背景技术
近年来,我国洗涤用品行业的产品结构不断优化,液体洗涤剂占比不断上升,其中以洗衣液发展最快。鉴于资源与环境问题日益突出,我国轻工业发展规划中提出坚持生态发展的原则,加强节能减排和资源的综合利用,致力于开发低泡易漂洗、节能节水型洗涤用品配方的技术研究。
传统的洗衣液用阴离子表面活性剂多为烷氧基化物硫酸酯盐,但此类产品的低温洗涤性能较差且泡沫多不易漂洗,这会极大加剧资源与能源的消耗。研究表明,双键的引入可以有效地改善产品的低温洗涤性能,低刺激且具有良好的可生物降解性。中国专利CN103865659 A公开了“一种清洗餐具浓缩液”,其使用了占产品重量6%的油醇聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸钠,极大地改善了洗涤剂的低温洗涤性能。此外,由于壳聚糖基表面活性剂良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性及表面活性等,近年来受到日化产品的青睐。其中双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐N, N-双十烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐、N, N-双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐属低泡型表面活性剂,将其引入洗衣液配方中可减少产品的泡沫量,从而减少漂洗过程中水资源的消耗。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种环保型复合洗衣液及其制备方法,其适用于低温洗涤,低泡易漂洗,有利于节水节能且具备低刺激、可生物降解的优点。
本发明利用丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐和双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐的多功能性来制备环保型复合洗衣液。丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐通过在碳链上引入双键,有效改善了产品的低温洗涤性能,且低刺激、可生物降解,从而代替传统的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐。双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐属于低泡型表面活性剂,将其引入洗衣液配方中可减少产品的泡沫量,减少水资源的消耗。将丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐和双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐复配用于环保型复合洗衣液,有利于节能降耗,符合人们对洗衣液节水、节能、高效、安全、环保的要求。
本发明提供的一种环保型复合洗衣液,配方比例按质量百分比组成如下:丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐5% - 20%;双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐3%-15%;非离子表面活性剂5% -20%;皂角提取液9%-15%;柠檬香精2%-5%;硅酸钠0.9%-1.5%;抗再沉积剂1% - 2.5%;螯合剂0.25% - 1.75%;去离子水余量。
上述丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐的结构式如下:

所述双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐为N, N-双十烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐、N, N-双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐中的一种或两种混合物:若使用其中一种,其所占比例为3%-15%;若使用两者混合物,其中N, N-双十烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐1%-6%,N, N-双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐2%-9%;所述双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐的阳离子为Na+、K+、NH4 +中的一种。
所述非离子表面活性剂为糖苷,其所占比例为5%-20%;所述的糖苷是具有如下通式的化合物:
其中:R为碳原子数为8-10的烷基,m为1.2-1.8,n为0-3,当n=0时,该糖苷为烷基糖苷;当n>0时,该糖苷为醇醚糖苷。糖苷为烷基糖苷或醇醚糖苷中的一种或两种;若使用两种的混合物,其中烷基糖苷百分比为2%-10%,醇醚糖苷百分比为3%-10%。

本发明提供了上述高效环保型复合洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将去离子水加入反应釜中将其温度加热至60 ℃,加入皂角提取液9%-15%,搅拌至完全溶解;随后升温到70-95 ℃加入5%-20%的丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、3%-15%的双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐、5%-20%非离子表面活性剂,搅拌直至全部溶解;冷却后加入柠檬香精2%-5%、硅酸钠0.9%-1.5%、抗再沉积剂1% - 2.5%、螯合剂 0.25% - 1.75%,调pH值在6-7,静置即可得到高效环保型复合洗衣液。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的洗衣液采用含有双键的丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐,改善了传统洗衣液产品低温洗涤性能差的劣势;
(2)本发明加入了低泡性表面活性剂双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐,降低了产品泡沫性能,减少水资源的消耗;
(3)本发明的高效环保型洗衣液低刺激、可生物降解、有利于节水节能。

本实施例提供了一种洗衣液,按总质量100%计,包括丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5%;N, N-双十烷基壳聚糖硫酸钠3%;烷基糖苷5%;皂角提取液9%;柠檬香精2%;硅酸钠0.9%;羧甲基纤维素钠1% ;乙二胺四乙酸四钠0.25%;去离子水74.85%。
具体制备步骤:将去离子水加入反应釜中将其温度加热至60 ℃,加入皂角提取液,搅拌至完全溶解;随后升温到70 ℃加入丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、双十烷基壳聚糖硫酸钠、烷基糖苷,搅拌直至全部溶解;冷却后加入柠檬香精、硅酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠,调pH值在6-7,静置即可得到高效环保型复合洗衣液。

