Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to fuel oil and a preparation method thereof, in particular to environment-friendly smokeless fuel oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the fuel oil is also called heavy oil and residual oil and is produced by processing crude oil or other raw materials; the fuel is mainly used for power generation of power plants, fuel for boilers, fuel for heating furnaces, and metallurgical and other industrial fuels. Heavy oil for wax oil ships, reduced pressure heavy oil (firewood catalysis), normal pressure heavy oil (common firewood), first to third fuel oil, seventh fuel oil, sixth fuel, industrial fuel, fourth to fifth fuel oil and other oil products. The oil products are mainly used as fuel for combustion, and the fuel has long carbon chain, high sulfur content and other harmful impurities; the smoke, ash and black smoke are generated during combustion, so that the environment is greatly damaged, and the smoke, ash and black smoke are the largest pollution sources of air.
In the traditional concept of people, fuel oil can be burnt, the quality is not so strict as the required quality of gasoline and diesel oil, so that the quality of the fuel oil is not well held when the fuel oil leaves a factory, and the residual chemical raw materials are sold as the fuel oil after the finished oil is purified. The fuel oil can be purchased as long as the price of the fuel oil is low, other factors are not considered, the fuel oil is out of control, the haze and pm2.5 are increased after the fuel oil is combusted and used, and air is seriously polluted.
The kitchen waste grease is composed of saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid, and is oxidized to generate harmful substances such as ketones, aldehydes, aflatoxin B2(C17H14C6) and acrylamide (C3H4N0), wherein the harmful substances are contained in the kitchen waste grease, and if lawbreakers flow the kitchen waste grease into dining tables, the kitchen waste grease is extremely harmful to human bodies, and the consequences are unreasonable. However, the applicant finds that the harmful substances can be used as fuel, and the ketone, aldehyde, acrylamide and aspergillus flavus groups are good cosolvent and can be mutually fused with alcohols such as methanol, ethanol, octanol and the like, so that the viscosity of the kitchen waste oil is greatly reduced, and the kitchen waste oil can be prepared into emulsion.
In order to relieve the huge pressure brought by petroleum and environmental protection, eliminate haze weather and reduce pm2.5, and people also use blue sky dolomite, the applicant selects biomass as a raw material to process and prepare fuel, vegetable oil, kitchen waste grease, octanol and other alcohols are used as raw materials and are converted into the fuel through a physical or chemical method, and the raw materials have high oxygen content and no sulfur, can be biodegraded, are non-toxic and are harmless to the environment.
The applicant selects biomass as a raw material, and the biomass fuel has extremely strong competitiveness in the aspect of economy, has the advantages of being environment-friendly and renewable, and is a biomass fuel with great potential. The biomass fuel is developed vigorously and researched, important strategic significance is expected to be generated in the aspects of sustainable development of energy substitution or reduction of environmental pressure, control of atmospheric pollution and the like, particularly, the waste materials are turned into wealth to serve as fuel aiming at development of kitchen waste oil, damage to human bodies caused by the kitchen waste oil entering dining tables is prevented, energy is saved, emission is reduced, active maintenance is achieved in the field of food, illegal persons are prevented from mixing the kitchen waste oil into edible oil, and the edible risk is greatly reduced.
