本发明涉及滤纸生产技术领域,具体为一种滤清器生产用的滤纸卷纸机,包括工作台、放卷辊、导向辊、鼓包装置、压纹辊、收卷辊和收卷电机,鼓包装置左侧位置设置有张力检测器,放卷辊正面一侧传动连接有磁粉制动器,收卷电机与收卷辊之间通过磁粉离合器传动连接,工作台上还设置有控制器,能够对滤纸的拉伸率进行控制,保证折叠过后的滤纸的紧密型。

本发明涉及滤纸生产技术领域,具体为一种滤清器生产用的滤纸卷纸机。
背景技术
柴油滤清器的作用是滤除燃油系统中的有害杂质和水分,保护发动机的正常工作,减少磨损,避免堵塞,提高发动机寿命,柴油滤清器的滤清多采用滤纸。
现有技术存在了一种滤清器滤纸折纸装置技术方案,如申请号201820923126的一种中国专利公开了一种滤清器滤纸折纸装置技术方案,包括操作台,所述操作台的顶部固定安装有三组平台,所述每个平台之间固定安装有基座,所述基座的顶部固定连接有安装架,所述安装架从左至右依次转动连接有鼓泡辊和折纸辊,所述鼓泡辊的外表面固定连接有矩形印纹,所述基座的顶部固定连接有载物台,所述右部平台的顶部从左至右依次转动连接有收波辊和折叠辊。
上述技术方案在实施的过程,由于不对张力进行控制,导致鼓泡后的滤纸拉伸,丧失鼓泡的作用,同时在卷绕时,纸卷直径变大,需要把电机的转速降低,保证滤纸的拉伸率的恒定。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
为了解决现有技术的上述问题,本发明提供一种滤清器生产用的滤纸卷纸机,能够对滤纸的拉伸率进行控制,保证折叠过后的滤纸的紧密型。
(二)技术方案
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的主要技术方案:包括工作台、放卷辊、导向辊、鼓包装置、压纹辊、收卷辊和收卷电机,所述鼓包装置左侧位置设置有张力检测器,所述放卷辊正面一侧传动连接有磁粉制动器,所述收卷电机与收卷辊之间通过磁粉离合器传动连接,所述工作台上还设置有控制器。
优选的,所述鼓包装置包括上部位置的鼓包辊和下部位置的承载辊,所述承载辊外壁位置通过弹簧连接有承载台。
优选的,所述鼓包装置右侧位置安装有一组上下对立的压平辊。
优选的,所述工作台底部位置设置有支撑架。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种滤清器生产用的滤纸卷纸机。具备以下有益效果:
(1)、随着放卷辊和收卷辊直径的变化,滤纸的拉伸强度发生变化,张力检测器感应张力的变化,把张力信号传递至控制器,控制器控制磁粉制动器的转矩,从而保证张力的恒定。
(2)、压平辊对滤纸进行压平之后在进行鼓包,避免滤纸褶皱鼓包,保证成品的质量。

如图1-2所示,本实施例的滤清器生产用的滤纸卷纸机,包括工作台1、放卷辊2、导向辊3、鼓包装置4、压纹辊5、收卷辊6和收卷电机7,鼓包装置4左侧位置设置有张力检测器8,放卷辊2正面一侧传动连接有磁粉制动器9,收卷电机7与收卷辊6之间通过磁粉离合器传动连接,工作台1上还设置有控制器10。随着放卷辊2和收卷辊6直径的变化,滤纸的拉伸强度发生变化,张力检测器8感应张力的变化,把张力信号传递至控制器10,控制器10控制磁粉制动器9的转矩,从而保证张力的恒定。
进一步的,鼓包装置4包括上部位置的鼓包辊401和下部位置的承载辊402,承载辊402外壁位置通过弹簧403连接有承载台404。
进一步的,鼓包装置4右侧位置安装有一组上下对立的压平辊11。压平辊11对滤纸进行压平之后在进行鼓包,避免滤纸褶皱鼓包,保证成品的质量。
进一步的,工作台1底部位置设置有支撑架12。
工作原理:滤纸经过放卷后,首先经过导向辊3导向,依次经过压平辊11进行压平,鼓包装置4鼓包,然后经过压纹辊5压纹,最后进行收卷,随着放卷辊2和收卷辊6直径的变化,滤纸的拉伸强度发生变化,张力检测器8感应张力的变化,把张力信号传递至控制器10,控制器10控制磁粉制动器9的转矩,从而保证张力的恒定。

1.一种滤清器生产用的滤纸卷纸机,包括工作台(1)、放卷辊(2)、导向辊(3)、鼓包装置(4)、压纹辊(5)、收卷辊(6)和收卷电机(7),其特征在于:所述鼓包装置(4)左侧位置设置有张力检测器(8),所述放卷辊(2)正面一侧传动连接有磁粉制动器(9),所述收卷电机(7)与收卷辊(6)之间通过磁粉离合器传动连接,所述工作台(1)上还设置有控制器(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滤清器生产用的滤纸卷纸机,其特征在于:所述鼓包装置(4)包括上部位置的鼓包辊(401)和下部位置的承载辊(402),所述承载辊(402)外壁位置通过弹簧(403)连接有承载台(404)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种滤清器生产用的滤纸卷纸机,其特征在于:所述鼓包装置(4)右侧位置安装有一组上下对立的压平辊(11)。
