s31, hot-pressing the ribbon 4 and the plastic film by using a hot-pressing sealing line ironing knife to form a sealing end seal 9 and an opening end seal 8; the interval between the adjacent sealing end seals 9 and the interval between the adjacent opening end seals 8 are equal to the length of the bag body 1;
s32 manufacturing an easy-to-tear line 10 between the seal end 9 of the bag body 1 and the seal end 8 of the adjacent bag body 1 by using an easy-to-tear line cutter; the ribbon point broken line 5 is positioned between the sealing end seal 9 and the opening end seal 8 of the same bag body 1 and is close to the sealing end seal 9;
s33, cutting the opening end seal 8 of each bag body 1 by the blade of the cutter device, and cutting the lifting lug 7 at the opening end seal 8 of the bag body to form a plurality of connected garbage bag curtains; the blade is in an inwards concave arc shape towards the sealing end seal 9; the width of the two sides of the cutting edge is larger than the distance between the concave folding parts 6 of the two sides of the plastic film.
S4, preparing a garbage bag, namely folding the garbage bag curtain prepared in the step S3 for a plurality of times by using a folding device with the plastic film traction direction as an axis; and then the roller is used for compressing the folded garbage bag curtain and winding the garbage bag curtain into a roll-shaped garbage bag.
The ribbon 4 with the ribbon point broken line 5 is fixed on the concave folding part 6 of the bag body 1 with the lifting lug 7, so that the whole bag body 1 with the lifting lug 7 has simple and ordered processing process, and the production efficiency is improved.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 7-10, the present invention discloses a medical garbage bag, which comprises a plurality of bag bodies 1; one end of each bag body 1 is an opening end 2, and the other end is a sealing end 3; the opening end 2 of each bag body 1 can be connected with the sealing end 3 of the adjacent bag body 1 in a tearing way, and the sealing end 3 can be connected with the opening end 2 of the other adjacent bag body 1 in a tearing way; a plurality of bag bodies 1 are connected and wound into a roll shape; the opening end 2 of each bag body 1 is fixed with a binding belt 4 through hot pressing. The medical garbage bag connected into a roll shape is convenient to take and store.
A sleeve layer 11 is wrapped outside the binding belt 4, and a plurality of binding belt openings 12 are formed in the sleeve layer 11; when the garbage bag is used up, the binding belt 4 is taken out of the sleeve layer 11 through the binding belt opening 12; the jacket layer 11 and the binding belt 4 are both in a ring shape, and the jacket layer 11 is fixed at the opening end 2 of the bag body 1. As shown in fig. 11 to 12, based on the embodiment 5, the present invention discloses a medical waste bag, each of which comprises an upper bag body 14 and a lower bag body 15; the lower part of the upper bag body 14 is fixedly sleeved in the upper part of the lower bag body 15; the lower end of the upper bag body 14 is provided with a filter layer 16, and the filter layer 16 is positioned in the lower bag body 15; the opening end of the upper bag body 14 and the opening end of the lower bag body 15 are respectively provided with a sleeve layer 11, and a binding belt 4 is arranged in the sleeve layer 11.
The two bag bodies are sleeved for use, so that solid-liquid separation of garbage can be facilitated. After the use, the upper bag body and the lower bag body can be bound through the sleeve layer and the binding belt respectively.
Finally, the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and other modifications or equivalent substitutions made by the technical solutions of the present invention by those of ordinary skill in the art should be covered within the scope of the claims of the present invention as long as they do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A medical garbage bag is characterized in that: comprises a plurality of bag bodies; one end of each bag body is an opening end, and the other end of each bag body is a sealing end; the opening end of each bag body can be connected with the sealing end of the adjacent bag body in a tearing way, and the sealing end can be connected with the opening end of the other adjacent bag body in a tearing way; a plurality of bag bodies are connected and wound into a roll shape; a binding belt is fixed at the opening end of each bag body in a hot-pressing manner; a sleeve layer is wrapped outside the binding belt, and a plurality of binding belt openings are formed in the sleeve layer; when the garbage bag is used up, the binding belt is taken out from the sleeve layer through the binding belt opening; the jacket layer and the binding belt are both in a ring shape, and the jacket layer is fixed at the opening end of the bag body. .

