at a large angle. Besides the hinge connection described in the embodiment of the present invention, the door 405 and the cover plate 403 may be opened and closed at a large angle by using other movable connection methods.
The fire curtain further includes side fire curtains 406 and end fire curtains 411, with side fire curtains 406 depending from a lower portion of the vehicle door 405 and end fire curtains 411 depending from a lower portion of the end stop 410. The cover plate 403 at the top of the fireproof and dustproof device 400 is connected with the left and right polishing unit mounting frames through bolts, so that the polishing trolley 200 is integrally covered, and the sealing performance and the good dust collecting effect of the polishing trolley 200 are guaranteed. The cover plate 403, the vehicle door 405, the dust collecting curtain 407, the end flap 410, the side fire curtain 406 and the end fire curtain 411 form a partially sealed structure of the sanding trolley 200, so that sanding dust generated during operation can be collected into the dust collecting device through the dust collecting passage. The fire-proof and dust-proof device 400 described in the embodiment of the present invention makes the structure of the polishing trolley 200 more sealed by the plate structures at the end and the side, the dust collecting curtain 407 and the fire-proof curtain, and the polishing dust generated during the operation can be collected into the dust collecting device through the dust collecting channel, thereby reducing the damage of the dust to the operator, the pollution to the environment, and the damage to the equipment.
The fire curtain is secured by providing a small hole in the corresponding portion of the panel structure (including the door 405 and end stop 410) for assembly by a pin with a hole, and inserting a round pin and a cotter pin (not shown) into the holes at the two ends of the pin. The pin structure is used to ensure that the fireproof curtain is very flexibly and conveniently disassembled and assembled, so that the replacement time can be effectively saved when the fireproof curtain is replaced, and the quick disassembly and assembly of the fireproof curtain are realized. The side fireproof curtain 406 and the end fireproof curtain 411 which are made of flexible materials are respectively arranged at the lower parts of the vehicle door 405 and the end baffle 410, so that the vehicle door can adapt to different ballast heights, sparks (high-temperature scrap iron) generated when the grinding wheel grinds the steel rail are effectively prevented from splashing, and facilities beside the steel rail are injured or peripheral materials of the rail are ignited to cause fire.
The middle baffle 402 further includes several sets of unit baffles independent of each other. Each group of unit baffles are connected into a whole through flexible connection and then are hung and installed on the frame 300 of the polishing trolley 200 through a quick connecting ring, so that polishing sparks on one side are prevented from splashing to the polishing unit 600 on the other side, and interference between the polishing unit 600 and the middle baffle 402 during deflection is avoided. Middle part baffle 402 comprises the little unit baffle of multiunit mutually independent, and every group unit baffle all connects then hangs and install on the frame 300 of dolly 200 of polishing through connecing the ring fast, and its main function is to prevent that the spark of polishing of one side from splashing to the unit 600 of polishing of opposite side. The suspension connecting structure of the multiple groups of unit baffles has certain deflection, and when the polishing units 600 on the two sides of the polishing trolley 200 deflect to a certain angle for polishing, the polishing units 600 can be effectively prevented from interfering with the middle baffle 402 when deflecting, so that the polishing units 600 are damaged.
The end baffle 11 further comprises two sets of large and small sub-baffles arranged along the horizontal direction, the upper part of the relatively large sub-baffle is connected with the frame 300 of the polishing trolley 200 through a bolt, and the relatively small sub-baffle is connected with the frame 300 through a bolt.
The curtain 407 is further made of a flexible material, and the curtain 407 is connected to the longitudinal beam 401 by a ring pin, which comprises a circular ring connected to the curtain 407 and a perforated cylinder connected to the circular ring at one end and to the longitudinal beam 401 at the other end. Because the dust collecting curtain 407 on the top of the fireproof and dustproof device 400 is made of soft material, when the polishing trolley 200 is lifted or lowered, the dust collecting curtain 407 can be flexibly folded, so that the lifting function of the frame 300 of the polishing trolley 200 cannot be affected.
The door 405 and the side curtain 406 are further connected by a perforated pin, one end of which is inserted into the mounting holes of the door 405 and the side curtain 406, and a circular pin, which is inserted into the other end of the perforated pin having a through hole. The other end of the apertured pin may be threaded and secured to the side curtain 406 by a retaining nut. The other end of the apertured pin may also be designed with a through hole and a fixed connection of the door 405 to the side curtain 406 may be achieved by inserting a cotter pin.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cover plate 403, the end baffle 410, the door 405, and the middle baffle 402 are made of aluminum, so as to effectively achieve the light weight design of the fireproof and dustproof device 400. In order to ensure that the structural rigidity meets the requirements of practical engineering application, reinforced structures such as the longitudinal beam 401 and the vehicle door 405 are all steel structures. The side fire-proof curtains 406 and the end fire-proof curtains 411 are made of special fire-proof curtains made of high-chromium and high-silicon materials, and compared with the traditional fire-proof cloth materials, the special fire-proof curtains have higher heat resistance and longer service cycle.