制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种洗衣液,按总质量100%计,包括丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15%;N, N-双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸钠11%;烷基糖苷15%;皂角提取液13%;柠檬香精4%;硅酸钠1.3%;羧甲基纤维素钠2%;乙二胺四乙酸四钠1.25%;去离子水37.45%。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例6
本实施例提供了一种洗衣液,按总质量100%计,包括丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠17.5%;N, N-双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸钠4.5%,N, N-双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸钠7.5%;烷基糖苷7.5%,醇醚糖苷(n=2)7.5%;皂角提取液14%;柠檬香精4.5%;硅酸钠1.4%;羧甲基纤维素钠2.25%;乙二胺四乙酸四钠1.5%;去离子水31.85%。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例7
本实施例提供了一种洗衣液,按总质量100%计,包括丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠20%;N, N-双十烷基壳聚糖硫酸钠6%,N, N-双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸钠9%;烷基糖苷10%,醇醚糖苷(n=3)10%;皂角提取液15%;柠檬香精5%;硅酸钠1.5%;羧甲基纤维素钠2.5%;乙二胺四乙酸四钠1.75%;去离子水19.25%。
制备方法同实施例1。
对比例1
本对比例提供了一种洗衣液,按总质量100%计,包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠20%;烷基糖苷 10%,醇醚糖苷(n=2)10%;皂角提取液15%;柠檬香精5%;硅酸钠1.5%;羧甲基纤维素钠2.5%;乙二胺四乙酸四钠1.75%;去离子水34.25%。
具体制备步骤:将去离子水加入反应釜中将其温度加热至60 ℃,加入皂角提取液,搅拌至完全溶解;随后升温到70 ℃加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基糖苷、醇醚糖苷,搅拌直至全部溶解;冷却后加入柠檬香精、硅酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠,调pH值在6-7,静置、消泡即可得到复合高效环保型洗衣液。
实施例及对比例所制得洗衣液的性能评价
去污力评价:
为了验证本发明洗衣液的去污力,进行去污力测试。采用国标炭黑JB-01、国标蛋白JB-02、国标皮脂JB-03污布。进行测试样品为实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5、实施例6、实施例7、对比例1所制备得到的洗衣液。
实验条件为:采用250 ppm硬水、洗涤浓度为2 g/L、洗涤时间20 min、温度为10±0.5℃、采用国标规定的RQHL型立式去污机、转速为120 r/min。去污力测试结果见表1.

从表1的数据可以看出,在10±0.5℃的温度下,本发明的实施例1-7综合去污力相比对比例较好,具有优良的低温洗涤性能。
泡沫评价:
为了验证本发明洗衣液的泡沫性能,进行发泡力测试。采用Ross-Miles法测量本发明的发泡力。测试样品为实施例1~7、对比例1所制备得到的洗衣液。
实验条件为:洗涤浓度为样品浓度 2.5g/L、150 ppm硬水、水温40±0.5℃、采用国标规定的罗氏泡沫仪。发泡力测试结果见表2。

从表2的数据可以看出,本发明的实施例1-7泡沫较明显低于对比例1中的泡沫高度,说明本发明的实施例1-7的洗衣液具有低泡性。
Claims (7)
1.一种复合洗衣液,其特征在于:配方比例按质量百分比组成如下:丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐5% - 20%;双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐3%-15%;非离子表面活性剂5% - 20%;皂角提取液9%-15%;柠檬香精2%-5%;硅酸钠0.9%-1.5%;抗再沉积剂1% - 2.5%;螯合剂 0.25% -1.75%;去离子水余量;
所述双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐为N, N-双十烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐、N, N-双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐中的一种或两种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合洗衣液,其特征在于:所述双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐为N,N-双十烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐、N, N-双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐中的一种或两种混合物:若使用其中一种,其所占比例为3%-15%;若使用两者混合物,其中N, N-双十烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐1%-6%,N, N-双十二烷基壳聚糖硫酸酯盐2%-9%;阳离子为Na+、K+、NH4 +中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合洗衣液,其特征在于:所述抗再沉积剂选用羧甲基纤维素钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合洗衣液,其特征在于:所述螯合剂选用乙二胺四乙酸四钠。
7.一种权利要求1~6任一项所述的复合洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将去离子水加入反应釜中将其温度加热至60 ℃,加入皂角提取液9%-15%,搅拌至完全溶解;随后升温到70-95 ℃加入5%-20%的丙烯醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、3%-15%的双烷基化壳聚糖硫酸酯盐、5%-20%非离子表面活性剂,搅拌直至全部溶解;冷却后加入柠檬香精2%-5%、硅酸钠0.9%-1.5%、抗再沉积剂1% - 2.5%、螯合剂 0.25% - 1.75%,调pH值在6-7,静置即得到高效复合洗衣液。