The medical waste bag of claim 1, wherein: each bag body comprises an upper bag body and a lower bag body; the lower part of the upper bag body is fixedly sleeved in the upper part of the lower bag body; the lower end of the upper bag body is provided with a filter layer which is positioned in the lower bag body; the opening end of the upper bag body and the opening end of the lower bag body are respectively provided with a sleeve layer, and a binding belt is arranged in the sleeve layers.

The medical waste bag of claim 1, wherein: one end of the binding belt is fixed at the opening end of the bag body in a hot-pressing manner, and the other end of the binding belt is fixed at the sealing end of the bag body in a hot-pressing manner; one side of the ribbon close to the sealing end is provided with a tearable ribbon point broken line; the binding belt and the binding belt connecting structure are used for replacing the binding belt and the jacket layer.
4. A medical garbage bag according to claim 3, characterized in that: the two sides of the bag body are provided with inward concave folding parts.
5. The medical waste bag of claim 4, wherein: the ribbon is located in the concave folding portion.

The medical waste bag of claim 5, wherein: one end of the concave folding part and one end of the binding belt are both fixed with the sealing end, and the other end of the binding belt is fixed at the position, close to the opening end, of the concave folding part; one side of the ribbon close to the sealing end is provided with a tearable ribbon point broken line.
7. A medical garbage bag according to claim 3, characterized in that: the opening end of the bag body is provided with a lifting lug towards the direction far away from the sealing end; one end of the binding belt is fixed on the lifting lug.
8. The medical waste bag of claim 7, wherein: the lifting lug and the bag body are integrally manufactured.
9. A method of making a medical garbage bag according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1 preparing a binding tape, wherein a continuous binding tape is provided by a binding tape feeding device, the binding tape is made to move on a production line by adopting a binding tape traction device, and binding tape point broken lines are manufactured on the binding tape at equal distances by using an easy-tearing line cutter; the distance between the broken lines of the adjacent ribbon points is equal to the length of the bag body;
s2, stacking the plastic film and the ribbon, providing a continuous reel of plastic film by a plastic film feeding device, enabling the plastic film to move on a production line by a plastic film traction device, and stacking the ribbon processed in the step S1 on the plastic film;
the S3 plastic film is connected with the ribbon, and comprises:
s31, hot-pressing the binding tape and the plastic film at equal intervals by using a hot-pressing sealing line ironing knife to form a sealing end;
s32, manufacturing easy-to-tear lines by using an easy-to-tear line cutter to the binding tapes and the plastic films at equal intervals; the ribbon point breaking line is positioned between the sealing end and the easy-to-tear line of the same bag body and is close to the sealing end;
s33, fixing the binding tapes at the positions of the same bag body close to the easy-to-tear lines on the plastic film by hot pressing by using a hot-pressing sealing line ironing knife to form a plurality of connected garbage bag curtains;
s4, preparing a garbage bag, namely folding the garbage bag curtain prepared in the step S3 for a plurality of times by using a folding device with the plastic film traction direction as an axis; and then the roller is used for compressing the folded garbage bag curtain and winding the garbage bag curtain into a roll-shaped garbage bag.
10. The method of making a medical garbage bag according to claim 9, wherein: s2, stacking the plastic film and the ribbon, and inwards folding the two sides of the plastic film to form concave folding parts by using an inward folding device; the ribbon processed in the step S1 is stacked on the concave folding part of the plastic film;
step S3, connecting the plastic film with the tie, including:
s31, hot-pressing the binding tape and the plastic film by using a hot-pressing sealing line ironing knife to form a sealing end seal and an opening end seal; the interval between the adjacent sealed end seals and the interval between the adjacent open end seals are equal to the length of the bag body;
s32 manufacturing an easy-to-tear line between the seal end of the bag body and the seal end of the adjacent bag body by using an easy-to-tear line cutter; the ribbon point broken line is positioned between the sealing end seal and the opening end seal of the same bag body and is close to the sealing end seal;
s33, cutting the opening of each bag body at the sealing position by using the cutting edge of the cutter device, and cutting the lifting lugs at the sealing position of the opening of the bag body to form a plurality of connected garbage bag curtains; the blade is in an arc shape which is concave towards the seal end seal; the width of the two sides of the cutting edge is larger than the distance between the concave folding parts of the two sides of the plastic film.