A rail device 700 is also provided between two adjacent sanding units 600 of the first and/or second sanding unit mounting frames 1, 18, as shown in fig. 8. The amount of lateral movement of the first lateral movement mechanism 27 is obtained by calculating the relative change amount of the initial position of the first rail device 700 and the post-rail movement position and combining the initial position of the first lateral movement mechanism 27 of the grinding unit 600.
As shown in fig. 13 to 16, the track device 700 further includes a mounting plate 701, a traverse guide pillar 702, a traverse guide sleeve 703, a traverse mechanism two 704, a vertical guide sleeve guide pillar 705, a vertical movement mechanism 706, a track wheel mounting seat 707, a track wheel 708, a first elastic member 709, and a second elastic member 710. The two mounting plates 701 are arranged opposite to each other and fixed on the frame 300 of the sanding trolley 200, and the traversing guide pillar 702 is connected between the two mounting plates 701. A transverse guide sleeve 703 is sleeved on the transverse guide pillar 702, one end of a transverse mechanism II 704 is connected with the mounting plate 701, and the other end is connected to the transverse guide sleeve 703. The first elastic member 709 has one end connected to the mounting plate 701 and the other end connected to the traverse guide sheath 703. One end of the vertical movement guide sleeve guide column 705 is connected with the transverse movement guide sleeve 703, the other end extends downwards and is connected to a rail wheel mounting seat 707, and a rail wheel 708 is mounted on the rail wheel mounting seat 707. One end of the vertical moving mechanism 706 is connected to the traverse guide sleeve 703, and the other end is connected to the rail wheel mounting block 707. The first elastic member 709 is connected between the mounting plate 701 and the traverse guide sleeve 703, and the second elastic member 710 is connected between the traverse guide sleeve 703 and the guide wheel mounting seat 707. When the acting force of the second traversing mechanism 704 is relieved, the first elastic component 709 enables the traversing guide sleeve 703 to be subjected to the acting force pointing to the rail leaning direction of the rail leaning wheel 25 (the direction shown as F in the attached drawings 14 and 15), and the rail leaning wheel 25 presses the side surface of the steel rail 30. One end of the vertical movement guide sleeve guide column 705 is connected with the transverse movement guide sleeve 703, the other end extends downwards and is connected to a rail wheel mounting seat 707, and a rail wheel 25 is mounted on the rail wheel mounting seat 707. One end of the vertical moving mechanism 706 is connected to the traverse guide sleeve 703, and the other end is connected to the rail wheel mounting block 707.
The second elastic member 710 is connected between the traverse guide sleeve 703 and the rail wheel mounting seat 707, and the vertical moving mechanism 706 provides a vertical downward pressure for the rail wheel 25. When the rail is not needed, second resilient member 710 pulls and pulls rail wheel 25 away from the top surface of rail 30. The sanding trolley 200 is provided with a total of four sets of rail devices 700 which are respectively arranged on the frame 300 at the left and right sides of the sanding trolley 200. Before lowering and lifting the rail device 700, the second traversing mechanism 704 extends to make the rail wheel 25 dislocated with the rail 30, and after lowering, the rail device 700 is tensioned by the first (horizontal) spring 709 and provides a rail-holding force for lateral pressure, and when pressing down, the vertical moving mechanism 706 provides a vertical downward pressure. When the rail is not needed, the second (vertical) spring 710 pulls up and pulls the rail wheel 25 off the top surface of the rail 30. As an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first elastic member 9 and the second elastic member 10 may be embodied by springs.
The rail device 700 further includes two traverse guide posts 702 disposed between the two mounting plates 701 in parallel with each other in a horizontal direction (direction X shown in fig. 13), and the first elastic member 709 is disposed between the two traverse guide posts 702. The two traverse guide sleeves 703 are respectively sleeved outside the two traverse guide posts 702, and the two traverse guide sleeves 703 are connected with each other through the first connecting plate 713.
A second connecting plate 714 is vertically connected between the two traverse guide sleeves 703, and the second connecting plate 714 is vertically arranged on the surface of the first connecting plate 713. It is also possible to provide one rail device 700 for each polishing unit 600 on a single side, and each rail device 700 outputs rail data to the polishing unit 600, thereby achieving accurate lateral movement of the polishing unit 600. In the embodiment, the rail device 700 increases the weight and length of the grinding cart 200, so that a structure with 2 rail devices 700 on one side is adopted.

s12) the vertical movement mechanism 706 of the rail contact device 700 works, the vertical movement mechanism 706 extends, and the rail contact wheel 25 is pressed down to the top surface of the steel rail 30 by controlling the working pressure of the vertical movement mechanism 706;
s13) releasing the acting force of the second transverse moving mechanism 704, enabling the second transverse moving mechanism 704 to float and realize pressing on the side face of the steel rail 30 by means of the tension of the first elastic component 709, and feeding back the position state of the second transverse moving mechanism 704 (a displacement sensor is mounted on the second transverse moving mechanism 704);
s14) calculating the relative change of the initial position of the second traverse mechanism 704 and the post-rail-approach movement position, and combining the initial position of the first traverse mechanism 27 of the grinding unit 600 to obtain the traverse amount of the first traverse mechanism 27, thereby implementing automatic setting of the traverse amount of the second traverse mechanism 704 of the grinding unit 600.
When the turnout area is polished, the traversing amount of the polishing unit 600 is adjusted in real time according to the output amount of the rail leaning device 700. The initial length of the second traversing mechanism 704 is L0, and the length of the second traversing mechanism 704 after the second traversing mechanism approaches the rail is L1, the variation is L1-L0. The initial traverse amount of the first traverse mechanism 27 of the dressing unit 600 is S0, and when the length of the second traverse mechanism 704 is changed to L1-L0, the traverse amount of the first traverse mechanism 27 of the dressing unit 600 is adjusted to S0+ (L1-L0). When the turnout is polished, the traversing amount of the polishing unit 600 is adjusted in real time according to the length variation of the second traversing mechanism 704 of the rail leaning device 700.
Before the rail device 700 is lowered or lifted, the second traversing mechanism 704 extends out, so that the rail wheel 25 is dislocated with the steel rail 30. When the rail device 700 is lowered, the first elastic component 709 is used for tensioning to provide lateral pressure rail force, and the vertical moving mechanism 706 provides vertical downward force. When the rail device 700 does not need to perform the rail leaning operation, the second elastic member 710 is tensioned and pulls the rail leaning wheel 25 away from the rail surface of the rail 30.

The combined structure of the traction rod 5, the traction rod guide sleeve 7, the wheel track adjusting guide column 10, the wheel track adjusting guide sleeve 11, the polishing device lifting guide column 14, the polishing device lifting guide sleeve 19, the transverse moving guide column 702, the transverse moving guide sleeve 703, the vertical moving guide sleeve guide column 705, the vertical moving guide column 715 and the vertical moving guide sleeve 716 can also adopt alternative structures such as guide rail and slide block combination, gear and rack combination and the like to realize the function of moving pairs.
By implementing the technical scheme of the steel rail grinding trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the following technical effects can be achieved:
(1) according to the steel rail polishing trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the traction device adopts the vertical traction rods, and the front end and the rear end of a single polishing trolley are respectively provided with one vertical traction rod, so that the vertical traction rods avoid the load shedding effect of the traditional diagonal traction rods on the polishing trolley, the compact design of the whole structural size of the polishing trolley can be better realized, and meanwhile, the polishing unit installation frame capable of lifting independently is adopted;
(2) the steel rail grinding trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention adopts the installation frame structure with the independent and symmetrical left and right sides and the grinding device lifting mechanism, so that the left and right frames can be independently lifted relative to the grinding trolley, the grinding states of the frames at the two sides are not influenced mutually, when a single-side rail grinding head needs to be lifted in an obstacle avoidance manner in the operation process, only the frame at the corresponding side needs to be lifted, and the influence on the grinding efficiency caused by the frequent lifting and falling of the whole grinding trolley in the operation process is avoided;
(3) according to the rail grinding trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the distance between the mounting seats of the grinding units of the left and right side frames is adjustable, and rail grinding trolleys with different grinding head numbers can be obtained by adjusting the mounting distance between the grinding units so as to meet the diversified requirements of customers;
(4) according to the steel rail polishing trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the frame adopts an independent symmetrical frame structure, the polishing unit mounting frame is positioned at the top of the trolley, the middle and lower spaces of the trolley are both in an open structure and a modular structure is adopted, when a problem occurs in a single-side frame or a polishing unit, a specific module can be detached and maintained in a targeted manner, the detachment, installation and maintenance can be more convenient and faster, the maintenance cost is obviously reduced, and great convenience is provided for the subsequent maintenance of the polishing trolley and the polishing unit;
(5) according to the rail grinding trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the rail leaning device can be used for accurately positioning the relative position relationship between the grinding wheel and the rail, so that the grinding effect and the grinding effect are greatly improved; the grinding machine can be used for grinding various areas of railway lines including turnouts, and is wide in application range and high in adaptability; the internal space of the polishing trolley can be fully utilized, the operation process is simple, and the interference between the edge surface of the rail wheel and the side surface of the steel rail in the rail leaning process can be effectively avoided;

(7) according to the rail polishing trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the polishing units in the polishing trolley have the transverse moving function, so that the polishing requirements of various lines such as a main line, a turnout and the like can be met, the large-range coverage of the polishing angle can be realized, and the rail polishing quality can be effectively improved.
